This machine was installed in August of On June 24, 2015, the customer called stating his ice machine was off on code The technician was dispatched out on 6/26/and found that the water probes were not functioning properlyThey were replaced On July 6, 2015, the customer called back stating the machine stopped working again, but would not get the code that the machine was off on The technician was dispatched out on July 8, and found that the actuator motor was not working properlyThe motor was replaced On July 15, 2015, the customer called back stating that the machine never worked from when the previous technician left on the 8th, but could not answer as to why he was just now callingHe made statements such as our technicians are incompetent and lied on their work orders about observing ice I dispatched out the technician that same dayThe machine was off on code 60, which is typical of a water filling issueTypically, it goes off on code when the machine needs to be cleaned, which we recommend doing every monthsThe customer never had us come out to clean the machine since it was installed in August of This service was $(plus tax), which was waived for customer satisfactionI had the technician observe batches of ice, instead of the typical one batch of ice, and made sure he took pictures and showed the customer his ice On 7/16/2015, the customer called back stating the machine was still not making iceHe spoke with Janine, our controller, regarding these issuesPer Janine, we are going to dispatch out technicians, observe batches of ice as well as bring him iceWe could not make it out until Monday (7/20/15) morning, so we would be bringing ice to him on Thursday, Friday and MondayThis is not something that we typically doWe do have an ice machine that we let anyone in the community come to take ice out of, however, we do not bring the ice to the customer, especially at a location far away such as GarlandBut we did take him ice on Thursday afternoon On Thursday, 7/16/2015, I actually had a cancelation so I sent the technician outHe replaced the water probes again and observed batches of iceEven though this is warranty work, the manufacturer will only pay us to observe one batch of iceThe additional time spent was not charged to the customer On Tuesday, 7/21/The customer called and spoke with Bryan He told Bryan that they came in on Monday 7/20/to an empty bin of ice Unfortunately, our earliest availability was Friday the 24thIf we could make it out any sooner, we will send someone soonerHowever, this was not the caseThe technician arrived on Friday the 24th and was told that another company was called outThe customer did not give us a call to cancel the service that was scheduled on FridayTypically, this would be a charged of $(plus tax) if the technician shows up and is turned awayWe did not charge this to the customer.We offered this customer ice, we offered to send a technician outWe were booked until Friday and that was our earliest openingWe did not tell him to go to someone else, we did give him the phone number to the manufacturer so that he could call them to see if there was another company that he could call out sooner, but that was his decision to call someone else rather than have us come out on Friday / [redacted] Style Definitions */

As previously stated the aforementioned companies would rely on the manufacturer to honor the warranty agreement as we are doing in this situationThe units were paid for in full, I apologize that the manufacturer is providing you with inaccurate informationThe party you should be focusing your frustrations on is the manufacture since it is their warranty they are not honoringI understand you paid me for the unit but the unit was not sold with a dealer/distributer/or extended warrantyThe item was sold to you with a manufacturer's warrantyWe do not offer extended warranties or any type of warranty outside of the manufacturer's due to the fact that we are not equipped to handle warranty claims at this time

I did not try to get him to confirm the damage after he leftI talked to him on the phone as he was dropping off the package and he ensured me that he noted "Damaged" on the paperwork before he took a signature from my people on siteWhen your company called and let me know that it was not noted on the paperwork is when I called the shipping company and told them what happenedIt is then, they said that they called the driver and the driver recalled the fact that he wrote in "damaged" at the time of delivery!! but he noted it on the customer copy instead of the original paperworkAt this time, it was too late for me to try to start a claim with the shipping company because your company let the days window run out although I informed you of damages within two days of deliveryShipping company said that if your company had started a claim regardless of the lack of signature, they could have investigate further, but since you never started the claim, I had no chance of starting it!! This was all wrong and I filed it with Revdex.com to make sure it is known that this was wrong after I made sure to follow all instructions!! I am really not even interested in your compensation anymore!! It isn't about the money!! You should learn from this and treat the next customer better now that you know there is a loop whole in your system!! If a customer informs you that there is a damage and that the damage was noted on delivery paperwork (see my email to you within two days of delivery), maybe you should go ahead and start a claim and work out the details later so that you don't run the 5-day window out with the delivery companyOr you should think about other ways to avoid this from happening to someone else in the future!! This was unfair!!!! And no, I will not hire people to pack up the huge fridge and send it back to you and hire more people to move it in again!!!

The item was purchased from our eBay store and the ad specifically stated that the graphics for the ice cream freezer were not includedBecause the customer has many options when adding graphics to the freezer the price and graphics options are not specifically listed as they can be endlessWe
have had many customer purchase this item online and they have always noticed the disclaimer and have contacted our office to discuss this option if the are interestedThe notice is listed with ** around it so it catches the customer's attention, as we know this is important informationWe can send you the standard red ice cream graphics for $but you would need to find a professional to have them placed on the unitYou can have the item returned if you prefer, please contact our office to arrange the returnThe item must be packed up and placed on a pallet in order for the carrier to retrieve the item

First of all, I
would like to apologizeYou are correct, it is not a fence, it is more of a
"wall"I did use the incorrect term - but the fact remains that you
can see the gap between the carport and the "wall" - which means that
the ice machine is also exposed there as well
The machine is
located outside - as noted in the pictureThis can cause moisture from the air
to build up inside of the machineWhen you go outside every morning, there is
dew on the groundThere can also be dew on and around the machine, which can
then get inside of the machine's electronics - such as the control board which
was replaced in December The ice machine has a fan motor which blows to
cool off the condenserThe fan motor brings in cool air from outside of the
ice machineIf this air has moisture - such as the dew - it will bring the
moisture into the unitThis moisture can (and often times will) end up on the
electronics of the unit - such as the control boardManufacturers know this -
and this is why they will void the warranty on ice machines that are placed
outside - which is what Alamo Refrigeration has done
If this machine was
a liquid cooled ice machine - being outside wouldn’t be a problem in this
regardThe liquid cooled ice machines use water to cool the condenser down -
therefore the moisture from outside isn't being brought into the machineWhen
you were in our office on June 28th, our sales manager tried to explain to you
that you needed a liquid cooled ice machine if you were going to keep it
outsideYou declined the liquid cooled ice machine and only wanted to talk
about air cooled ice machines - in which you will continue to have problems if
placed outside
I did explain to you
that the warranty had been voided and that it would be re-instated if you would
move the ice machine insideThis was explained to you in December of as
well as in June 2016- when you called for service againYou explained to me
that it would not be moved inside because you did not have a place for itWe
spoke about possibly putting the machine in your break room - but you said it
was very small and that there was no roomYou understood that the unit wasn’t
under any type of warranty unless it was moved inside but still wanted to get
it looked at
We understand that
you are not in the market to sell ice machinesMany consumers are not in the
individual markets to sell the items that they own- but often choose to do so
For instance, if you upgrade your vehicle to a newer model, you may choose to sell
your old one online with a service such as craigslist
It is the same in
this matterWe are not going to take the machine back and issue you credit
You can choose to keep the machine or to sell it on craigslist - fixed or not
fix - it is your decision

you can purchase a lb air cooled Manitowoc ice machine for $
If you would like to
have an option on a liquid cooled ice machine, please let me know and I will
get that information for you

This company is the seller of the products and should back up their productsThey received my money but are now trying to push off to the manufacturerI am extremely offended at the remark of "the refrigerator is making more noise than it should." I have been told by a reputable source that the motor is probably going out on the fridge, therefore causing the noiseIt also locks up and I am unable to open the door due to an extremely hard vacuum on the doors. Also, Ice and Refrigeration Systems is in some sort of dispute with the fridge manufacturerI contacted them and was told that they no longer honor any warranty foe this companyI then contacted Ice and Refrigeration Systems and was told I should sue the company if they do not repair the fridge. I understand that the item was purchased from our company however anytime you purchase an item with a manufacturer's warranty you must work with the manufacturer to resolve any issues with the item. For example; if you purchase an LG washing machine from [redacted] you must contact LG for any warranty related issues not [redacted], if you purchase a Sony tv from Best Buy you must go through Sony for warranty service not Best Buy, if you purchase a Chevrolet vehicle the warranty is held by Chevrolet not the local car dealer. We are trying to push for the manufacturer to do the right thing by the customer and fulfill their warranty obligations, including pursing this issue in Federal Court. We will continue to try and push the manufacturer but we ask for your understanding that we do not hold warranty on any item that is sold.
