entire day off work to be there while ipave replaced the driveway. I completely understand that they cannot do the driveway if it is raining. However it never started raining at my address until 4:41 pm exactly on September 29, 2016. I do not believe they were ever coming evidenced by them not showing or even calling to say hey it might rain we will need to reschedule. I would like an exact date and time on the company's part of when they plan to come out to the residence and exactly what their plan in detail is to fix the problem. I would also still like to be compensated for the time away from work I had to take for them not showing.

This is follow up complaint as there has been NO contact by Nick or this company to address the shoddy work and concrete stains left on the fresh concrete when done in July 2016. Despite the assurances to the Revdex.com that his would be addressed. Nor did I receive the receipt as promised in the resolution statement made by the co rep to the Revdex.com. False promises made! As I read the other complaints-it appears there is a distinct pattern of shoddy work and lack of follow up. What does it take to insure consumer protection and resolutions? I believe original complaint stands and no contact or resolution since July 2016 is absurd and no business should be permitted to operate in this manner. I expect this complaint should be elevated to the highest level. Full repairs by a reputable company and refunds would be the right resolution. Submitted- [redacted]

nothing else to say have a good afternoon. 1st of all we had no choice but to wait 3 months so the asphalt would cure before we could put sealer on it, you called me 25 times in 3 months to tell me that I should come out and seal the driveway, I was there to see the repairs you was talking about, I told you that it would be okay you insisted that water would sit there and ruin the new driveway. I told you well of course water is going to sit there because the asphalt is made from a Petroleum base substance allowing water not to seep through when it's rolled down to compaction. You insisted the driveway needed to be seal coated again I told you it needs to cure you cannot seal fresh asphalt with a water base sealer, oil and water don't mix that's why it needs to cure. Google it and you would see it. That's what I told you on the phone and in person.

While it is true that Peter no longer is associated with I Pave my contract was with I Pave back in December 2016. Contract / estimate...

approved by I Pave Asphalt was E161130296. Invoice number 1161221299 received dated 12/21/2016 is direct from IPave. I Pave Asphalt is most definitely the contractor responsible for meeting the contractual obligations.
