Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that the return of my money is satisfactory to me The HR Cream business has refunded my but I still contend that their pop up advertisement before payment of Nexacell order, with trial days instead of Nexacell day trial and the ulta small print of a separate price of is unethical I also remain steadfast that no cancellation instructions were provided with the cream, so the only contact number available, if they aren't Nexacell was not provided until it was charged to my account Their business practice is terrible, particularly because no follow on instructions were included with the mail order, no information regarding pending charges, or a contact numberTheir actions are deceptive and misleadingBelieve the public should be advisedThey are intentionally deceptive.I sincerely thank you Revdex.com for getting my refund Because of their surly practices, I will NEVER purchase anything from an unknown organization or television ad again Regards, [redacted] - [redacted]

Scam alert!! When placing an order with another company (Inherent Beauty), I was automatically enrolled in this companyThey make you think it's all one company until your credit card starts getting double-charged every monthWhen I called to inquire about the situation, the customer service rep was extremely rude and condescending trying to tell me that there was a box I didn't uncheck when I signed up for Inherent Beauty and that's why I was enrolled in this others company - HR CreamShe made a nasty comment about "that's how the internet works" What a shady, unprofessional employee working for this company - but hey, if the shoe fitsAnd the product isn't even good - greasy and pore cloggingStay away from this trainwreck!!

I order the product on my phone through facebookAt no time did the transaction state that I would be charged 88.78$When I called their customer service (which isn't even through the company) the woman on the phone was extremely rude and hung up on me

When I tried to order a different product from a different company this company somehow popped up and also ordered on their own behalf for me and when I tried to cancel it's not going to charge me the seven times the amount of a trial offer for a one month supply of a product I don't wantThen when you try to call customer service no one answers you get put on a second looped messageIf you choose the option of pressing one to have them call you back their automated system calls you back immediately and put you back on the second looped messageIn my opinion this is no less than a scam I did not order the product I do not want their product and now they're getting apparently more than $for something I did not order
