I am emailing on behalf of the Howard Johnson Cleveland airport. I ask the guest to please send me a copy...

of the ticket. My shuttle driver says he did not drive the guest car but we will pay there ticket. I explained to the guest we do not take shuttle guest keys there is a letter at our front desk that says that also it is on the paperwork they sign I don't know why they would even give the keys to my shuttle driver when it says these things but for the misunderstanding we will thank you for your time.
