Dear Mr***Thank you for expressing your concerns regarding the Summerland by Keystone travel trailer you purchased at Crestview RV Georgetown. Your primary concern was that the trailer you purchased was not cooling sufficiently. Our service department has checked the cooling
system and has found it to be working as designed, however the extreme heat combined with the size of the trailer do not allow the item to cool to a comfortable level.Crestview RV Georgetown is taking your concerns seriously. As mentioned in our recent phone conversation, because there is nothing we can do to the your trailer to make it cool more,, we have found a travel trailer that will meet your needs. Crestview RV Georgetown has agreed to exchange your Summerland 3030BH for an upgraded Springdale 303BH. The Springdale model is the same layout, but will have upgraded features, most importantly 50amp service to accommodate a second AC (optional) for extra cooling capacity. Mr*** and Crestview RV Georgetown have worked out the details of the exchange and the item will be arriving late August.As of the date of this response Crestview has provided the *** family with what we feel is the best resolution to accommodate their concernsWe have provided a buyer's order that meets with their satisfaction and so we will wait for the item to arrive to make the exchange. Crestview RV Georgetown has received the email from the customer and we have posted the picture of the missing cross in the dealership and asked our employees if anyone has seen the cross As of today no one has seen the cross Crestview does not believe the cross was stolen
while the unit was in our possession As a jester of good will Crestview RV is willing to issue *** *** a $credit good towards either this work or future service parts and service work at Crestview RV Georgetown The customer can contact *** ***, Service director at *** to set up a time to complete the repairs

I am rejecting this response because: I have received my RV back, but the work was still not 100%. I am tired of...

sending it back and making payments on a vehicle I could not use.  The dealership had my RV for 10 weeks which was way too long for the repairs I had authorized.

Great venue to send your female friends, your coworkers or a bachelorette for a GREAT night out. It's a convenient location right in the HEART of the city! The prices are reasonable and my group of ladies that I sent had an awesome time. They all raved about the place. I'd heard quite a bit about the place and the show, did my research and found that I couldn't get a better place than this to send my friends to. Spur of the moment party and the guys there were ready to help out! We walked around a bit and found the place. When they were done with the show it was smiles all round! Great place, very helpful with getting their tickets. The online process was so simple, all I had to do was drop them off! Good job guys, when it's the next birthday I'll be sending them right back!

This was a gorgeous male strip club with even hotter guys. The club was so nicely done with its beautiful ambient lighting and smoke effects. The guys were all tall and ripped. They danced like crazy on stage and did all these moves like backflips and spins. I really like the different types of guys they had - Asian, Black, White, Hispanic. They really put on a great show. I'm glad I came to this one, I read all the positive reviews online and decided to book my tickets here. I'd recommend it to all my friends.

Best male review there is! I recently went for a girlfriends bachelorette party and had a blast! The dancers were on point from their outfits to their dances. Not to mention they guys were super hot. Drinks were also on point and reasonably priced. Would most definitely return!

Me and My Girls attended is show last weekend and I have to say after seeing a few male Revue shows I feel like I've been in the past. The male revue show was the best I have ever seen. First of all when I got there things were run so organized and the people in charge we're super nice and informtave. They helped us understand exactly how things work and exactly what to expect, something that we really appreciate it since my mom was in the group. The show itself was absolutely spectacular, the choreographed routines were amazing the costumes were great! We brought our bride to he on stage for a hot seat and I'm really glad we did. We were seated in one of the first roll since we had a VIP table and were able to get a lot of attention from the strippers even though there was a packed house. I would want hundred percent suggest anyone who's looking to do a bachelorette party, birthday party or just a fun ladies night out to attend this show !

HunkOMania was so much fun! My girls and I went there for a bachelorette party on the recommendation of a friend who had been there for another bachelorette party. I liked the fact that it was popular for celebrations because we were determined to have an epic good time. It was super crowded so it seems that we weren't the only ladies with that idea.
The guys are really sexy, really fun, and the environment just heightened our festive mood. Will definitely return, with or without the bachelorette crew.

This place is great for a special occasion. We did the VIP, 15 girl package that includes admission, 5 minute hot seat, a Bachelorette tiara, pic of the bride and the guys, and a bottle of champagne. Once in, there is 2 drink minimum charge at the door. We all had a good time, especially the bachelorette which was all that mattered. Cute guys, all good bodies. Fun times!

Review: I had a bachelorette party for my daughter at hunk o mania. I purchased a VIP table for 12 which was to include a spot on stage, a back rub, a picture, a dance with a hunk, a sash or tiara. Most important a table in the VIP section for my party. When I arrived I was given 2 small tables that fit 4 people and not in the VIP section. I tried to complain to [redacted] and was basically told that's all your getting. We did not see any part of show. I tried to dispute it with my credit card company. We are still going back and forth. They have a no refund policy but if you do not get what you ordered why do you have to pay. The date of my party was Oct *.Desired Settlement: I feel the company should give you what you paid for

I was appalled by my experience at Hunk-O-Mania. My friends and I expect a high-end male revue that was primarily focused on a stage performance. We expected the dancers to target the bride, may be shake his behind in her face. Instead we were touched, groped, picked up, humped, and were victim to various other sexual acts. Although some of the girls just went with it, my friend and I told the dancers "no" repeatedly and we were still touched. I was physically picked up from behind, bent over the chair, and thrusted onto. It was traumatizing. We did not sign any waivers saying we could be touched and after saying no repeatedly, it becomes sexual assault.

We also were charged to enter the revue, then charged again for a 2 drink minimum. They wouldn't even let our pregnant bridesmaid get away with out paying this 2 drink minimum fee.

When one of the girls in the group purchased a drink, they gave her back change in "Hunk-O-Mania dollars", something else they did not disclose to use when we entered or paid any of the entrance fees (which ended up being over $60 per person). When she stated "No, I want my cash back," the bar tender slammed the register draw shut and said "Too late sweetie." Isn't this illegal?

While my friends & I are unsure if we will be filing a lawsuit at this time, we would still like to warn other potential customers to avoid this place.

Review: I booked what I thought was a cabaret (funny show, like Jaques of boston) type show for my daughters bachelorette party. When I realized what it was, I called them back to cancel it immediately. The total charge was $676.00 for a large group of girls to attend this show. I kindly asked if we could cancel the show before my [redacted] was charged and they said we had to take it up with the credit card company. The credit card company said we had to take it up with the company. We called back again and they refused(the guys name was NOW [redacted], and when he sold me the tickets his name was "[redacted]." He told me to reply to my email confirmation that they had send me and maybe corporate would refund us. No reply, nothing. I thought about selling the tickets(package) on craigs list, but there is a policy that is stated on the website that prohibits you from doing so because it says, "PLEASE PRESENT ID AND CREDIT CARD OF THE PERSON WHO BOUGHT THE TICKETS", so there isn't a way to sell them. THis is $700.00 and it's completely unethical that they would not refund us. I also DO NOT RECALL being told these were non refundable. This ended up RUINING our time. Please help. We just want our money back.Desired Settlement: I just want my money back. These people are sleazy and have sleazy policies. All they care about is taking your money. I don't want to leave them any bad reviews or hurt their business in any way, I just want my money back.
