June 17, 2014To [redacted],[redacted] hired our company to advertise his timeshare property, [redacted], for sale and rent. [redacted] spoke with our Advertising Executive, Rick S[redacted], who explained the process of how we advertise on our website and contact current timeshare...

owners to see if they want to buy or rent our clients timeshare at a highly discounted rate. Once we find someone interested in the timeshare, we forward all inquires over to our clients so they can negotiate the sale or rental of their property, without the involvement of a broker. Also it was explained that there is no guarantee on when or how much the property would sell or rent for, however we are to bring each and every confirmed offer until a buyer or renter is found.After Rick S[redacted] explained all the terms and conditions, [redacted] was then transferred to our compliance department where he agreed to all the terms and conditions as well as our money back guarantee, on an audio recording! We emailed the contract, with all the terms and conditions, to [redacted]! We have his timeshare advertised on our website and we are contacting current timeshare owners on his behalf to see if they want to buy or rent our clients timeshares at a discounted rate.We were not hired to sell or rent the timeshare, only advertise and bring offers for his timeshare property or his exchange company. As [redacted] has admitted, we have brought him rental offers for his timeshare property. The offers were notable to be filled and we will continue to bring offers until a buyer or renter is found, as it states in our contractWe gave [redacted] a money back guarantee in his contract. First guarantee states if our clients sell the timeshare property within 20% of original asking price before we find a buyer, then we would refund marketing fee upon proof of sale. The 2guarantee in his contract states if we do not bring offers to sell or rent within 1 year then we would refund advertising fee. If no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved] Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: In the period between my contract and today, I have received about 6 rental requests.
They have not been for my property, usually for some property in Florida. Since the email requests no reply unless the property is available, I have not responded.  I would like to see the advertisement that the company refers to in its response: where it is posted, how often, some kind of reference to its attempts to sell my property.  I get many responses from another rental company and they are correct in the information. Still any attempt by me to reach the company has not been successful

On 8/7/2014 I received an email from the Revdex.com saying James M[redacted] is going to try to get a hold of me. I have wait for him to call me. To this day 8/22 I have not had a phone call from Mr. M[redacted]. Nor any voice mails showing his attempts to contact me. and rent.  [redacted] spoke with our Advertising Executive, Kevin
C[redacted], who explained the process of how we advertise on our website and
contact current timeshare owners to see if they want to buy or rent our clients
timeshare at a highly discounted rate. 
Once we find someone interested in the timeshare, we forward all
