I am constantly being told that different people are requesting my refund and and it has still not been taking care of. As I have stated this matter has not been taking care of and this refund is not being completed.

Review: Used hotelmode.com in March to book 4 nights at [redacted] for this past long weekend July [redacted]. Paid in full at time of reservation. Come to find out upon arrival they cancelled the reservation 2 nights prior online and when I got to the hotel did not have room. They took my money and never paid the hotel. Had to pay the hotel again. They are running a scam as they have done this to other people according to online complaints. I want my money returned.Desired Settlement: Return my $1170.68 and are taken offline to never do this to anyone again

Review: I reserved and paid for hotel in Feb. for may trip. I cancelled the trip on April ** and received an email that I would have my refund within 3-5 business days this did not happen. I have called several times and most of the time they take a message and never call me back. I have been told that my refund was sent to my bank on the [redacted] and my bank sent it back , I then called my bank and they no record of any money or contact with this office other then when they took the money out of my account. I called the company and informed them and I have been calling and sending multiple emails and I still have no refund nor any answers from this company. I have their policy and procedures and they have not followed their own contract. I have notified the company that I have contacted a lawyer because I feel they are taking advantage of me. This company is very unprofessional and I cant get anyone to speak to me about my money.Desired Settlement: I would love to have my money back into my account just because of this I am currently out of three thousand dollars. I have had to pay for a different trip with more money when I should have been able to use that money which it was for.

As [redacted] was aware the day that she confirmed her reservation with us (February [redacted], 2014) our prices are very discounted because they are pre-paid reservations that are in MOST cases non-refundable. In her case although the reservation is refundable we must first request a refund from the provider in order to refund our customer. This process can take time. [redacted] cancelled her reservation on April [redacted], 2014. As our agent [redacted] advised yesterday we have expedited her refund with our accounting department and will send her a refund transaction receipt once it is confirmed by them in the next 2 business days.

Should she require additional assistance she may contact our customer care agent [redacted] who has been assigned to this matter at [redacted].

Review: I booked a hotel through hotelmode.com. I spoke with [redacted] (a customer service representative at hotelmode.com), and I gave her my credit card information. I paid for the hotel booking in full. Three days before my hotel arrival date, it is brought to my attention that the reservation had never been paid for and was canceled. Hotelmode charged my credit card, but never paid the wholesaler or the hotel for my reservation, therefore the booking was canceled. Now I am out $2,187.36 AND I have no vacation to take my family.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund for $2,187.36.

Review: Hotel mode has failed to refund a cancellation. I paid for 2 rooms at hotel [redacted] in San Diego and cancelled one room within the terms of the agreement. The hotel has even paid the company, HotelMode for the unused room but the company did not refund me. I have been contacting them since the cancellation and they promised verbally and by email they would do something and that the refund is being issued. I have emailed and spoke with [redacted] and [redacted] at the company who said the refund of $273 is being processed. This has been going on for almost a year but nothing is being resolved and they are not retuning my calls or emails. I believe they know that visa has only 120 days to dispute this and pushed it longer so that they do not have to do anything.

They need to refund my portion that has not used and cancelled within the terms.Desired Settlement: I am only asking for what they own me not including time and frustration. They have deliberately lied so I do not need an apology from compulsive liers. Refund $273

Review: In February 2014, I booked reservations for the [redacted] in Las Vegas, NV (arrival: July **, departure: July **) through [redacted]. I was given the special rate of buy 3 nights, receive the 4th night free with taxes and resort fee included. I paid $673.00 through a debit card. I called the hotel on July **, 2014 to confirm our reservations and the hotel confirmed that our reservations were booked and we were ready to arrive on the [redacted]. Upon arrival on July [redacted], we were told by the front desk agent that our reservations had been canceled by the company on July [redacted]. They cancelled our reservations, stole $673.00 from us, and have not answered or returned any of our phone calls or e-mails since. We had to pay almost $1,000 upon arrival, the 4th night was not free, and taxes and resort fees were not included.Desired Settlement: I expect to receive a full refund from [redacted] for the $673.00 stolen from me and I wish for the website to be publicly punished so that this does not happen to future customers. The website is still up and running and allowing people to make reservations for destinations across the world.

Review: I booked a hotel with this travel agency. They received my payment when I had booked. My trip is in 2 days and I just discovered that my reservation had been cancelled. Prior to discovering this I have tried calling the agency multiple times as well as emailing them and they are not responding to any of my calls nor emails. I found out that my reservation was cancelled through the hotel directly. I now just had to book a much more expensive last minute hotel due to this. The reservation was canceled exactly a week prior to my check in date and may I repeat again I'm supposed to be checking in in 2 days. They canceled my reservation not only without my knowledge, but they did not bother to inform me on the cancelation nor provide a reason as to why they had canceled my reservation. If it wasn't for me calling the hotel directly, I would have ended up arriving at the hotel which is out of state only to find that there was no longer a reservation there for my family and I.Desired Settlement: I had booked a hotel ([redacted] at Las Vegas) through the "hotel mode" travel agency and they canceled my reservation without my knowledge. I have tried contacting this agency multiple times through telephone and email for several days now and they are not responding to any of my calls or emails. I emailed requesting for a refund of the total amount that I paid which was $433.44 and they have not responded to my request. I would like a full refund of the amount that I had paid.

Review: On January [redacted], 2014 we made a hotel reservation with hotelmode.com. The reservation was for the Paris hotel in Las Vegas, NV. The reservation was for a stay scheduled from May [redacted] to May [redacted], 2014. I called the hotel to confirm the reservation prior to our arrival. When I arrived at the hotel I was told that the reservation had been canceled. When I asked why the hotel could not tell me why but they recommended that I contact hotelmode.com directly because that's where I made the reservation. I called several times a day and spoke to multiple people including [redacted] and [redacted] both of which told me that I need to speak to the [redacted] / [redacted]. Never once had hotelmode.com initiated a phone call with me - they never returned my calls and I had to chase them throughout my stay while attending a conference. The Paris hotel let us stay there but at regular rack rates which were significantly higher.

Eventually I spoke to [redacted] about this (took 3-4 days to get a hold of her). She promised me that she will refund the money we paid ($604.12) via a reverse credit card transaction and send us a check for the difference we paid to the hotel in the sum of $323.24. She said that she would mail that check to us - it's been over 2 weeks and we have yet to receive the check.

I keep on calling on a daily basis - if someone does pick up the phone they are rude and basically nobody calls me back including [redacted] - I have not heard from her since. I have an email from her which was written on May [redacted], 2014 saying that she would send us the check for $323.24.

This is not how a professional travel agency should handle itself. Not returning phone calls, not taking care of its customers, not committing to its obligations and so forth - just a terrible experience overall!!!Desired Settlement: I want to receive the $323.24 that hotelmode.com needs to return to us and which they acknowledged they should pay.

Review: My significant others mother recently passed away. I was forced to cancel my reservations and at that time HotelMode.com was going to credit me with a future stay. I called the number listed and is out of service. I also contact them via email and have not received any responses. I wanted to reserve a stay for this coming April and have been unable to make contact with anyone regarding this.Desired Settlement: I simply wish my money refunded to me in the amount of $598 that was originally paid for a stay at the [redacted].

Review: On June *, 2014 I booked a stay at the MGM hotel in Las Vegas for 2 nights (July [redacted]) for a total cost of $347 with HotelMode.com. After flying into Las Vegas we went to the hotel and right away things looked bad. They found the confirmation number, but it came up as "reservation cancelled via internet". I had not cancelled it, nor had I talked to anyone regarding a cancellation yet my [redacted] had been charged the full amount on June *, 2014. The MGM management was great and gave us a room at rack rate (which was almost the total cost I had paid Hotelmode) and they proceeded to look into the matter for me. After doing some "research" they informed me the company was out of business. They could not get a hold of anyone and I also tried all the numbers, left voice messages and never once heard back from anyone. [redacted] is also doing an inquiry into the matter. I would like to first of all know if they just went out of business. I want my full amount of $347 refunded and I would like to have them refund me for the added expense to book the hotel at rack rates. I used this company once before with no issues but have since read some pretty bad stories about this company. This company has fraud written all over it and needs to be investigated for scamming customers.Desired Settlement: They need to refund my total amount that they charged on my [redacted] card $347. I would also like to get reimbursed for the extra charges that I had to pay for rack rate rooms (difference of $81). Also hope that this company, if not already out of business, gets shut down. Review: Took money up front in March for hotel stay at the ritz carlton key biscayne. Arrived Friday and told the rooms were cancelled two nights before by hotelmode.com online. We were able to get the rooms back but were told they were never paid by the booking company. They took our money and never paid the hotel. Have not returned or answered their phone in the last four days or email. Tons of the same complaints about them online doing the same thing to others. Review: we booked the hotel [redacted] which is a five star hotel through hotelmode.com in july 2013

when we arrived the hotel at 9am we were informed that a double bed room did not even exist at that hotel which we were booked.

we ended up paying $1000 more and staying at the hotel and checked in at 4pm

we were all exhausted by this time when the temperature was 98 degrees and humid.

then he promised to issue a credit for $900

every time I call for booking they say the hotel I ask for is not available

Finally I spoke to him today and sasid it was their mistake to book the wrong hotel which we ended spending more money.I finally got hold of this guy whom I have benn talking througout this process

I see that there was one unanswered complaint from [redacted] and she was completely compensated for the $900 she incurred at check in for that reservation at a complete loss to our company.

Review: On 5/**/2014; I had purchased my hotel stay at the [redacted] in Miami through Hotelmode.com and had already paid Hotelmode a total of $824.77 for my 3 night stay at the [redacted] with the check in date of 9/**/2014 and check out date of 9/**/2014.

The day I have arrived to check in to my hotel to find out that my reservation was cancelled by Hotelmode. I called the number that was listed on my invoice and Hotelmode's website ###-###-####; the number that was provide was disconnected and is no longer in service.

We received no email, phone call, etc from Hotelmode and there has been no refund. Scam. Scam. Scam. I called & emailed and just keep calling with no response. Review: The story goes like this:

I booked a stay at the [redacted] in San Francisco for July **, 2014-July **, 2014 with Hotelmode. Customer service rep [redacted]. This was done in April of 2014. At this time I paid Hotelmode $4839.

For an unknown reason to me, Hotelmode , according to the [redacted], cancelled my reservation on July *, 2014, by email to the [redacted]. Hotelmode did not notify me of this cancellation. Fortunately, I had called the concierge on July [redacted] to assist me with Alcatraz tickets. The concierge informed me that my reservation had been cancelled.

I immediately went on to call Hotelmode numerous times to find out what had happened and why. No voicemail was returned and no email answered.

I went on to rebook my stay at the Ritz as the room I booked was now unavailable and they were almost sold out. I had to pay for this reservation again throughout the Ritz.

. To date, I have still not heard a word from them.

I appreciate your disputing this charge and investigating this matter.

With that, I also want to inform you that I am disputing another charge from HotelMode for $1859. The same sequence has occurred.

I booked a stay at the [redacted] Hotel in Bermuda with Hotelmode. This stay is for October [redacted], 2014. Hotelmode charged my credit card on June *, 2014 for the amount of $1859.

I just called the [redacted] to check on this reservation and I was informed that Hotelmode had cancelled my reservation on July **, 2014 by email to the [redacted] in Bermuda.

Hotelmode did not and still has not informed me of this cancellation nor have they issued me a refund. Granted, after the above incidence occurred I , again, reviewed HotelMode's cancellation policy and requested a cancellation AND A full refund. They , indeed, have cancelled the reservation according to the Fairmont but have failed to issue me a refund. They have also failed to return any phone calls or emails, nor, send me a cancellation confirmation.Desired Settlement: Refund for $4839 and $1859 quickly
