Following the Repossession of my fiancé vehicle early Monday morning the tow truck driver Ricky was very rude and racist. he proceeded to call me a n[removed] after he almost ran my foot over. I then let I R Service know what happened and the first worker had a listening ear but then another worker with blonde short hair was very rude and didn't care. She stated that the incident had nothing to do with her. Like really you [removed] hired this wrecker service with racist unprofessional drivers

When I went to pick up my van l found that they had stolen an $800-$1200 key duplicator machine and a $250 drill ! Did they honestly think I won't notice they were gone?!! When I reported it to them they said they didn't see them!!! The woman there was rude and told me to call their complaint dept. and of course all I got was a recording I left a message like they asked and they of course did not call me back. I did file a police report and do intend to get a lawyer to sue for lose wages it they do not return my equipment.

Stolen property of major items. Very crooked organization. Spoke to several people who have had missing items from their vehicles. Most dishonest organization ever encountered. They refused to acknowledge theft and have not performed in any manner of a reputable company. A rating of 0 is too much.

Review: My vehicle was repose by I.R. Services on [redacted]. Before my vehicle was repose, I just recently got it out of the shop from [redacted].I paid almost 2000 to have my vehicle repair and check for any additional problems. My vehicle was running great until they (I R Services) towed it. I have a Lincoln Navigator 2006 Limited. Upon me receiving my vehicle back from IR Service, I notice some visible damages. The damages was on the front bumper. Which include stretches and underneath the front bumper were stretch mark. Also on the front bumper on the license plate was cover in mud as if it had been drag. I immediately inform the person that was assisting me with my vehicle. She was very rude, only told me to file a complaint online and there was not a Manager there. I got my vehicle home and now my front wheel suspensions is total out! Upon reading my manual and contact [redacted] (who repair my vehicle). It clearly states before you tow or hoist a Lincoln Navigator 2006 Limited you must turn off the suspensions. They pick up my vehicle at about 3:00am, because my neighbor and myself witness them just pulling up and pulling my vehicle out of my driveway . Not at one time did the guy enter the vehicle, he just hook it up and pulling out with the bumper dragging. The repair shop is [redacted] my Tech contact is [redacted] ###-###-####, you may contact them on details of my last repairs that was done there. The vehicle in question is a Lincoln Navigator Limited 2006 last six vin numbers [redacted]. I have contact IR Services several times and can't get anyone from upper Management. This is a horrible situation they have put me in . I'm a single mother of four and its [redacted] time. Just imagine not being able to get your children there gifts and another things that need to done. I also have miss job interviews, doctors appointments,and Church. PLEASE HELP ME !!Desired Settlement: I would like for IR Services to repair my vehicle. If they would have towed my vehicle properly , I would not have this problem.

I spoke with someone from IR Services on [redacted]. The man was very rude, he did not give me a chance to speak or even try to hear me out. He was consistently over talking me. We did not get anything solve, it was a very loud and stressful conversation. He proceeded to tell me that they have a video on their website of them towing my vehicle. I went to their site and yes there was a video of them towing a mini -van not a Lincoln. I have spoken to several Lincoln Dealers (Tech Service), and they agree with the procedures on how to properly tow my type of vehicle. I ask the guy from IR Services did they turn off the suspension, which they should HAVE done this before towing my vehicle. He could not gave me an answer. He then proceeded to tell me they use a unique tow truck which difference them from other repo company. The way the Lincoln was park in my drive way, they could have not use they unique tow truck to get it out. The only way was for them to pull the vehicle from the back. Which left the front of my vehicle hanging. He also stated that they transfer my vehicle to a flat bed. That can't be true because I pick up my vehicle and my license plate was full of mud as if it had been drag. Also my bug guard was almost completely off due to it being tow from the back. The person from IR Service and myself did not come to any conclusion of this matter. I was very upset and the person just hung up the phone. I will continue to fight them on this situation, and I will seek a Lawyer.

you need to speak with stephanie all the trucks have cameras on them to record but the owner can delete the incident if you want more info contact me at 832-379-8125 ask for jay ive seen her do it before to avoid paying for damages there was a incident I seen on the video where a driver dragged a lady down the street while she was hold onto her car which is a no no in the repo buissness

Review: BUSINESS IS REALLY UNPROFESSIONAL. I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR MY VEHICLE FOR OVER 24 HOURS. I HAVE RECIEVED THE RUN AROUND SINCE THE PROIR DAY BEFORE. THE WORKERS HAVE LIED ABOUT GIVING ME A CALL , THEY DO NOT KEEP THE CUSTOMER UPDATED WHEN TO PICK UP THE VEHICLE. THEY CLAIM THERE IS A 2HR TIME FRAME FROM WHEN TO GET YOUR VEHICLE BUT THEY CLOSE AT 4. I DID NOT RECIEVE A CALL UNTIL 3:22 AND NOW THEY WONT WAIT UNTIL MY 2 HOUR TIME FRAME. ASSOCIATE TELLS ME THEY CLOSE AT 4 AND WILL BE LEAVING. I HAVE BEEN CHARGED THE FEE PLUS THE 24HR HOLDING FEE. I DID NOT GET MY VEHICLE BACK AND SHOULD NOT HAVE TO BE CHARGE AN EXTRA FEE.. I NEED THIS MATTER HANDLED OR THEY NEED TO SHUT DOWNDesired Settlement: I WANT BOTH THE EXTRA FEES TAKEN OFF

the company does that so they can charge more to the debtors thats how they have those nice trucks to drive if you experience such problems contact auto dealers and they will force the lot to surrender your vehicle or take their state lic away and give them a fine as well

Review: My [redacted] was repossessed with IR Services [redacted] after working things out with the financial institution and pay the funds to get my [redacted] back I was told the company IR Services had it in there possession. [redacted] when I went to the company to pick my [redacted] up I had discovered that the garage door opener was missing. When I asked the lady that controls and takes payments at the front desk she said she would ask the guys in the back of the location.

They were extremely rude about it and just told me to file a complaint at [redacted]

I also plan to file a complaint with the financial company and make them aware that the garage door opener is missing and sunglasses and Cd's of mine where broken.

I'm very uneasy about the garage door opener because, it's like a stranger having a key to my home because this company has my address on file. I do plan to contact my local police department about this matter.Desired Settlement: To be reimbursed

Review: my mercedes-benz s was repo from [redacted] and then drop it to [redacted] texas hobby on [redacted] after paying all my fee"s to pickup my car. When I went to pickup car it was undriver tires and rims damage back axle damage driver side damage front spoiler damage when my car was in my drive way it was beautiful and very clean ir service is giving me to run around about my car I work hard for my car and it was my sunday car for church I am deeply hurt I was ready for my car to come back home and now I cant drive it back home.Desired Settlement: need them to take re it sponsibility and fix my car back the way it was when they picked up my car.

Review: [redacted] authorized IR Services to steal my vehical. I say steal because when IR services picked up my car they did not have the proper lien information. I contacted my lien holder, [redacted], and asked if there was a 3rd party interest in my vehical and they said NO. IR Service took my car, stored the stolen vehical on their lot and then tried to strong-hold us to pay them for our possessions, and make us surrender our keys. They held our possessions hostage. I want to file a formal compliant against their licenses. I also want to file a complaint against [redacted], but I will do that in a seperate complaint.Desired Settlement: I want to file a complaint gainst the licenses that governs repossions, and storage lots. It's my understanding that storage lots are not to go into vehicles, and when the owner go in the car a police officer has to be present to have things removed, so I want to file a formal complaint against them removing the contents of my vehicle because there is money unaccounted for, so I want my money back as well as a formal apology.

contact a attorney and also file a auto theft report the repo drivers are to vin all vehicles to make sure they have the right car if they get the wrong vehicle you can file auto theft on the company and make a police report with auto dealers about what happen dont let this slide and dont be a victim take action!!!!!

Review: To whom it may concern my vehicle was reposed on 04/24/2013it was a very horrible experience might I add to people who came to repose the vehicle one of the guys pushed my son he did not identify him self he was very unaware of what was going on so was I , I ran downstairs to see this big white guys push my son who was trying to see what was going on and he yelled to a guy in the tow truck go go , my son ran behind the the vehicle and jumped on the vehicle still I much unaware of what was going , the driver continued to driver with my son on the vehicle never stopped to try to ask him to get down are explain to him what was going on my son fell off the car spring his angle and also accured scraps and bruises from the process not only that when I called to located my vehicle the city of Houston told me that my car was reposed . took me two days to locate the vehicle which I have not seen yet I was sent too two faulty address which were residents and now im really confused about this , also when I did locate the vehicle through [redacted] they gave me a phne number to a place called IR services I was not allowed to see my vehicle to recope my personal property that was inside of the vehicle not only that when I open the bags all my stuff was ruined someone looked like they purposelly through water in all the bags my clothes , important documents , pictures of my daughters baby who died purses where all ruined and some items was missing from my stuff a diamond ring a pair of glasses documents that where in my glovebox a bottle of liquor so far thats all I can remember . To my knowledge the stuff in my vehicle was valued at about 11000.00 are more everything ruined what are they and how could anyone be allowed to go through my personal stuff as if I was a prisoner I have had my car for 5yrs and have paid a total of over 40.000.00 for that vehicle I think the matter could have been held a little more professional then that I intend to handle this to the fullest extend of the law for personal damage and personal injury and what kind of people are these people I called the facility and ask if there warehouse was flooded cause I know there was some rain in the area and the guy who answere the phone told me no and I told him all my stuff was ruined and who is responsible for that he instructed me to call the financial company and let them know and I did I also left a message for the facility manager and have not received a call back yet I was instructed by Novell to put everything in writing and fax it over this was a very horrible experience and the lady said that my son was rejecting the repo like how was he suppose to know the vehicle was being repoed the guy never identified his self at all Sincerly [redacted]Desired Settlement: REIMBURSMENT OF PROPERTY DAMEAGE TO ITEMS IN VEHICLE 11.000.00

contact the police and make a record of what happen to your son tell them what the driver looks like and contact tdlr and make a complaint under state law no repo driver may breach of peace for any vehicle if a disturbance happens they have to leave without the vehicle dont be afraid to complain even if you are behind in payments the repo guys arent police and cant touch anyone or they will go to jail for assult!!!

Review: my car was towed by this company on march 7, 2013. when I called to inquireaboutmy vehicle and to retrieve my personal property from my vehicle, I was told I had to make an appointment, they would not give me the address until the day of the appointment. They would not give me the tdlr number for austin. I had things I needed for my job. they said they were aprivate business and did not go by the stae of texas rules. I may lose my job because I can' get my laptop out of my vehicle for 4 days. and then told me I had to pay $55 for paper work preperation.Desired Settlement: I want them investigated by austin.
