any qualifying warranty issue is being repaired at the facility. The customer has been given an new appointment time for Monday December 22nd, he will bring in the vehicle to have it inspected and all concerns relating to the repair of his vehicle will be addressed. A Loaner has been reserved for the customer and provided at no charge. Based on the information provided over the phone the vehicle warranty repairs will take no more than two days. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that there is no further steps to take with the issue regarding the business.  I will wait until for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.

Regarding your mileage complaint please note the following. You had brought your vehicle into ICC Collision Center on 04/16/2015 for an initial inspection and estimate. On that date we took a photo of your vehicle and your mileage {attached} and your mileage was recorded at 34342 on 04/16/2015....

Later that month you brought your vehicle in for repairs on 04/30/2015, we again recorded your mileage at 34763, we also had you sign a repair authorization {attached} on that same visit where your mileage was recorded above your signature at 34763. Another form "the mileage form" {attached} was recorded incorectly to reflect the mileage at the time of your estimate 04/16 this error was corrected. We also took a photo dated 04/30 that shows the mileage at 34763. If not for the clerical error the recording would have been accurate however with back up document {see repair authorization form" and photo you can clearly see that your mileage was in fact 34763 at the time of the dorp off. This was also the mialege on your car when you came to pick it up.Regarding your Bluetooth claim I have no answer for you as there is no reason anyone would connect a phone to a customer cars. There is no advantage in doing so and further there would be no advantage to anyone to connect a phone to a vehicle that is not in use. I suggest that you take your vehicle to a Volvo Dealer where perhaps they would be able to tell when the phone was added to  your system. Your vehicle has software that is capable of recognizing Bluetooth, you may also come by the shop to see if your car connects with a phone here. I am confident that nobody here has connected the phone, I think it may be advantageous to see if the Dealer can tell you when this happened, perhaps that will clear this all up.  Finally in regards to your fuel gauge I would suggest that we have the Dealer take a look at your fuel gauge system. The damage to your vehicle was minor although it is possible that something could be displaced. Once the Dealer determines the issue and if it is related tot he loss or to the repair it would be covered under the policy. You may bring in your vehicle to ICC and we can take it to Volvo for you or you may take it there yourself. Keep in mind until it is determined by a mechanic that it is in fact related to impact or repair there is nothing I can do. I had an experience with this collision center A few months ago. I would like to say I had a great experience with them, they called me every day to gve me the status of my vehicle and they were very helpful and kind to me and my wife and I will look forward to using them in the future! ??

I had a very positive experience with ICC Collision Centers in Arizona. After an auto collision that was actually my fault, my friend recommended that I bring my vehicle to ICC Collision. I always have to review businesses when I have a positive experience, especially when it's something important like my BMW. My car was only 2 months old, and I hit another car. My front bumper was all messed up, I was crushed. Luckily the staff at ICC was BMW certified, and their customer service was outstanding. None the less, my vehicle was back in my hands a few days later, and looked like it did the day I drove off the lot. Minus my insurance premiums, which sucked, I had a very positive experience with this company and would highly recommend to anyone who lives in Arizona.

I had an accident on 11/03/2015 and since I have an Audi I took it to the Audi Dealer (Commonwealth Santa Ana) trusting that they would do a better job with my car. Turns out they sent the car to ICC Collision Center. Anyhow, I got a call from DeAnna Todd G[redacted] the "Office Manager" , at the beginning she was very Nice and polite. We did the paperwork and I was assigned to Client advisor Angel Priest, I spoke with him on the phone and he said the car would be ready before the end of the year the date 12/22/2015.
I'm writing this review 3 months after the accident and My car has not been repaired yet. I didn't know what to do about it so I called my insurance to see if they can help me to push the shop on getting my car fixed, after my Claim Service Representative called the shop DeAnna answer the phone and had her waiting for 20 min and hung up on her. My Insurance had no option but to send an Adjuster to the shop to see the progress of the car and this morning I got a call from him saying that there has not been any progress at all. Lie after Lie from DeAnna and Angel, who have been changing the story of why my car is not fixed yet.
This outrageous!!! I have been struggling w/o a car for 3 months and also dealing with ICC and their lack of communication, because I call and they NEVER return my phone calls it seems like they don't care because they were already paid by my INSURANCE.
From my experience the only thing I can say is don't go to ICC COLLISION CENTER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The most pleasant experience I've ever encountered in dealing with a car repair shop. I was advised of what needed to be done and how long it would take. The estimates I was given were incredibly accurate and my car was finished as promised. The before and after dealing with ICC was one of complete satisfaction. I would recommend the service of the shop in Avondale AZ to anyone needing vehicle repair.

I was rear ended by a motorcycle in my [redacted]. ICC was recommended by my insurance company and I can see why. They were very friendly and did a great job on the repairs. It only took a few days, but I was continuously updated on the progress and even completion of the work via text. My interaction was minimal as they worked with my insurance company to finish the claim. Thank you ICC, I appreciate all you did.

They did a great job with the detail of my repair

[redacted] and his team delivered my car in a timely manner. He explained all details and addressed all my questions. The location was quite a distance from where I live, but my satisfaction with the whole ordeal was great that I did not mind the drive.

My family has received courteous, and professional treatment from this organization every time we've had occasion to avail ourselves of their service.

We've been kept up to date on the progress of work performed and the projected dates of completion were spot on.

The folks at ICC did a very good job repairing the damage to my car. When I picked it up, I was amazed at the quality of workmanship. They even detailed it! I will be a returning customer should I need a body repair on one of my vehicles.

I was in a horrific collision and am a single mom with kids. I need use of my SUV to take my kids back and forth. Geico referred me to ICC and I was able to get an estimate via the internet. Thankfully I was able to rent a car and it only took them two days to repair all those damages. I would highly recommend this business to anyone living in the arizona area.

Since I was introduced to ICC...I don't take my truck anywhere else to get it cleaned - detailed - or body work, etc. Since the first time I had it there.

I know - traditional car washes will not even take this much time - effort or pride on any car. I am very grateful to [redacted], [redacted] and ICC.

ICC Collisions did a great job when they repaired my car. They kept me updated on the progress, finished on time, were very nice, and my car looked great afterwards. I'd definitely use them again.

I have used ICC Collision Centers several times to work on my 2014 and 2015 Nissan Altima and they do exquisite work. Each time I got my car back on time and looking like it just rolled off the assembly line. They also have both [redacted] insurance and Enterprise Rent a Car on site so the insurance and rental car aspects were always top of the line and very quick.

I was able to schedule a repair at my convenience and they were happy to comply. My repair was done quickly and efficiently and it was my 2nd visit to this shop. Both repairs were done perfectly and I did not have to return for any reason. Great job.

ICC handled the repair work on two of my vehicles. They communicated frequently and delivered courteous efficient service.

My experience with the ICC Collision Center in Avondale was top notch. The team was quick, cohesive, and comprehensive. A very smooth and seamless transition with the adjuster, repair shop, and rental agency all in a "one-stop-shop" environment.
The repair was quick with excellent follow-up. Highly recommended!
