We have spoken to Mr. [redacted] and returned all calls. A refund check for the core exchange program has already been sent out to Mr. [redacted] within our company policy time frame. I am sure the holiday from last week has delayed it The order was shipped without one part because of the factory...
back ordered lead time. It is out of our control as to when product is available from the factory. We have checked the status of the back ordered part and we are told it is scheduled to drop ship today direct to Mr. [redacted]. Again, we have no control of factory shipments, back orders or lead times. We completed Mr. [redacted]'s order within a reasonable time frame within our control and according to our company policy.
The techs and staff at HTS were very professional and knowledgeable. They did a great job for thrashers electric on our Komatsu units. Thanks for the great job!
On around 6/10/15, Mr. [redacted] contacted our company to an obsolete unit on his motor home. We explained to him at that time we only had a retrofit unit that he would have to have machine work done to make it applicable. A picture was forwarded to him of the unit that we offered. He agreed to...
purchase the unit as is and do the required machine work. When he received it, his local machinist decided he could not make it work. Ultimately, we agreed to take the part back and issue a credit. Mr. [redacted] works off shore and is extremely difficult to contact. We called numerous times. We called his home phone and never got an answer. Consequently, he got back into the states, contacted us and we wire drafted the funds back to him on September the 21, 2015 (See attached wire transfer). We did not charge a restock fee and refunded the shipping against our company polic. (See attached Invoice) At that time, we understood the issue to be closed. Mr. [redacted] knew from the very start it had to be machined and retrofitted and for whatever reason, he decided against using it. We feel like Mr. [redacted] complained without cause.
