The techs and staff at HTS were very professional and knowledgeableThey did a great job for thrashers electric on our Komatsu unitsThanks for the great job!

We have spoken to Mr [redacted] and returned all callsA refund check for the core exchange program has already been sent out to Mr [redacted] within our company policy time frameI am sure the holiday from last week has delayed it The order was shipped without one part because of the factory back ordered lead timeIt is out of our control as to when product is available from the factoryWe have checked the status of the back ordered part and we are told it is scheduled to drop ship today direct to Mr [redacted] Again, we have no control of factory shipments, back orders or lead timesWe completed Mr [redacted] 's order within a reasonable time frame within our control and according to our company policy

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Nothing has changed I still have not received the pump or a refund They statement that they thought I received the pump is not trueThey told me three times that the item was shipped and I would receive it in a few days yet they could not give me any tracking information I will accept their response and close this complaint only after receiving the correct pump, or receiving full refund of $ [redacted] I also want confirmation of shipping by tracking numbers Regards, [redacted]

Do not trust these peoplePurchased cores and never paid for them

We have mr***s part in for repair.we repaired it and shipped it back to him.we did not notice an ear had been chippen off the back mount in shipping.we agreed to have him ship it back and put a new housing on the back half at no cost.the back housing has been ordered and we have been waiting
on it.we advised mr*** we would be recieveing it any day.At which time we would put it back together and ship it.thanks

The part he ordered and asked for was the incorrect part.(not our fault we were given wrong information)when customer gave us correct information to find the correct part we located and sourced and ordered it from another supplier (this item has been obsolete for many years) it was to be drop shipped to the customer we assumed it had been done so.after talking to the customer on Saturday we offered to refund his funds and give him the part that is supposed to be delivered today or tomorrow at no cost

I have received the parts via UPS today I am very happy this whole issue has been resolved It has been very frustrating to Mr Soper and IAfter speaking with him on Saturday and again on Monday it has become apparent that I owe him an apology I did not realize how hard it was for him to find the part I needed If I would have known the trouble he went thru I would have been a lot more patient When he offered to give me full refund and keep the part as well, I knew at that moment he was really trying to fix the problem I'm just happy to get the parts I need and even though I also ordered and received the same pump from another source, I'm not going to hassle MrSoper with returning the one I got from himI am also going to decline his offer for a refund I'm just happy to get the part! He does not need to also give me a refund

These statements are not accurate.We do have a partner in ohio that builds units for us.It did take a week longer than expected to finish the pump it was a special item.we did refund the fright and the core charge.We were never told that he was hiring someone at an hour or that he was
renting a crane and that he expected us to pay for his down time.We contacted him and will forward the difference he is requesting in an attempt to resolve this issue and stop any complaints even though we dont feel we owe it

This was an obselete and almost impossible item to get parts for and repair, as well ad recieveing it in parts disasembled in a can and a box.We tried multiple times to find, order and repair this item.we refunded the customer back over a month ago in full.We also informed the customer we had
done all we could on an obselete and impossible item to find.we even ordered a replacement item to try to retrofit it and nevet charged the customer any more.we mailed his refund some time back and considered the issue closed

We shipped the part he requested using the numbers he had provided.After learning he had ordered the wrong part...obsolete..we sourced and located his correct needed part .we requested it to be drop shipped and thought he had recieved it.we will check again for him and or locate the part or offer a

Our company sent a remanufactured pump per the customers requested specs.When he recieved it he requested a new one instead, we forwarded a brand new pump, his custom agent refused the item, we finally recieved it back.He asked for a refund.We tried on three occasions to forward hu s c.f. und back...

to his requested account through [redacted].We then requested different banking information to forward his refund back, to date we still have not recieved correct information as [redacted] states it is incorrect information.We tried very hard to please this customer even sending two different items.We have no problem trying again, if he can send correct information.
