Humana Inc.

On April 4th I requested a refill on a prescription online. I didn't get it so went online again only to see where they needed a refill from the doctors office. I called my doctors office and the nurse refilled my prescription. Called Humana Pharmacy again and they said they needed a new prescription. I told then the nurse called it in. They didn't have it. So I sent an email to my doctors office. She told me she faxed the prescription in on Apr 11th and again on Apr 12th. Today Humana told me on the phone that they were waiting for the doctor to contact them. My pills were not sent out. But then the Humana customer service had to update her records to see if it was shipped out??????? What kind of a business is this. Doesn't anyone ever update their records? How many times does a doctor have to call in or fax a new prescription to them. UGH
