*** *** was approved on a loan for the VW Tiguan with the understanding that she was a full time, full year employeeWe recently discovered that she is not a full time, full year employee so the original loan that was set up needed to be modified per lenderThat meant that $was required

out dollars unauthorized on a card that was not mine that caused almost dollars in fees I would like the overdraft fees paid and covered also

We have went to dealerships and neither are willing to do it because again bobbs will not answer the phone for them or us! And nobody has tried to contact me and I will be more then happy to print my phone recordsI have called 20+ times with no answer or call back! I also found the we that Bob gave me that has part of carfax report and it does not say anything about an accident!!

BOBbs have agreed to repair the car at no cost to us This sounds promising but we have had the car back at BOBbs for over a week and we are still waiting for the transmission to arrive I would prefer not to close this until the car has actually been repaired I hope they were not just placating us and intend to repair it

[redacted]I called Mr. [redacted] and told him that I was sorry for the late reply as our website did no forward his message, no excuses as I need to make sure that our systems work.  In addition, I told him that I was sorry that [redacted] declined his card and that I was not sure why they told him later that they did not decline our authorization request (Our records of the transaction does show two declines by [redacted]).  He almost immediately said that he might have been too hasty in sending these messages, both to City Mill and the Revdex.com (said this twice).  I told him I understand the frustration of not being able to make the charge, with [redacted] declining the authorization request.I gave him my direct phone number and asked him to send me the [redacted] statement if it shows one or two charges from City Mil and we would make it right.  He was very pleasant and almost apologetic to me for having me needing to call him.  From our standpoint, the complaint has been resolved, and unless he produces an [redacted] statement with City Mill charges on it, we consider that the customer complaint resolved. We was never told it was in an accident... I'm not going to keep going around and around with you...if this is how you run your business so be it but I can assure you I will never tell someone to purchase a car from you. .. nobody will accept your deal because you won't give them proof that you will pay the 9,000... your company and salesman screwed us over then yelled and hung up on me when he knew he got caught in a lie and nothing has or will be done about that! Go ahead and just keep ur offer it ain't good for a thing 3 dealerships have now tried to get proof and have had no luck... we will just do what we have to with this unsafe car that your salesman made no mention of!

We have made every effort possible to try to get financing set up with a bank. The car fax we have on record indicates a full disclosure was made as to the vehicles history. The vehicle is a good vehicle and we will continue to honor a fair trade in. Credit score and history is the most significant matter preventing obtaining additional financing. We strongly urge you to make timely payments which will help in driving up your credit score. Additionally, extra payments should be considered in order to offset the high miles being driven on the car, this will help in reducing negative equity should you desire to trade in the vehicle in  the future. Here is the receipt showing what I spent for the brakes and rotors.  It also shows the estimate for repairing the ashtray cover door.  On Friday I spent another $70 on wiper blades.  Once it started raining on Thursday I saw that the wiper blades were horrible.    I bought my last used car from the Mercedes dealership - I had no issues - everything had been inspected and changed where necessary.  I guess I was spoiled by dealing with a reputable car dealer.
