I checked around and had one person tell me to go online at housewashings.com and I ask some more people and all the people I ask keep telling me to use them. Wow! Now I understand why! I am so satisfied! I may have to wait for the service but when you clean so well you sometimes have to wait for great service. The house was cleaner then I expected and the deck came out so well I have decided to just paint it instead of replace the deck. Do not hesitate to call them you will not be disappointed!

Hello, I received the business response from Housewashings.com with regards to the complaint I filed (***), and the information contained in their response is not correct. I never told them at the time they cancelled my appointment that I would dispute the charge, this was only told to them after I filed my Revdex.com complaint. It is definitely worth mentioning that I never received a credit back from the company directly, I only received a credit after disputing the charge with my credit card company, and this occurred weeks after payment was made to Housewashings.com. For them to suggest that this was in anyway taken care of by them is not accurate at all *** ***

The day after completion of the job, my wife received a complaint from this customer stating that his doors were bleeding, and never until I have read this complaint was there ever any mention of landscaping that had been damaged My wife asked that I handle this complaint because the
customer "was cursing her in every sentence" I politely explained to the customer that his doors were heavily oxidized and that our detergents could not possibly have done this After explaining this to him he proceeded to curse me in every sentence I ceased communication with him and refunded him the portion for his gutter cleaning

Our company does not repair or compensate for pre-existing damage

Hello,  Thank you for your attention to this matter.  I would like for the company to refund half of the $250.00 paid to them.  So, I'm asking for $125.00 back because I had to get someone else to re-clean the back of house.  Thanks so much for your assistance.

When we first spoke with her she explained that she needed both services but could not afford both at the moment . We recommended she do the house washing first then the gutters after the Leaves had come out of the trees. She agreed.  We came and performed the house washing when she was...

home and she paid upon completion.  The next day she called and insisted that we made a mistake by washing her house.  We disagreed about the mistake but didn't want to lose her as a customer so we put her back on the schedule.  When we called a week later she stated she wanted to wait till the leaves fell.  A week later she called asking when we were going to do the work .  By this time we had an increase in business but still got her on the schedule a week later.  The last we spoke we attempted to confirm the day before coming to perform the service and were again told to wait till after fall. We would love to finalize this ticket by whichever means would satisfy her most.

Prior to scheduling...

the cleaning the customer asked about what to expect with her windows. We explained that we rinse the house and windows very thoroughly; however, we do not hand clean, or squeegee the windows, and that there may be some water spots left.  Furthermore during the process of cleaning our hoses did accidentally knock off two of the tops of her landscape lights which she had many of in her yard. After completing the services we did place the tops back on the posts and everything was fine. After completing the services we did place the tops back on the posts and everything was fine.  The following day after the cleaning she called us at least a dozen times,  and we answered the first five.  The only complaint that was addressed to us over the phone was with her windows on the back of her house.  We explained yet again that we are not a window cleaning company and referred her to one.  The likely reason of her windows being spotted only on the rear of her house was due to a heavily oxidized gutter that had paint flaking off of it.  The services that she paid for were performed to her satisfaction.

I paid Housewashings.com in advance to pressure wash my house. 2 weeks later they came, but didn't do anything. 2 days later they told me my driveway was too steep to pressure wash my house, and they didn't have enough hose do the job. Three weeks later and they still haven't refunded my money! STAY AWAY from this SCAM!

Review: I prepaid for a power washing service and gutter cleaning on 7/20/15 using the company's website. Service was finally performed on 7/30/15. When the technician arrived, I was informed that the gutter cleaning could not be performed because I had gutter guards. He assured me that this portion of my payment would be refunded, so I called on 7/31 and requested this refund. Additionally, I reported that the chemicals used to power wash the house had caused the paint on the exterior doors of my home to be damaged and had killed several plants in the landscaping around my home. The technician came back to my home on 7/31 to document the damage by taking photographs of the doors and paint can to confirm that the affected paint was exterior and name brand. I was told that the company had someone employed who could repaint the doors. I called back on 8/4/15 to follow up and was told that the owner was out of town and would contact me when he returned. I never received a return phone call, so I called back on 8/10/15 and spoke to the owner who encouraged me to call the paint manufacturer to report the damage as his cleaning solution is guaranteed not to damage exterior paint. The owner then stated that doing so would probably be a dead end. He stated that the problem was with the paint or incorrect preparation of the doors prior to painting. I requested that his company pay for new paint and send someone to repair the paint on the doors to resolve this issue and he refused. I also inquired about the refund check for the gutter cleaning since I had not received it and was told it would be sent in the mail that day. He spoke to me in an extremely unprofessional manner during our conversation and refused to give me his title or offer any sort of resolution. As of today, 8/21/15, the refund check has still not been received. I called to request a check number and was told the check has not been sent yet.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund for the services. I will have to pay out of pocket to repair the damages that his company caused to the doors and landscaping around my home. I will have to purchase new paint for the four exterior doors of my home, and arrange to have them repainted. Additionally I will have to replace the plants that were killed in my surrounding landscaping due to the cleaning solution his company used. This will be a costly and time consuming process that is the direct result of the services rendered from this company. I am dissatisfied with the level of professionalism and customer service that I have been provided.
