I purchased a 2001 [redacted] from I Car in July. Considering that I paid about 18% of what a new [redacted] would cost I feel that I got a good value. The timing belt had been replaced, the engine and transmission work well at all speeds up to 75 mph. The body, paint & glass are OK and the AC cools well in 95 degree heat. I took the vehicle to my mechanic and he noted that many parts had been replaced and gave me a thumbs up for $17.00. No, it is not a new car , but it makes a good 2nd car for a retired couple who don't want to be tied down with car payments.

Review: I traded in a [redacted] for a [redacted] wagon on 03 19 2015 with a difference paid out of nineteen hundred and forty nine dollars.a car during the transaction said that they would send me a title within 10 days after the purchase. I've been in contact with them 6 or 7 times each time they are sending me the title or there's been a problem with sending the title always something. 30 days has passed and I still do not have the title. I do have a bill of sale.and I still have the 2005 Subaru wagon in my possession. I need my title. thank youDesired Settlement: I want and need my title. Without a title you have no rights to do any payment to the DMV you cannot register your car so basically I have no car.

Revdex.com spoke with the owner of the business who stated that they initially had typed the wrong address for the customer but that the issue was corrected and the title was received.

Review: We believe iCar Autos, Inc. in [redacted] is consciously buying vehicles with clean [redacted] reports, but that have been in accidents, so they can fix them up and sell them as if they are free of accidents and/or any damage. They did this to us with 2 vehicles. We purchased a [redacted] from iCar Autos and was told that the vehicle hadn't been in an accident and it had a clean [redacted] report. After we purchased the vehicle we took it to our Mechanic who said it had definitely been wrecked hard on the front side and anyone who knew anything about cars would be able to tell this. We took the vehicle back to iCar Autos and they agreed to trade us vehicles but would not give us our money back. They required us to pay $500 more for a [redacted]. We took that trade. The SAME thing happened with the [redacted]. We discovered a major leak (we found 5 gallons of water in the trunk) in the back of the van that unveiled it had been in an accident, even though, iCar Autos advertised and promised it hadn't been. However, when we took it to our Mechanic he said it definitely had been but it was covered up. Once again, the [redacted] had a clean [redacted] but was obviously wrecked once our mechanic looked it over. I wouldn't recommend using this dealership as it is obvious they mislead and cover up the true condition of their vehicles. Even though the carfax is clean and they advertise their vehicles haven't been in accidents, I would guarantee each of the vehicles on their lot has been in an accident.Desired Settlement: We paid $5,200 for the [redacted] and we have put $2,000 more into it. We would like to get all this money back. We feel we were cheated and lied to about the vehicle(s) we were sold and are owed this money.

Review: So I bought a [redacted] on 2/12/2016 for 4000. We fell in love with the car after we test drove it. It ran like a charm! It was what we needed for our family. We asked if there was anything wrong with the vehicle that we need to know of , the guy saf told us nothing at all was wrong with the suv! Well he was wrong, to make a long story short I haven't been able to drive my vechile cause the transmission is going out just after two days !! I'm already mad about that but to top it off I still have yet to receive my title for the vehicle!! I noticed on the day we bought the car that he never handed us the title so we texted him asking where our title was he told us it would take 14 days before we got our title, which didn't sound right since we just payed for the vehicle in cash in full! Well fast forward 14 days still no title ! Never hear back and won't answer my calls ! As of today 3/09/2016 I text him once again about my title and no answer. It will be 30 days since I bought the vehicle in just a couple of days ,and my 30day tags will expire and I can't get the vehicle registred in my name until I get my title.Desired Settlement: I want a full 4000 refund on vehicle as well as the tow fees for getting it towed to my mechanic for the issues it has and as well I want them to pay for the tow back to their dealer ship ,and to just give me my money so I can go else where . I have 3 kids to support and its hard when I can't even drive to and from work !

Review: Bought a [redacted] from dealer for $5,500. They had gotten it inspected and the only thing that caused it to fail inspection was the supplemental airbag light was on (according to dealer). I drove the car home and contacted a local dealer to look at the airbag light. Turns out the car had been a total loss and they never replaced the passenger airbag. I took the car home and parked it as I didn't have enough funds for the repairs. The car basically sat while I saved up some money to fix airbag issue. Some time later I was looking over the vehicle and noticed the passenger front tire was showing extreme wear on the inside. I took the car to [redacted] in Crewe VA to get it aligned and the mechanic there told me the right wheel is knocked back about a half an inch and there is severe structural damage underneath the vehicle. He also said the car is not safe to drive and the issues should have came up when the dealer tried to get it inspected. The dealer had gotten it inspected by [redacted], Inc (station 8984, inspector [redacted]). Also the dealer advertised the vehicle originally on craiglist claiming it had a clear title and described the car as "mechanically perfect," when in fact it had a branded title and significant mechanical issues. I have a screenshot of the advertisement as well as a copy of inspection sheet and all sales documents including one that says "The seller shall and will make every reasonable effort to disclose any known defects associated with this vehicle at the buyer's request prior to the close of sale." Never in the buying process did the dealer disclose the branded title or any of the mechanical issues despite me asking multiple times.

In my opinion the dealer showed no regard for human life or safety as they let me drive off with a vehicle they knew had been totaled and likely knew was not safe. The mechanic at [redacted] told me I was very lucky nobody was hurt and described the vehicle as "a death trap.Desired Settlement: Refund and arrange for towing of the vehicle back to dealer as it is not safe to drive.

The sales guy knew I was driving 5 hours to see a car and exactly what time I'd be there and he sold it an hour before I got there!
