Hyatt's Roofing & Remodeling

In response to Mrs [redacted] complaint that Hyatt's Roofing and Remodeling did not complete the work as per our contract with you on July 11, we received a check from you in the amount of $5,of the $10,insurance claim check that was issued to remove and install a new roof The roof replacement was start the week of August 3, and all work was done as per specifications Hyatt's Roofing and Remodeling paid for the roofing material that was needed and for the roofing and carpentry labor to complete the project The total paid for material and labor was $4,with the remaining balance to cover overhead and proit At this time we don't have a crew to work on the pool patio enclosure therefore we have no other choice to cancel the remaining contract Thank You [redacted] ***

First of all my mother did not pass away and we never stated that ,all other line items lined out are as he stated we tried to put the roof on twice however they had some who did not need to be disturb after surgeryThe insurance did not pay the member enough to get work done so we filed on his behalf a supplementThe supplement was approved to get all the work done including the roof since that time, We restructured the company to a hand full of workers causing us to get very behindWE will have the work done with in the next bussiness days or less depending on the weather Thank You.Regards, [redacted] ***

WE have been overloaded with work and unfortunately cant make all dead line due to weather and some jobs being more difficult than others after negotiation with client we together decided it is best for clients money be refunded in full so they can contract with some one
else.

Quoted roof repairs of $20,in I gave him a $5,check to begin services, which he promptly cashed He was never seen again despite numerous phone calls and requests for him to either refund my money or perform the services of at least the $5,that I had already paid him Clayton H*** is a fraud who takes individuals money and never performs the services He's on Angie's List, so beware There are others (elderly persons) that I know of whom he has also ripped off thousands from
