This company is So Unprofessional!
They are Very Rude & Disrespectful!
No regards to how they speak to you ! Had set my appointment... the time span was set for 15 minutes intervals. I had to wait over an hour to get my possessions returned to me @ during this time had no consideration for me having to wait either out in the hot sun or inside a very small enclosed tin closed in entry with no air ventilation. No way to get hold of anyone to follow up on why such a Long delay ! When I asked questions they were Very defensive, raising their voice and Threatening!
I responded that I had questions to have answered & was threatened to stop assisting me. One is @ their mercy ! A Very Unpleasant & Frightening encounter ! Don’t go alone ... this is @ the Synott location!

I am filing a complaint against the company IR Services which is located at Synott Sugarland, Texas 77479, but has the address of W Grand Pkwy SSugarland, Texas on the Personal Effects Inventory formMy vehicle (Blue *** *** **) was repossessed on Wednesday, September 7, at approximately 2:am from Richmond Ave Houston, Texas I found out it was towed around 8:am and immediately contacted *** *** *** and spoke with a representative to find out if I was repossessed or notThey had no information in the system so they transferred me to the Reinstatement department for better assistanceI spoke with another representative who indeed said the vehicle was picked up for being past due approximately daysAll I wanted to know was where the car was located so that I could pick up my handbag that was left in the back seat of the vehicleI was on the call with reinstatement for a long period of time as they were giving me information as to how much I would have to pay to retrieve the vehicle and setting up payment arrangements and payment deferment for Septembers paymentOnce we finished in that department, she gave me the contact info for *** *** ***I spoke with a representative who then gave me the information to the lot that was storing the vehicle and my property, IR Services, although he couldn't give me the addressWhen I called IR Services, I spoke with Jennifer who I specifically told that I had my *** *** hand bag in the back of the car while running my twin nieces upstairs and getting them settled and that I was coming to pick it upShe stated I couldn't pick up any of my personal property until hours and I had to have an appointment, which I found to be weird, so I pushed back saying that I needed my purse! After she told me several times that it was policy, I asked her if they would touch anything in my bagShe said they would touch it because they have to remove everything from the vehicle but they would touch the content insideI was very upset at this point so I said they better not because if they do, it’s going to be serious problems, not knowing that I would literally be in this situationThe appointment was set for am on September 8, I arrived on time, presented my identification card to the male representative at the window, paid the $processing document fee in cash and was presented with a picture report and the personal effects inventory form from Jennifer, the same female I had spoken with over the phoneMy fiancé and I immediately started looking at the pics and not only was my purse not seen in any of the pics, but there were no full pictures of the backseat drivers side where my purse was placedWe also noticed on the inventory form, that an "empty purse" was listed but there were no specifics as to what kind of purse and my hand bag was not emptyI know for sure there was a heavy bible and a pair of shades in there, but nothing of valueJennifer said she was almost certain that was the purse so I signed so they could bring my property out to meI received a large grey trash bag full of my belongings in which my fiancé and I began to go through it specifically looking for my handbag, which would have taken up majority of the spaceNo hand bag! I asked her again where my handbag was and she said maybe it’s in a locker storage so her and the same guy who was first at the window went to check as I said to them that they better find my purse or I'm going to flipIt took about min when my fiancé noticed in the picture that no paperwork or the cologne bottle was in the grey bag so we pointed it out to Jennifer who said she will double check that as well, about min after that, guys came out with a white trash bag full of my personal paperwork and her cologneStill I asked where my purse was and they said they didn't have itI got super irate and told them I was calling the cops in which Jennifer said in a rude tone, "Call them"I called the Police who arrived about minutes after the call, explained to the Officer the situation, showed him a pic of my handbag from my *** page, showed him the picture report and how they took pictures of every other area except the back seat where my handbag was, asked him if he could check for me in the back since I couldn't go back myself, and eventually filed a police reportWhile the Officer was searching the property for me, I contacted *** to let them know what was currently going on and the representative notated everything, took a description of the bag, (beige, with tan strap) and gave me the complaint email to fileOnce I left the property, I called back to speak with a managerI spoke with Cathy who said she was the store/site manager for that location along with othersI explained to her as well what the situation was in which she offered me no apology and told me to just file a complaint and that's all she could do for meShe didn't really want to hear it at allSo once I got off with her, I called back to speak with any other manager that would treat me with a little more respect considering that one or more of their employees are responsible for my missing hand bagI was left on hold separate time, Jennifer of course, and my 5th time, I was transferred back to CathyShe answered the phone annoyed and as I began to ask what the proper protocol is for picking up property, she continued to say they don't do same day appointmentsI interjected and said I wasn't asking for an appointment, I just wanted to pick up my hand bagShe then stated she received info from *** regarding the situation after I contacted her and that the story she had gotten was that I was missing purses and a toolkit which the toolkit was foundIn the middle of her saying this, I stopped her and asked her where she was getting this information from because that way beyond inaccurate and she then hung up in my faceI contacted *** who said they have nothing in the system about purses and a toolkit so not only is Cathy rude and unprofessional, but that also makes her a liar and I will most certainly take this above her and will be filing a civil lawsuit as was recommended by the OfficerI understand that company’s like IR Services may feel like people will forget about their personal property, but I am a lot smarter than thatThis is not fair for of a company to misplace or steal property that doesn't belong to themThey would feel for me if it were to happen to them but this world is just filled with people that has no kind of consideration for other people’s propertyMy handbag was a gift from my fiancé who worked hard to be able to provide that for me while I was going through tough times on my 29th birthday and I am extremely hurt that IR Services couldn't even offer a sincere apology or reassure me that they would go above and beyond to make sure they locate my handbagI am literally in tears, not because of the property per say, but the principle that this company will not take ownership because they literally don't careI hope whoever has my handbag will eventually return it but until then, I have to take measures into my own hands and take this to court

I picked my car up this morning and Ms. Christy was very polite all my belongings were still inside so I was happy for that after reading the reviews! The only thing I don’t like is the appointment part you should be able to call them other then that it was a learning experience.

Regards,  I need to find out what happened to my money that I had in my car it was a $100 bill. I would really appreciate if you guys have me my money back because this [redacted] Y'all should have never went in my car to begin with to take any of my things out. I didn't even get a call to tell me to pick up my property that was in my car.
