Please provide us with the information as far as where the car is being stored and if there are any impound fees associated with its storageThe dealership is willing to negotiate a refund of your down payment of if you honor your contract with us and bring your account completely current

I am the one who stated that I would bring the car back if he couldnt get me financed and also he asked if I had
a co-signer and I said no so he said let me see what I can do and I made all the inbound calls to him by me being
over two hours away I told him im not going to continue to drive the car if he couldnt get me financed and he said
oh its not that it is just the finance company hasnt been able to verify employment the fact still remains he cant
punish me because the deal was undone before that they continued to call me everyday saying they all ready
had me approved- hee paused and came back to the phone and said well since I cant get u finance im gonna
take that sound like punishment of some sort I want the rest of my money if he needed more time
then he should not have delivered the car until it was finalized

I am rejecting this response because: prior to the purchase of my ES Lexus ***, the salesman , to run a car fax to make sure the car was not in an accident or any recalls*** did run the car fax report and stated they didn't have a printer to print out the reportAnd not to worry that the car was not in an accident and there were no recalls*** did mention he would email me the car fax as he did but I did mentioned to *** that I had no internet on my phone as I wouldn't be able to look at the report until I got back to Chico and use my computer*** kept saying don't worry everything is ok that I'm getting a good deal on the LexusI trusted what he saidPrior to the purchase I asked *** about the water in the headlights and he said don't worry I'll take care of the problemSo I purchased the Lexus on his verbal agreement.When *** brought back the Lexus back from where ever he took it the headlights had more condensation and the case cover looked foggyI addressed the problem to *** that the headlights looked worse after he returned the carAgain he said don't worry it will take a couple of days to dry out*** said there was nothing wrong with the headlights as they have to check all cars to make sure it us working orderI contacted I carz regarding the headlights and was told to bring the car back to Sacramento to have me meet with the CEO, ***..I took the car back a few days later, met with *** and told him my concerns..as I mentioned to *** about the recall for the passenger air bags, *** did ask *** about it and *** said he knew there was a recall but didn't know what it was about..I was very upset and told *** that is NOT what he told my sister and I prior to the purchaseMy family as well my grandson were riding on the passenger side prior to me and calling Lexus about the problemLexus said if that air bag went off the person sitting in the passenger side could have been seriously injured..*** did say he would get me knew headlights for my car as I have in his text msgI was told by Lexus to only use headlights by their company and not to use after marker headlights as they have problems Between the verbal promise prior to the purchase I felt I had no other options to put a dispute on my credit car for the balance dueI called my bank and dropped the dispute a couple of days later as I would file a complaint with th Revdex.comI understand the car was sold as is but there was a verbal agreement prior to the purchase of the car regarding there headlights and the recall that *** new about and put my family in jeopardy..I feel there should be serious consequences for allowing I carz to have me drive off their lot knowing about the recall and to replace my headlights as promised

The customer has purchased this vehicle with an AS IS Agreement which was signed at the time of saleThe customer entered his sales contract as of July 22, on which day the vehicle in question was in good conditionThe customer already had the vehicle in his possession for days when he
first contacted the dealershipHis first payment was late, second payment never received, and then his next payment was not received until 10/9/We have not received a payment sinceThe dealership had assumed the in house loan, but this does not make us responsible for any damages or maintenance incurred during the customers possession of the vehicle

I am rejecting this response because:I believe that the storage fees paid by me in cash should be sufficient to bring the account to current since the fees in question are greater than the amount owed in payments. The dealer had until Dec12th, to respond to my letter stating that the vehicle would be stored and accruing fees. I think that this is a more than reasonable offerthank you for your timely response

I am rejecting this response because: the response from icarz is they were sent the first payment aug.22,(please see attatched) the day my car broke down .the second payment was not received until oct 9,because I withheld it in hopes for a response to my many previous callsI was contacted on sept by their receptionist, and we had a brief conversation about the car and I was told to go ahead and send the payment and I would have action within the next week ( I did mail payment that day) and have heard zero in response sinceas shown in the many reviews I have submitted with this response it proves that this is practice by the dealership that is not uncommon and in my opinion completely intentionalI am willing to accept and the company can keep payments and tax and liscensing fees and please come and retrieve the car as their will be no more payments and the car was drivin less than miles and has been sitting since.the car is not drivable and has not been since aug

I am rejecting this response because: Dealer admits in response that they had week possession, after purchase, to supply the promised items (STOCK WHEELS & TIRES + MATCHING SPARE), yet did not supply these items. Dealer knew, at delivery, they had not fulfilled their promise of these items. I was forced to purchase these items from a separate dealer, at a total cost of $2,288.17.The ONLY acceptable solution is for Icarz to provide full reimbursement for the cost of these items.Failure to provide FULL reimbursement WILL result in this action being escalated to court, adding additional expenses to the dealer. Documentation shows the dealer promised these items and, via this Revdex.com complaint, dealer has admitted to their failure to provide these items upon final delivery

ICarz has failed to provide full payment for the equipment it did not supply as promised. This claim will now be forwarded to the various CA governing agencies that oversee ICarz licencing and will also proceed to court

that you purchasedPowertrain coverage's only cover internally lubricated engine partsI was under the impression that you knew this car has higher maintenance than any other BMW's because of the fact that you and your husband mentioned you have owned a couple of 7-series BMW's beforeTo accommodate you and your husband, I took delivery of the car when you towed it out to my lotIt was your responsibility to take it to them but I went out of my way to make things a bit smoother and easier for youPlease feel free to stop by or call if you have any further discussions or questionsThanks -*** ***

the car was sold as is and the customer got a very good discountwhen we give discounts we dont have the room to go back into the deal and spend money on itHowever in this case and as a courtesey if the customer is willing to withdraw the complaint and provide the receipt for the
tire pressure sensor we will reimburse him for the money he spent

OK if you are asking me to pay for the wheels and tires, then I need an invoice for them! Also I did offer to replace the wheels and tires however you refused to come here and let me do it! Thirdly we took 20 inch chrome wheels off of the Tahoe per your request and replaced with 20 inch stock wheels so the previous owner obviously drove this Tahoe with 20 inch wheels. none of your paperwork says 17inch wheels it says replace wheels size is not specified so we naturally replaced with same size! lets just wrap this up please provide me with your reciepts.thank you-- Icarz Inc[redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: the cost to have the car brought to icarz would exceed 600.00 and it has already been proven to me that your in-house mechanic is not up to par. I would be willing to bring my account up to date if and only if icarz were to pay the repairs to a certified land rover mechanic which is located in fresno I also ask that the tow fees to the certified land rover mechanic be paid by icarz. I would be willing to bring my account up to date as soon as the repairs have been completed and paid for in full. I am no longer willing to negotiate back and forth, if we cannot come to this agreement I must move forward through the california attorney general and the court system.

The customer is correct, the spare tire should have been provided at time of purchase. But during the time the vehicle was still in possession of the dealership, Icarz Inc did purchase the spare tire as required and requested. The spare tire as well as the vehicle sat on the lot for 2 weeks due to...

the customers inability to come take possession of his vehicle due to his employment as a truck driver. The customer was told the spare tire was available when the vehicle was picked up but did not take possession of it. Nonetheless, Icarz Inc is willing to reimburse the customer for his costs incurred for having to purchase his own spare tire.

The audio system on this vehicle was already repaired.

in reference to my concern, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. ICarz reached out to us and resolved the issue that this complaint was regarding.  I had sent an email in to the Revdex.com stating this and forwarded the copy to ICarz; I do not know why it has not been received yet.

The customer from the above complaint [redacted], did in fact only receive a refund of $1500 from his $2000 down payment. He was charged a $500 cancellation fee. The reason we had to unwind the deal was due to the fact that the customer provided fake pay stubs, the financial...

company would not accept the deal and it was returned.

Icarz Inc at this point is only willing to offer two options. The first is that we give you the $3000.00 credit and you honor the rest of your contract or you can bring your account current, deliver the vehicle to us and we will do the repairs for you.
