I am rejecting this response because: Hyatt's RoofingHyatt's Roofing and Remodeling did not complete the work as per our contract signed on July 11, They did received a check from me in the amount of $5,Which he stated the claim check was of for the amount of $10,That is not trueHe took what the claim check was in the full amount that was given to me to remove and install a new roof including what he calls the pool roof. The roof replacement was start the week of August 3, and the work was not done as per specificationsThe inside of garage is not replaced or paintedAs when I called MrHyatt and his sales man (***) on two different occasions stated they could not find the same roofing but had another type coming in to finish the other roofAnd if Hyatt's Roofing and Remodeling paid for the roofing materialWhere is it ?And if they don't have a crew to work on the pool patio that shouldn't be my issue, they should not have accepted this job, and if I would have cancelled the contract, certainly I would have been penalized.MrHyatt stole my money and did not finish the job as promised. All he made were promises convincing enough to trust himIt all tells the truth the moment he starts avoiding our calls, text messages and emailsAs said before I am not wanting any refund, all I am asking for is the job to be completed as per the contact that was signed by himself and I

We spoke with Mr, *** this Monday told him we are waiting on funds and that he his first on list to be install I told him hopefully within days

roof replacement was start the week of August 3, and all work was done as per specifications Hyatt's Roofing and Remodeling paid for the roofing material that was needed and for the roofing and carpentry labor to complete the project The total paid for material and labor was $4,with the remaining balance to cover overhead and proit At this time we don't have a crew to work on the pool patio enclosure therefore we have no other choice to cancel the remaining contract

Hyatt (owner) was very eager to come do work on my houseGreat, I ended up needed tile work and bathroom work doneWe agree on a price of $per day for hours of workHe and his crew showed up and started work right awayTwo hours into the job he states he has to go to Home Depot for itemsNo issue, the issue began when Hyatt states he does not have a compressor to complete the jobHe expects me to buy the piece of equipment, so he can complete the job I hired him to do After being completely blindsided and dumb founded, I met him at Home Depot to cancel the job all togetherHe then verbally agreed to completing the job in two days, the bathroom and installing a garage door openerI purchased the item and it was coming off the payment amountHyatt and his crew continued to work after a hour delayThey worked late and made up most of the time a.m-a.m3pm- 7:pmA total of hours and minutesThe second day was a little over hoursThis is not the issue, the issue is the work they promised they can do in the time frame was not doneI ordered them off the job and paid them for their time as they were not going to be finish in the timeAfter being lied to as he said he told me the bathroom was a $job (lie), as he only told me $a day or $1,a week was his total feeAfter he was paid, I am left cleaning up the messI would not recommend this to anyone as they cannot deliver on their agreement and time to do the jobAll you will get is excuses and your money takenThe paint job inside part of my bathroom is on the windows and is of very poor quality

Clayton H***, the ***, is a fraud and steals his clients' money My family contracted Hyatt's Roofing & Remodeling in August to repair our roofBeing a disabled veteran, we were impressed with the military discount Hyatt's Roofing & Remodeling offeredWe paid H*** a deposit of $5,that was cashed by Clayton H*** immediately The roof repair services were to be completed no later than end-of-month October That was the last time Clayton H*** or anyone from Hyatt's Roofing & Remodeling ever came to our house despite numerous attempts to reach out to them for an ETA or to get our money back for over a year Clayton H*** is a skilled criminal at consumer fraud and deceptive trade practicesHe uses tactics that make him seem sincere and credible when you try to call him for explanation as to why they have not performed the services you paid for, but this is only to buy him more time and hope that his victims eventually give upHe does the same thing with those who file Revdex.com complaints He knows the process and gets away with it every time

I am rejecting this response because:My wife was told his mother has past, he only scheduled with us once and my wife asked to postpone that is trueThe contract is months old and now he wants another days I feel he is still putting us off he does not return ANY phone calls He spoke to a neighbor today who is in the same position and told him that he SPOKE to me but I have not heard his voice except answer machine in monthsI have had shingles delivered by him sitting on my roof for almost months, and when they were delivered he said job would be done by end of February, and here we are today I don't want this case to be closed until repairs are complete and he is paid in full
