We left here to go to IDrive Hotel and Suites in Orlando The worst check in system I have ever seen! At 1030pm there is a line from desk to door, people working only one knowing what they are doing I was checked in by the latter-who originally put us in a room with people already in it-which we didn't get into until AM On top of this, it was under construction or probably falling apart Chunks of paint and wood missing off walls Drains in the bathroom did not work, no cold water which made my shower scalding hot, outlets were not covered exposing wires I was so exhausted and did not want to go and say anything that night so I accepted it for a night-which was supposed to be two night stay I went out in the morning no one there- I called the number listed if no one is at the deanswer When we decided to leave a couple hours later I discussed this with the manager, WILL He said we should of told him last night, (which meant getting back in line until what tim

The "manager" , Martha was really RUDE to all of the guest, we were waiting and she was in the back talking to a man and we called her and kept ignoring me and the other guestI had some questions I need to ask her because I needed the owner TO SIGN A DOCUMENT FOR A SIGN IN HIS PROPERTY and she was rude, yelled at me and told me because I wasn't a guest she had no business to talk to meI was looking for the owner for a really urgent mannerShe is not professional at allI cant even believe she yelled at me for no reason
