I had just bought a new iPad and was doing simple things on it but I wanted to become more knowledgeable in it’s ability to deliver many more options than I knew. I asked a friend if he knew of someone that would be great for me to help me gain the expertise I wanted. He said whe knew just the man for me, Jonathan G from I Creative. I called him a and he was just what the doctor ordered. Extremely knowledgeable and able to strongly improve my ability to use the iPad. In addition, I felt he was very fair in his pricing.

Wonderful resource for all things Apple. They have great instructors and staff to handle everything from learning to upgrades to installations. Available one-on-one or in group classes; even a free class every month. Very patient and professional, never a rush to get to the next customer. Not based on equipment sales, so their priority truly is to make sure you are getting the most out of all your Apple toys. They understand the value of education to increase your comfort level; encouraging and enabling you to grow into the vast (and usually untapped) power all these devices give us in the palm of our hand. Highly recommend!

Took a broken laptop to iCreative and walked away with a functioning one, a great deal on a used one and latest software installed on both. They exceeded the need for less than we were expecting to pay. They are our computer source and support team.

I would like to share my positive experience about the team at icreative. If you have any issues with Apple products - Mac computers, iPhones, iPads, etc, they can help. I have attended three great classes there in their offices and have friends who have used them for home audio and video issues that were quite impressed.

I Creative met all of our needs. Despite how busy they were, they helped us to solve a tricky problem in a timely fashion. They stayed on it until it was completed, explaining in simple terms what he was doing. Outstanding service and very knowledgeable.
