Online reservation through *** Upon arrival requested cancellation due to unsanitary conditions of room & facility
Made online reservation with *** 04/05/At checking 04/06/with my wife and daughter, I was shocked to see and smell the unsanitary conditions of general hallway & room conditionsThere was visible soiled carpet stains in hallways, strong unpleasant odors in hallways & roomLights inoperable in roomI then requested a cancellation of reservationI was referred to manager, who informed me that the 3rd party *** has a non refundable policyMy Daughter who had a separate reservation spoke to ***, who said that the refund policy was up to I-Drive Grand Resort & SuitesThe Facility manager insisted on charging my daughter & I for one of two night reservation $eachI tried to defend my case and dispute the charge, which was due to facilities lack of cleanliness that I was canceling with no avail

I reserved a room online through***I started my search for pet friendly hotels.The site came up for I-Drive Grand Resort&Suites.The site stated they would accept small well behaved pet
No charge.The reservation was made on Nov 7th for
nights starting Wednesday Nov.9th.Ending on the 19th of Nov.When I arrived at 9:30pm on the 9th
I had to pay a resort fee 50.00.We discussed the dog because they had a sign in lobby stating a pet fee of per pet per night.I was told if there were no incidents with the dog there would not be a charge.On the evening of the 14th when I returned from work there was a letter stating they had made a mistake and I would have to come to the front desk and pay more for a daily charge for my dog

charge at time of booking.This turned in

Hotel was disgusting and a health nightmare! They refused to refund us despite bugs and trash everywhere
My significant other booked this hotel and when we arrived, there was trash along the stairs and in the hallways we had to step over, the carpets are wrinkled which suggest water damage occurred at some point so there's probably mold, the room had a live roach in it, the air conditioning didn't work, and the first floor doors were all propped open to air out the hallway because it smelled like musty cigarettesTo call this place a "Resort" is a joke! It's disgusting!
