I appreciate your communication, but not the tone of your last emailThere have been several events last weekend that make our requests more urgent than beforeI hope that we can get this all worked out in a civil and polite and prompt way

This is the builder's responsibility. The homeowner association nor the management company have any control over builder issues or complaints

Another pool company will be out Friday to assess the pool

Jennifer informed me that she has spoken to you and you relayed the problems that you encountered with your party. Jennifer has notified our accounting dept to process a check to you for your deposit of $200. She will speak with the board and ask their permission to refund the $cost of the rental

As stated to you on the phone and thru Revdex.com, we are aware of the vandalism and are attempting to determine what is the best solution to the problem. We are aware of people being in the pool this week end that were not residents and that the Sheriffs Dept was contacted, which was the correct solution at that moment

Regards,
This is another way of Crest Management to undermine the home ownersOk, if the equipment was vandalized, is there a police report and why wasn't it fixed immediately? There is no excuse for the pool and surrounding areas to look the way they doI will not be content with some broad political answerwe, in this neighborhood want resultsWe pay our dues, and with that we, the home owners should ALL get keys to the pool AND pool restroom at no costFurthermore, Crest Management should have to eat the cost of these recent repairs since they are directly responsible for a looking the pool to get in this condition even though there have been many complaintsNow that the Revdex.com is involved they want to half heartedly reapondResults, crest management is what we want. Also, I don't want to speak to Heather about these issuesI want to speak to someone higher than Heather. Please call me tomorrow*** *** ***

The pumps are repaired. Any resident who needs a key to the rest rooms should call our office. The pool is functioning at its proper capactyThere are people who are getting in the pool who do not live in the communty due to keys being duplicated and given out. No promises have been made that have not been keptWe have not been invitied to any meetings, however, we are unable to meet Thursday at 8:pmdue to already having a meeting that night. The manager would be happy to meet with the residents if you cordinate some dates that she is available We are obtaining bids for new key system or FOB system, and we are installing No Trespassing signs. We are obtaining bids for security camera at the pool. We are not aware of any security system at the entrance. The fountain never worked as it was plumbed incorrectly when installedand the board has not authorized funds to replace the plumbing We will contact you at the phone number you have provided and we will provide you copy of the financials for Edgewater Park

Crest Management Co was not the management company when you rented the Lakemont clubhouse. We do not know who Valerie *** is as she is not our employee. We do not have any calls recorded from you, therfore, we have to assume they were made to the prior management company
Our contract with Lakemont HOA was effective July 1. The association manager for Lakemont will call you today at the phone number you have listed on this complaint to obtain the details and refund what is due to be refunded

Effective this date, the pool company has been authorized to check and clean the pool daily and take photos before and after. Someone has duplicated the key to the pool and has been giving them to people who do not live in the community. There has been alot of vandalism of the pumps,
timers for the lights, etc. The pool company is making repairs today and an electrician will be out to check the timers, lights in the pool and the lights on the poles and repair and replace

Regards,
No the pump is not working, I checked it out late yesterday. Someone got video of the pump that is not working. No, the pump room is not being broke into. The door is not locked, even after the pool guy leaves. If it was locked than I would agree. Was also told the splash pad was fixed, tried it yesterday and no it does not work. The drinking water fountain does not work. The emergency phone at the pool is broke. Still waiting on the other pool company to come in. Though the pool water is better than it has been, the band aid in place is very expensive to the HOA to have the pool company come everyday to clean the pool. The best solution is to get the pump fixed, better yet replaced

[Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.]The pump still has not been repaired. There are residents like myself who has a pool key but no bathroom key even though newer residents have access to pool and the bathroom with the proper key. The pool company comes and leaves with the pool still not functioning to his proper capacity. I've lived one block from the beach and never once was that pool as filthy and pose as a health concern as this one does. Let's be realistic and respectful. Residents have been running off trespassers who have keys to the pool. There is no trespassing sign. The residents of Edgewater have held a meeting at my home just to come together to present our issues and concerns to Crest. We have all made calls and spoken to many individuals with promises that are not being kept. We even offer someone from Crest come to our meeting on this Thursday to hear our voices. A resident has taken a trespasser's key. That same resident tried to run off another trespasser only to have that trespasser to become agitated and confrontational then cruised through our entire neighborhood what we believe looking for that resident. That trespasser has a violent past with burglaries. We have recently had two homes burglarized along with vehicles broken into. Our residents are taking a stand and fighting against our neighborhood turning into where people do not want to live. We want our value of our homes to be profitable. Most of us now have our own personal security system. I'm one of those. I have an old key but no key to the bathroom at the pool. I have three boys who I fear allowing to swim at the pool with them getting sick or ear infections. I am now concerned that some "outlaw" is going to be in our pool when he is not a resident and perhaps follow me home. There are simple solutions to working together. We would like to check into the FOB system and perhaps a wristband for the pool. We used to have a security system at the front entrance. Where is that now? It should not have to come down to this. Please please please understand where we are coming from. We live here. We wanted to live here. We don't want to move. We want to feel safe and heard. I am seriously afraid the next correspondence you receive from one of the residents here is a lawsuit.I would be more than happy to have you come to our meeting this Thursday at 8:30pm or contact me, Jen Pope at 904-945-0235.
