Review: We purchased boots from them in early December, 2014 as a gift. The gift did not work out and we sent them back December [redacted]. Hunter received the shipment 01/**/2015. Today is Fabruary [redacted], 2015 and we have still never received out money back. I have called the company 8 times and written 2 emails. Over the phonme, they keep saying they will "send a refund which will take 10 days to show on the credit card statement" but they never refund us the money.Desired Settlement: Please refund the money I paid and 12.99% interest for the 2 months this was outstanding on my credit card.

Review: I ordered boots around christmas time and they never arrived. the order number is [redacted]. I paid by paypal in full. UPS show they were delivered on 12/**/13. I work out of the house and accept all packages with a signature ONLY. The UPS ticket does not show a signature for these boots. I think the delivery man made a mistake here.Desired Settlement: I recognize some time has elapsed. However I have been in and out of the hospital much of the winter and can ply attend to this now. In fact the marketing e-mail from hunter boots asking me to buy more boots today- jogged my memory. Hunter Boots should file a claim with UPS-however I would hope hunter boots would make a good will exception even if UPS declines and ship a replacement set in this case. My wife is a loyal customer and owns a number of pairs of these hunter boots. She really loves them. I am not looking for a freebee- the boots really never just arrived. Unfortunately around Christmas time UPS is overwhelmed and often screws up package deliveries- . I would ask the owner of Hunter boots to take this into consideration. Thank you!

Review: I sent a pair of hunter boots back to the company to exchange them for a larger size. Their website says the exchange process takes up to 5 days to process. It has now been 5 weeks since they received my boots and I have not heard a word about the progress of the exchange. I have called twice and have been told I need to keep waiting. I have emailed them over 5 times and have not received any response! They have my money and I want my boots!Desired Settlement: I want to know where my boots are and I want to receive them!

Review: I placed an order for a pair of socks on 12/*/2014. No where on the website did it say they were out of stock or there would be a delay in shipping. I called the company on 12/**/2014 because I had not seen that it had shipped and they said it would that day or the next. As of today, 12/**/2014, my item still has not shipped (it doesn't state on website nor have I received an email). I try calling customer support and was on hold for over 30 minutes.Desired Settlement: I want the item delivered by Tuesday 12/**/2014 or a substantial credit given.
