We repaired all items on the car that the service advisor for Chuck H[redacted] GM recommended to ensure the safety and mechanical operation. We specifically repaired the fuel line, evap line, ambient temperature sensor and radiator baffles at no cost to the customer. We did not repair aesthetic items...

that were mentioned as Ms. H[redacted] had ample opportunity to inspect the car prior to purchase.
Ms. H[redacted] has not contacted us regarding an engine noise and calls to the Service Advisor from Chuck H[redacted] have not been returned yet today.

I have attempted...

to return the call of Todd P[redacted] from Bob Automotive from October 01, 2017 to October 03, 2017. I have not received any calls back. I have attached one estimate and I have a second estimate that I can attach once I get it from the second repair shop I received the estimate from.

Ms. [redacted], we are in receipt of the vehicle and issued refund of down payment today. I had it sent out priority mail and you should receive in the next couple days. Please advise if you not receive it by end of week. Copy of check issued is attached.

I am rejecting this response because:I appreciate your response. I said in the complaint as well as several times to Dale, I will NOT be bringing my vehicle back over to the car lot for a couple of reasons:1. The van left the lot with known issues. My husband drew to Dale's attention the loud whining from the engine to which Dale responded, "It's fine. Our shop looks them all over. I think that's just the sound of the Chrysler". No - it was 2 bad engine pulleys. The shop didn't know what they were doing then, and will not be allowed to touch my vehicle now.2. I live over an hour away. So bringing it over would constitute taking time off of work, etc. And again, that is unacceptable.I will gladly provide receipts of all of the work done so that you can see it. Dale requested the information, but then never said where to send it. Again, I appreciate your reponse, and hope thqat you can understand my distrust in the shop and the work that they perform.

For numerous reasons, unforeseen at the time of delivery, financing was not obtained for [redacted]. We do regret this as we are certainly in the business to sell cars, not bring cars back. This is the last thing we would want to have happen. We do have numerous phone calls and text...

messages documented in order to try to resolve the financing issues. In addition, a demand to return the vehicle was sent out via certified mail, however, the mail was not accepted. In any event, we do apologize not being able to get the financing arranged and we will be mailing out a refund for $250.00 which is the amount of payment we have received. It my understanding the keys to the vehicle were not released to the tow truck driver. We kindly ask that you mail the keys back to us upon receipt of our check. I told them I am considered a full time employee, I also told them what my pay is. You take my pay x 7x35 x190 divided by 52. THEY took it upon there own to state the other. I have been with the school district for almost 10 yrs, I have never told anyone I worked all year. I then called Mr. [redacted] on April 28th and he turned into a smart [redacted] and said fine we will just come and het the car.  I said ok I am sorry you miss understood about my pay. I had also emailed my w2 for them to look at.

We have inspected the vehicle and determined that a restriction in the heater core caused and over heat condition, resulting in the motor going into safe mode. Other dealer misdiagnosed, probably trying to sell an engine job. Additionally, we have verified that this is the correct engine and...
