Review: When I scheduled my appointment with the company I told them that it didn't matter when they came as long as I was notified the night before they came to powerwash so I could remove screens, close windows, and remove deck furniture. They showed up, with no call, and sprayed bleach into open windows. The windows were not cracked, they were open all the way and it was very apparent. Luckily, nobody inside the house was injured, but numerous items in my home were ruined. The owner said that he would take care of all repairs/replacements, but preferred to do it out of pocket rather than running it through insurance. After getting replacement quotes, he changed his mind and decided to do nothing at all. This is unacceptable and we are hopeful that he reconsiders so we do not have to take legal action.Desired Settlement: I want my custom Ethan Allen chair and ottoman replaced, my West Elm rug replaced, my silk coverlet replaced, and my master bedroom carpet replaced so they will be in new condition as they were before this company destroyed them.

Upon arriving at the customers home we announced our presence to the homeowner and apologized for it being last minute and asked if this was acceptable. The homeowner agreed and gave us permission to start work. After setting up we inspected all windows and none of them were open so we began work, and then the customer started opening the windows to remove the screens without forewarning. After we saw that this was going on we stopped until the customer completed what she was doing. No mention of any damage was made until after we completed the job. After completion the customer showed us the damage to her ottoman and front mat. Assuming that it was an inexpensive fix we still offered to have these repaired simply to make the customer happy even though she was negligent in making us aware of what she was doing. The estimates we received back for reupholstering her ottoman was as much as the item costs brand-new. After careful consideration of what the depreciated value of these items would be, because the customer stated that they were at least two years old, We offered that our cleaning services for her house and deck be done at no charge. $190.00 in total. We at All Clean Believe in going above and beyond to satisfy our customers. Unfortunately at times we are unable to satisfy all.

Review: DON'T USE THIS COMPANY! They may be priced reasonably, but lack professionalism. The owner presented to my house to clean it with snuff in his mouth. He proceeded to clean my house, broke a landing scaping light, left a film on all windows in the back of my house, broke my potted plants and knocked my patio decor all over the place and didn't replace anything. I tried calling him and his wife regarding coming back over to my house to correct the windows in the back of my house, and the husband denied leaving the spotted film on my windows and he never once apologized. I tried calling them numerous times after that to have them come over to correct the problem and they would not answer my calls nor did they ever return my calls. I had to call another power wash company to come over to evaluate my problem with windows in back of house to make sure it wouldn't damage the house, and was told that All Clean did not properly clean off chemicals and residue from cleaning top of the house.

Stay away from these folks!Desired Settlement: Public awareness to avoid someone else being made a victim.

Prior to scheduling the cleaning the customer asked about what to expect with her windows. We explained that we rinse the house and windows very thoroughly; however, we do not hand clean, or squeegee the windows, and that there may be some water spots left. Furthermore during the process of cleaning our hoses did accidentally knock off two of the tops of her landscape lights which she had many of in her yard. After completing the services we did place the tops back on the posts and everything was fine. After completing the services we did place the tops back on the posts and everything was fine. The following day after the cleaning she called us at least a dozen times, and we answered the first five. The only complaint that was addressed to us over the phone was with her windows on the back of her house. We explained yet again that we are not a window cleaning company and referred her to one. The likely reason of her windows being spotted only on the rear of her house was due to a heavily oxidized gutter that had paint flaking off of it. The services that she paid for were performed to her satisfaction.

All Clean did a fantastic job washing our house; we called them back this year because they did such a great job the first time. Their office called me the day before to confirm it was convenient and give me time to ready my home. When they arrived, I went out to show them places on our brick that were quite dirty. They were patient, listened to my concerns, and when they finished, our house looked incredible! Thank you All Clean, we will be calling on you again next year! I would highly recommend All Cleans friendly and thorough services to all my friends and neighbors!
