I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 10293228, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
This email acknowledges your letter dated 11/6/2014 regarding Hurwitz-Mintz Furniture Co. The company refused to acknowledge my claims which does not resolve my claim.
I have not received a reply to ID NO. 57292633 regarding Thomasville Furniture Industries yet.  They have until November 14, 2014 to respond.

Dear Ms. [redacted]  This is in response to complaint ID 12334993.  As stated in my original reply we follow the manufacturers warranty.  Mrs. Ricks has a copy of the warranty as she quoted it in her original complaint.I did contact our factory representative and explained the situation.  This was his response"We will not warranty this as this is no way near defective and shows mild wear at ½ inch. The Dewhurst is a molding and contouring memory foam bed so yes it will have a different feel than a traditional quilted bed".If [redacted] observes the mattress showing a deeper body impression in the future we will promptly send out customer service to inspect the mattress. Sincerely,  Martin M[redacted]

Dear [redacted],  Per my conversation with Mrs. [redacted] on 2/10/17 at about 12:30 pm I agreed to take back the tables mentioned for refund.  To clarify; Mrs. [redacted] never mentioned returning the tables until this amended complaint.  I understand her reasoning for wanting to return the tables.This should satisfy [redacted] issues.Sincerely, Martin M[redacted]

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 11945771, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  But, I want to stress, if I am not going to be charge pick up fee; when the furniture is pick up.  If this occur, I will send in another complaint. I do not want to go back and forth with this company.  We had no intention of returning the pieces we purchased with HM.   After the final response regarding pick up fee; I will call the company request the $149.00 credit to my credit card.  If not, I know the drill.  Thanks

Dear, Ms. [redacted],
In response to Mr. [redacted] complaint:  I have attached copies of the manufacturer's warranty from Thomasville Furniture and customer receipts.  Over a year and one half after delivery of the leather upholstery the customer called about discoloration of leather in a few...

places.  Although the upholstery is out of warranty (attached) we sent pictures provided by customer to Thomasville for review.  Thomasville reviewed the pictures and after researching to make sure there were no other problems with leather upholstery manufactured during that time denied any responsibility stating that the leather appeared to have been affected by something in the customers home (lotion, cleaning products...)  We have no control as to what happens to the furniture once it is in the customer's home.
 
Hurwitz Mintz handles all warranty issues for our customer for one year from date of delivery.  After that any issues are the customer's responsibility.  We assisted the customer with their complaint, even after the warranty had expired.
