I still didn't recieve my refund. I have been more then patient. I understand that she said it was sent, the same tracking information that she just sent to you guys, she sent to me. As far as her claim with the post office, I don't understand what that has to do with me, I didn't give the post office my money, I gave it to the young lady who runs this company so that's who I am expecting to get my refund from.

I placed an order with them on 5/**/95. My confirmation #[redacted]. They charged my account along with shipping costs too. As of 9/**/15 I still have not received the items I ordered. I have made several phone calls, sent emails, and now I just left a message on their website as well. No one responds to you at all.

I would not like to order anything else from your site. The way your business is operated is very unprofessional and it is unfortunate that it took me reporting you for you to reply to my complaint. I would like a full refund of my money.

Hi [redacted],I understand your frustration, but we did our part and priority express your shipment so it can arrive the next day. Unfortunately, you said you didn't receive the package so now we have to go though [redacted] to fix this situation. I filed a claim, I emailed you the case# as well. So this situation is being looked into as to why your package states delivered but you didm't receive anything. What I can do is give you a store credit minus 10% for the restocking fee, I believe that is more than fair being that we shipped the item. And the tracking number states that it was delivered, not misplaced, or delayed because of the weather but delivered. Thank you

has been resolved, as we had contacted the client via email. She recieved a giftcard for $52 on 3/*/15.   Thank you

I ordered a fur parka from this store in Feb 2016 and my card was charged instantly. I never received the merchandise and had to call several times and leave messages along with emails just for someone to give me the status of my order. When you call there 800 numb or local number no one answers. I finally received a call back from someone one and they stated to me they will refund my money. I never received a refund from them, so I had to dispute charges with my bank to get my money back. There professionalism is poor and I think they should shut down their online website and just stick to there retail store in Brooklyn to sell clothes.

Yes, my bank had to dispute the issue because they blatantly ignored my attempts to communicate and after several attempts on my behalf from my bank to Karen's Closet I was eventually refunded.

Placed an order with them in Feb. 2016, sent it back to exchange the size and was told that they would send me out the proper size. I sent the item back and got tracking to know when they received the item back. They received the time back 2 days after I mailed it out, and I still haven't gotten anything back from them, its now May 2016. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY, STEER CLEAR! If you pay attention to their [redacted] account, sometimes their customers will write messages under their photos expressing how angry they are, and who ever runs the [redacted] account will immediately delete the comment. I will never do business with this company again. If this has happened to you also, contact your bank and file a claim. That seems to be the best way to resolve the issue. No one seems to like to answer the phone number listed on their website, or respond to emails regarding negative experiences.
