According to our records, we did not receive any contact from Ms Campbell until 10/2/2016 to which lead to the additional charges as specified within our terms. However, we understood that this was unsatisfactory and provided a refund for the latest two charges. As of right now, the account has been flagged with multiple disputes. The credit card company will determine the legitimacy of the claim and will provide refunds as they deem substantiated and necessary. product, as we are separate companies. As a company, we value our customer service which is why we provide our contact information at every facet to make it easy for each and every one of our customers. You can find our contact information on the product labeling, on the packing slip that is provided with every shipment, within the confirmation email once the order has been officially processed, and lastly on the credit card statement once the charge clears.It appears that Ms [redacted] was already issued a full refund on 7/21/2016, in the amount of $88.78. Scam alert!! When placing an order with another company (Inherent Beauty), I was automatically enrolled in this company. They make you think it's all one company until your credit card starts getting double-charged every month. When I called to inquire about the situation, the customer service rep was extremely rude and condescending trying to tell me that there was a box I didn't uncheck when I signed up for Inherent Beauty and that's why I was enrolled in this others company - HR Cream. She made a nasty comment about "that's how the internet works". What a shady, unprofessional employee working for this company - but hey, if the shoe fits. And the product isn't even good - greasy and pore clogging. Stay away from this trainwreck!!

Although the product did manage to be shipped, there wouldn't be any additional charges since we have already placed a cancellation to the account. We feel for Ms. [redacted] concerns and have processed a refund in the amount of $88.78 as requested. In addition, the customer has already been taken off the recurring billing and there will no longer be billed. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for funds to reflect within the account.

I order the product on my phone through facebook. At no time did the transaction state that I would be charged 88.78$. When I called their customer service (which isn't even through the company) the woman on the phone was extremely rude and hung up on me.
