I purchased a *** *** from I Car in JulyConsidering that I paid about 18% of what a new *** would cost I feel that I got a good valueThe timing belt had been replaced, the engine and transmission work well at all speeds up to mphThe body, paint & glass are OK and the AC cools well in degree heatI took the vehicle to my mechanic and he noted that many parts had been replaced and gave me a thumbs up for $No, it is not a new car , but it makes a good 2nd car for a retired couple who don't want to be tied down with car payments

Beware of this company, folks! I drove two hours down to Fredericksburg, VA for a car advertised with, among other selling points, a "body is perfect and straight as a pin and has never been wrecked," only to see a nearly destroyed vehicle with bumper covers held up by ropeand I have the pictures to prove it, as well a downloaded copy of their misleading advertisement, to make sure iCar Autos, Inccan't wiggle their way out of this one But wait, the story gets worse! I asked the sales person, Umer P***, to speak to a supervisor, he declined and threatened to call the police if I don't leave immediately Amazingly enough, when I started looking up his supervisor online, this Umer P*** guy actually called dispatch for Spotsylvania County Sheriff's Office, gave them my description in the most slanderous language, and alleged that I was trespassing! To make the long story short, I feel like it was my civic duty to report MrP*** to the Revdex.com and make the rounds to denounce this guy (who turns out to be the Director of iCar Autos, Inc.) with the Sherriff's Department, County and City of Fredericksburg officials, the regional Chamber of Commerce, and local businesses You've been warned, people!

So we bought our vehicle on 2/12/16, we test drove it and it seemed great so we went did the paper work and paid for it while I was doing that my fiance noticed that the guy and my vehicle I just paid for was gone , we asked the lady where he go she said to CVS and he took our car to go after we paid for it , when he returned we noticed a leak coming from the car and saw it was power steering fluid , we told him about it and he was like its from the ac we were like no we didn't turn the ac on , then he points out that the inspection sticker is expired so he takes the vehicle to get inspected and it comes back as rejected !! For the power steering , he then said he could fix it and we could take another vehicle until then so we did and the car he put us in ran like st! So we called our mechanic to see if he could fix the power steering he said yes so we called the dealership and told him we are bringing the car back and getting our car we bought and taking it to our mechanic , cause we didn't want to be liable for any thing going wrong on the loaner car , so the next day we got it fixed and that's when I realized we didn't even receive our title for the car we bought we text him and he told us that we couldn't get it for days even tho we paid straight cash !! And then days later we were driving and then noticed we had a bad leak it ended up being a transmission line, we sent it to the shop once again to fix it, it got fixed ,then The next day another leak , finally we got all the leaks fixed and when we went to get it from the shop and that's when the mechanic told us that the transmission is going out in it , I can't even drive it cause it won't go over miles per hour !! I text him telling him and he dont reply , I asked to bring it back and to get my money back and he refused !! I will never do business with this company and I do not recommend him to any one they are scams and lies to just get your money I learned my lesson !! Hope no one else has to deal with thisI wrote this same review on Google and they respond saying that I was physically not there during the purchase which I was because I paid and its under my name , and if I wasn't then how is the paper work under my name

Bought a *** *** from this company a couple of weeks ago with no inspection stickerThey reassured me some "meddling" kids stole a bunch the other night! I took the suv to a body shop in Richmond (*** ***) to have them look it over, just in caseThe mechanic advised there was rust on the two front inner rotors and the frame was completely rusted outAlso, ball joints, wheel well rust and other issues that would cost me up to $4k to fixSo, I took the suv back up to Fredericksburg and demanded my money backThey asked me to leave the suv and they will mail me the check! I obviously didn't do that, so I waited for them to write me a checkI took that check back to my lender that nightToday, I just received a call from them advising that the check bounced! Go figure! I am now over $4k in the whole with my lender and iCar is not returning any of my callsDO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CROOKS

Revdex.com spoke with the owner of the business who said that the customer received her title last month and the issue is resolved.

Review: I purchased a [redacted] from iCar Autos 4500 Layfayette BLVD. in Fredericksburg, VA. The owner signed a form agreeing to fix the check engine light and gauges. He said to take the car to a repair shop and get a quote and he would pay for it. This was done and when I contacted the dealer to give him the details he said he would pay for but just didn't want to pay the price the Ford dealer quoted.

Mr. Pervez then said he had a discount with Ford and would contact the dealer to get the information/price on repairs done. He never did this and has since stopped answering and returning any phone calls I make to him.

http://www.icarautos.net/index.shtmlDesired Settlement: I would like a refund for the repairs done on the car. Mr. Pervez signed agreeing to fix the problems.

After speaking with with [redacted] from the company on 10/8/13 he stated the customer received the title and was also given a $[redacted] refund.

Review: I purchased a [redacted] from iCar on the 9th of August. As it was a Sunday, they said that they would mail out the title on Monday. After waiting a week and not hearing anything, I contacted the dealer. They apologized as they were busy but would be mailing it out that day. Another week passed - I spoke to their secretary who could not find the title in the main office, but was told that it was in the other office. Calling her yesterday, she said that the dealer in the other office had the title in hand and would be mailing it to me - calling me back with a tracking number by 5pm. That call never happened. In speaking with them today, I was told that I would have a call back from one of the owners with a tracking number.

To date, nothing has happened. My concern is that they are participating in fraudulent activity - that they did not have the title in hand when the sale occurred and as such have used the past two weeks to obtain the title from its current owner to be transferred to me.Desired Settlement: I would like the title to my vehicle delivered ASAP.

Review: I purchased a car from them at their Lafayette Blvd location on 2/28/2015. Not the best first impression. There was only one person in the building and we waited over 45 minutes to be helped. The salesman did rectify that with an extra discount for our wait time. The car ran smoothly for about two weeks and then it began to run horribly. We took the car to Mieneke for repairs and spent $1,708.11. Not Happy. I was told that the title will arrive in about 2 weeks. It is now 4/15/2015 and I STILL don't have the title in my hand. I checked online today and I did see something about USPS having to cancel mail delivery because this company is Not Known... The salesman told me a few times that USPS "Lost the title." He told me that he would reorder the title for me and that he would have to contact the Maryland auction to get it. His idea of an apology was 'I feel bad, even though it isn't my fault.' He told me that he has never had a problem with a title like this before. I have learned today that this is a lie. Ive had to go to that dealership on two separate occasions to receive 30 day tags so that I could have a legal car on the road to get to and from work. I can't afford to keep making these trips out to the dealership. So, here I am, again. My 30 day tags expire on 4/19/15 which is in 4 days and I have NO TITLE. I am not at all pleased with them. This doesn't feel right! He even told me that it would be illegal for him to issue me a 3rd set if 30 day tags. I've already been issued 2 sets. I don't want to get wrapped up in illegal activity. Today, 4/15/2015, I spoke with the salesman's manager. He told me that the salesman is fairly new to the company and that he does not know much. That's not good. That sales person should have never been by himself. I told the manager that I wanted a refund if this was not resolved quickly because I have been more than patient. He told me that he's working on getting someone else their title too and he will work quickly.Desired Settlement: I want my title. I also want a refund. I want them to do what's right. I've been more than patient.

Review: I purchased a [redacted] from iCars Auto on 12/26/2013. I was told the vehicle had a complete tune up and had been inspected from bumper to bumper and was sound. We negotiated a price as it needed new tires, wiper blades, and the rims were peeling paint. The sales person again said everything was sound on the vehicle oil changed, transmission serviced, AC worked, new power steering hoses, all fluids levels changed and checked. I drove it around town and it ran well. When I was driving it home it started to shake when I reached 55mph. I took it to the shop and had the tires replaced at that time they also found a badly worn U-joint that was also replaced. On 2/9/2014 I took the vehicle to my mechanic as I had noticed something dripping under it. The next day they called to inform me that it had a cracked head and the motor needed to be replaced and that the issue had been there for sometime. They showed me the corrosion down inside the oil chamber and the residue in the coolant tank from the oil and coolant mixing. They said it was that way when I purchased it. I spoke with the dealership. The first time they told me to they would tow it to their shop and fix it and I would be responsible for the labor then after they received the estimate from my mechanic they said I would have to have it towed and I would need to pay for all parts. Not once did they offer any other solutions. They never once denied their knowledge of the issue. I asked them to pay for the repairs or buy the vehicle back from me and the response was they weren't going to be stuck with a vehicle they couldn't sell. I could not trust them at this point to properly fix the vehicle as they had sold it knowing there was a major issue. I had my repair shop fix the vehicle costing me $4852.85 which was more than I had paid for the [redacted]. I sent the dealership a letter asking to be reimbursed for $2500. As of date I have had no response from them and I have also now found out that the AC does not work so I have that expense alsoDesired Settlement: I feel they should pay at least $2500. They said the vehicle was sound when they knowingly sold a defective vehicle. I have pictures of the corrosion down inside the motor. I now have even more expense to get the AC repaired and they should cover that also. They misrepresented the vehicle. I'm a single mother of 3 kids and trusted they were being honest and doing what they said and what they advertise on their web site. They fraudulently sold a vehicle that they said was sound and need to fix it

Regards,

Review: I purchased this vehicle on 11/12/15 with a 3rd party auto warranty at the same time (3month/3000 mile) shortly after I noticed some loud rattling /scrapping noises coming from the engine bay every time I started to car if it was sitting for a few hours. I asked a mechanic and they stated it sounded like the timing chain was grinding against the guides and could be failing. When I contacted the warranty company they stated they had no record of my warranty and every time I called the dealer they just took my info and said they would call me back, I have called 4 times over a month and I have yet to be contacted or given a solution to my problem. They refuse to talk to me or give me the contact info of the person that is supposed to be calling me back. I still have miles and time left to file for the claim but the dealer refuses to help me and just continues to ignore my calls and complaints (even though I have been 100% polite and patient ) I paid for this vehicle in full during the sale and I have the signed copy of the warranty I was given with it. I just want to be able to get my vehicle fixed under the warranty I was given, it is a covered part and I need it resolved before my time runs out on the warranty.Desired Settlement: I would like the issue with the engine repaired 2003 lincoln Aviator premium suv

Regards,

Review: I bought a car from this dealership on June 10, 2014, I was told I would have the title in 10 - 15 days. I have not received the title yet, it has been 24 days, and I am getting the runaround from [redacted] and other staff at the dealership.Additionally, the car broke down on the way home from the dealership. I called [redacted] from the side of the road, and he said that he would pay for the repairs, the repairs and tow cost over $600.00, now he says that he will only pay $50, and I'm sure that I won't even get that from him.The car was advertised as being mechanically perfect, this couldn't be further from the truth, the issue that left me on the side of the road was a cracked thermostat housing, the mechanic stated that it was an existing problem that should have been noticed if the dealership had bothered to have a mechanic look over the car. I also found out that the car needs numerous other repairs before it will pass a Maryland inspection.Desired Settlement: I obviously need the title to register the car. Because it has taken so long, I'm not sure I will be able to get a temporary registration (in order to complete the extensive repairs) before my temporary VA tags expire.I feel that they should also reimburse me for the parts and half of the tow that it cost to get the vehicle home from the dealership.
