Review: I booked a VIP package for 12 ladies and could not attend the show due to state of emergency/blizzard that day. I contacted the merchant several times all week before the storm and they were rude and did not want to help. The day of the storm which was the same date of service I scheduled I called again for a refund and they did not care. They said others are still traveling for the show that day. There was a travel band in NJ and NY. There was no way to travel into NYC. The bridges/tunnels and public transportation was shut down. It is unbelievable that they still would not issue a refund. The travel band did not allow cars on the road. NO WAY to get to this venue. All they want is my money. I spent $718.00 with this merchant and I never received a service. They were rude and did not care about anyone's well being. I would have liked to attend the show along with my large group of friends but nature did not allow it. Why would they want to keep someones money and not give a service? I will never go or recommend this place to anyone.Desired Settlement: issue a full refund

Review: I believe I am a victim of 'switch and bait' with this company. I ordered my tickets from what I thought was the company's website and ordered a VIP package that included a series of items. However, I believe at some point I was redirected to another website which was made to look like the legitimate site and placed my order. On the night of the event, when we arrived, the place looked completely shady, and we did not get the VIP package that I paid for. In fact, they simply put 5 chairs side by side against the wall on the side of the stage and three rows of other people were in front of us. In addition, they took my credit card and made an imprint of it and had me sign it even though I had previously purchased my tickets on line and showed them the tickets. I knew that something is not adding up here but since I had 5 of my friends there and we drove 3.5 hours for this so called show, I didn't want to ruin the night. So, I let it go and figured I would deal with it when I got back. I tried calling the toll free number and got a guy who was trying in intimate me with his tone of voice by telling me that it was first come first serve. And, I told him, that's why I purchased the "VIP" package so we wouldn't have to deal with first come first serve. And it was very clear that he was not interested in hearing me out. So, I decided to report them to Revdex.com and hopefully, with my complaint on file, I can help others not make the same mistake and be scammed out of their money and their time.Desired Settlement: I expect a full refund of my money as I feel we paid for a VIP package and the only thing we got, was 5 sits against a wall on the side of the stage. No, champaign was served. No picture was taken. No hotseat was offered. And, so many other items that was clearly posted on the so called website that I paid $450.00 for.
