I-Pave has failed to show up and address accepted warranty repairs for months, failed to show up on multiple occasions and repairs are still not completed! Please attached full exchange and phone conversation recordings are also available i-Pave has accepted that driveway requires warranty repairs back in July to fix their poor work quality and failed to fix for months Multiple times scheduled repair appointments and failed to come to work site The driveway has now bigger standing water issues after i-Pave performed overlay due to poor quality of work Several licensed companies has already stated to me that the driveway in the front of house needs to be replaced or overlay again to resolve i-Pave failure to do work correctly This will be a major expense i-Pave history of months of no shows and broken promises has left me with no other option to hire another company to seal within last days of acceptable weather window to seal After 10/29th time of last conversation with I-Pave, we have had only last days Weather permitting days left to SEAL the drivewayThe SEAL of a new asphalt is critical before the winter as frozen water may get into asphalt and destroy it.Mentioned in i-Pave response conversation took place on 10/29th after i-Pave has failed for months of no shows to fix their bad work under warranty and seal the driveway Attached Weather calendars for October and November demonstrates that Monday October 30th and 31st were only last days of the acceptable weather to SEAL the driveway It was already too late due to i-Pave no shows to do any repairs I have called multiple companies and all have refused to do SEAL after 10/30th due to the weather I-Pave has failed to response to contractually obligated inch of compacted asphalt overlay, when pictures proof that in some areas it is only inches or less and leads to the standing water Regards, [redacted]

[redacted] : Another company is scheduled on MondayYou have had the opportunity during the last months to complete warranty repairs and sealI-Pave Asphalt: I'll be there tomorrow at o'clock the seal the drivewayLike I said if another company does the driveway your warranty is voidI have nothing else to say have a good afternoon1st of all we had no choice but to wait months so the asphalt would cure before we could put sealer on it, you called me times in months to tell me that I should come out and seal the driveway, I was there to see the repairs you was talking about, I told you that it would be okay you insisted that water would sit there and ruin the new drivewayI told you well of course water is going to sit there because the asphalt is made from a Petroleum base substance allowing water not to seep through when it's rolled down to compactionYou insisted the driveway needed to be seal coated again I told you it needs to cure you cannot seal fresh asphalt with a water base sealer, oil and water don't mix that's why it needs to cureGoogle it and you would see itThat's what I told you on the phone and in person

like I mentioned in the complaint, I took the entire day off work to be there while ipave replaced the drivewayI completely understand that they cannot do the driveway if it is rainingHowever it never started raining at my address until 4:pm exactly on September 29, I do not believe they were ever coming evidenced by them not showing or even calling to say hey it might rain we will need to rescheduleI would like an exact date and time on the company's part of when they plan to come out to the residence and exactly what their plan in detail is to fix the problemI would also still like to be compensated for the time away from work I had to take for them not showing Regards, [redacted] ***

This is follow up complaint as there has been NO contact by Nick or this company to address the shoddy work and concrete stains left on the fresh concrete when done in July Despite the assurances to the Revdex.com that his would be addressedNor did I receive the receipt as promised in the resolution statement made by the co rep to the Revdex.compromises made! As I read the other complainappears there is a distinct pattern of shoddy work and lack of follow upWhat does it take to insure consumer protection and resolutions? I believe original complaint stands and no contact or resolution since July is absurd and no business should be permitted to operate in this mannerI expect this complaint should be elevated to the highest levelFull repairs by a reputable company and refunds would be the right resolutionSubmitted- [redacted] ***

I reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find the resolution is satisfactory to me

I have provided the response as the Business (i-Pave) has never satisfactory addressed the concern or completed warranty repairs.Plssee attached.I am not satisfied as Business has never addressed any of my concerns.Thank you,*** ***

Due to communication problems we have not been able to contact [redacted] to schedule a day and time to come out to the residents home and make the proper repairs in which we are trying to do next week between Monday  December 5th and Friday December 9th. We will get the repairs taken care...

of. Thank you

We were scheduled to go out to the address on September 29th but due to the weather we were not able to and [redacted] had submitted the complaint to the Revdex.com before we could reschedule. We can not do the work in the rain. We will take care of it.

I have been given similar promises just before I entered the original complaint from this company and they were not honored. I am also skeptical of the July 29 date as this is a Saturday and I have a conflict with this date.Would like to schedule next week on a regular work day (M to F).Interesting and convenient response that contract documents have been destroyed and that there is new management. Answer makes me more suspicious of the integrity of this company. As far as I am concerned the sooner the cleaning and sealing is done the better for all contract parties.Regards,
[redacted]

I will take care of it when the weather is proper end of March first week of April and I will hand deliver a receipt for payment thank you

The gentleman in my complaint did not call or rectify after the issue after having set a specific date.  Please be so kind as to direct me to how to reopen my complaint so that I may directly let him know that we can settle in small claims.  It was unfortunate we could not come to an amicable solution.  I appreciate your assistance in attempting to reconcile our issue.Yours truly,[redacted]

Sorry for the inconvenience but everything will be taken care of first week of April again there was plenty of times plenty of conversations with mr. And mrs. [redacted] I will rectify the whole situation

We are in the process of trying to get this resolved

We will be taking care of the issue before the end of this week,  thank you

I truly apologize if this happen to this person, but fortunately we don't have any one by the name [redacted] that works for Ipave Asphalt.

It is now Jan 30, 2017. 90 days or more have passed since the response. There has been NO attempt to contact us to resolve the issues. Neither by phone or by mail. The response is a lie and I am happy to speak with the media if need be. The...

visible concrete stain and concrete issues will speak for itself. Please do not let this happen to others. It is a disgrace.

1. I-Pave has failed to show up and address accepted warranty repairs for 3 months, failed to show up on multiple occasions and repairs are still not completed! Please attached full exchange and phone conversation recordings are also available.  i-Pave has accepted that driveway requires warranty repairs back in July to fix their poor work quality and failed to fix for 3 months.  Multiple times scheduled repair appointments and failed to come to work site.  2. The driveway has now bigger standing water issues after i-Pave performed overlay due to poor quality of work.  Several licensed companies has already stated to me that the driveway in the front of house needs to be replaced or overlay again to resolve i-Pave failure to do work correctly.  This will be a major expense.     3. i-Pave history of 3 months of no shows and broken promises has left me with no other option to hire another company to seal within last 2 days of acceptable weather window to seal.  After 10/29th time of last conversation with I-Pave, we have had only last 2 days Weather permitting days left to SEAL the driveway. The SEAL of a new asphalt is critical before the winter as frozen water may get into asphalt and destroy it.Mentioned in i-Pave response conversation took place on 10/29th after i-Pave has failed for 3 months of no shows to fix their bad work under warranty and seal the driveway.  Attached Weather calendars for October and November demonstrates that Monday October 30th and 31st were only last 2 days of the acceptable weather to SEAL the driveway.  It was already too late due to i-Pave no shows to do any repairs.  I have called multiple companies and all have refused to do SEAL after 10/30th due to the weather.  4. I-Pave has failed to response to contractually obligated 1.75 inch of compacted asphalt overlay, when pictures proof that in some areas it is only .5 inches or less and leads to the standing water.
