STC Management takes all complaints seriously and investigates thoroughly. Looking at the information we have reviewed based off customer’s statements, we can’t find any evidence that the service was done incorrectly to support customer claim of negligence. Furthermore, if the engine did not have oil put in the engine at the time of service it would not have driven the miles stated to customer’s home and then to Chantilly Virginia. Engines unfortunately do wear out just like other parts and components of a vehicle with over 250,000 miles. The conclusion is the engine has worn cylinders and most likely was having an oil consumption issue.
