We go by the tracking details that are shown on [redacted]It shows 02/05/2018 2:12 P.M. The post office was unable to deliver the [redacted] SurePost® package and returned it to the sender.  Once again, we have refunded you for both of the items.

I am rejecting this response because:The mailing address, along with YOUR NAME, is automatically populated from the information on the web order form, no where on the website does it say you need to change what is automatically populated. The fact that I have to reorder an item, at a higher price than I initially paid due to a technical problem that I, the consumer, am getting blamed for  is flat out ridiculous. I feel like it is their way to force me to purchase the same product at a higher price.  Not to mention that this order was placed before thanksgiving allowing far more than enough time for it to arrive by Christmas. If there was a problem with the shipping label I should have been contacted and got it resolved before it ever got shipped in the first place. All I want is the item I purchased, at the price I purchased it at, delivered by Christmas.
