First of all they kept advertising dates that a stock would come in. Several different times these dates would change. Bought a pair of Hunter Bootsin a Christmas sale. I read that they run big so if your a 1/2 size purchase the size down. The boots fit my feet but are way to big around the ankle and to tight around the leg. Due to the sale price Hunter will not allow for a return or exchange! I had no way to try these on and Hunter does not back the quality of their product they just care about the sale and getting/keeping your money. Stay away they are not worth your spent dollars.

[Your Answer Here]

So I’m out $115 for boots I would have never purchased if I was given the proper information provided on the website that all other shoe companies provide?

Had I been provided the information such as, this boot tends to run a little narrow, circumference of the opening, shaft height or even as your customer rep I spoke on the phone with said I should’ve called to get the proper fitting information provided on your website I would’ve done that.

Because you failed to provide all pertinent information I have now, in essence, thrown away over a $100 on boots that weren’t marked down that much either.

Apologies do not get me my money back.  Apologies do not get me boots that fit properly.  You’re telling me all you can do is apologize for any inconvenience after I’ve had to contact your company multiple times and that’s all you can do?

Very appalled with you, your product and your company.  I guess with a reply that has awful grammar as well as spelling errors should tell me what type of company this is.

I will be informing the Revdex.com again of what a sham this company is as well as letting everyone I know not to purchase your product.

Review: I placed an order for a pair of boots on Wednesday April [redacted] after 2:00 pm. I paid the $20.00 charge for 2 day shipping. At the time the policy for 2 day shipping stated: Delivery is guaranteed in 2 business days after processing. Orders must be placed and confirmed as processing before 2 PM EST to be shipped out the same day as the order was placed. We do not ship orders on Saturday and Sunday. I received a confirmation email that the order had been processed on wednesday shortly after placing the order. Therefor I was expecting delivery on the 2nd business day after "processing" which would have been Friday May[redacted]. The package was delivered on Monday May[redacted]. I contacted customer service and requested a refund of my $20 dollars as guarantee as per their website was not met. I had a lengthy discussion with the representative about the interpretation of the phrase "Delivery is guaranteed in 2 business days after processing." The representative told me that the day in which the item ships does not count towards the two days and that she was not able to refund any of my money. She stated that she was unable to transfer me to her [redacted] but that she would have her call me back within 24 hours. Approximately 15 minutes later I received a call from [redacted], and after giving her my order number I explained to her the discrepancy I have regarding the statement "Delivery is guaranteed in 2 business days after processing." She said sir the guarantee is 2 business days after shipping, and asked where I was reading the guarantee. I explained that I was reading the guarantee from hunters shipping and delivery information page as I had still had my browser open. She argued that the statement that she is looking at says "Delivery is guaranteed in 2 business days after shipping." Without thinking I refreshed my browser and saw the word "processing" change to "shipping" before my eyes. I explained to [redacted] that It had just been changed to correctly represent their shipping policy in the time since I had spoke with the first representative. She claimed that it would take them much longer to update their website than 15 minutes, and would not acknowledge that the website had been undated. She asked if I had a sceen-shot of the previously posted statement, which I did not. She offered to reimburse me half of my money( 10$) which she claimed to have done while I was on the line. I have yet to see the 10$ reimbursement added back to my account. It is without any doubt to me that this company has not only misrepresented their shipping policy, but worse has been dishonest by updating their website to cover their mistake. When I suggested to [redacted] that I planned to file a complaint with the Revdex.com if I did not receive a full refund, she repetitively asked if I had a screenshot of the previously posted statement. As If to see I i had proof of their dishonesty in business. She stated that If I could send her the screen shot she would gladly refund me. It is very obvious that this business is operating unethically, and [redacted] was only going to refund my money if I could prove their dishonesty. I am an educated man, a medical student, and I know what the policy read. I know what I saw change before my eyes, and I know this cannot be the first time this company has operated in such a dishonest manner.Desired Settlement: As stated to the representatives, all I want is my 20 dollars back for a service which was not fulfilled. After Seeing such dishonesty from management, I also desire to let the general public know how this company does business.

Review: I ordered boots from [redacted] on December **, 2014 via their website. The boots did not fit. I called the customer service number and was emailed a return label to ship the boots back to [redacted] via [redacted]. I planned to exchange the boots for another size but since there was a price difference I was told that I would need to do a full refund and place another order. The boots were unused and the packaging was exactly as it had been when the boots were first delivered. The boots were received and signed for by [redacted] at [redacted] on January [redacted] The return policy is amended during the holiday season and says they will accept returns until the end of January. The policy says refunds will be processed between 10-15 days. It does not indicate business days so I figured 15 calendar days. As of today, February [redacted], I have still not received my refund. I have called [redacted] twice and there is always an excuse as to why the refund was not processed but upon subsequent calls, the customer service rep doesn't even see that I've called before. I spoke to someone today and told them that I would be submitting a complaint with the Revdex.com.Desired Settlement: I think [redacted] has a responsibility to honor their policies instead of providing excuses. If the policy needs to be changed, change it instead of lying to customers.

Review: Got a pair of their boots as a gift, however they are too narrow for my calves. Hunter basically told me to beat it when I asked for an exchange for the adjustable style because I didn't know if they were purchased on their website or at a store.

Not sure why it would matter since they are all the same boots regardless and I'm not asking for money back.

Also my boots are blooming and they have never been worn, their solution was to sell me a product to fix the problem.... On my brand new boots.

They don't stand behind their product at all and if you buy from an authorized retailer, they will tell you it's not their problem.Desired Settlement: Would like an exchange for a pair of boots that aren't damaged right out of the box, preferably I'm an adjustable style.
