Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I contacted [redacted] via text the day of the sale and told him of the issues I was having, he said that he contacted the mechanic and that the mechanic could work on the car the next daySo I wasted gas and brought the car back down on Friday the 18th, and waited in the office with no one there for 20minYour detailer contacted [redacted] and he told me the mechanic would be there shortly because he was running an errandWhen [redacted] got there, it was a totally different story and the mechanic had a family emergency and couldn't work on the car and he would be able to work on it MondayMonday rolls around, I leave the keys with the Front Desk person and tell him what he needs to do, I do NOT hear from him all day until after when I finally called him and asked him what happened, I was told at that point that the mechanic had called in sick and that he would not be able to work on the car until WedNow Wed comes & goes and once again I hear nothing from [redacted] , in fact I text him several times and I get ignored.I did NOT refuse your help in any way, your salesmen has been giving me nothing but lies and excuses as to why your mechanic can't work on the carYou knew about these problems from Day freaking 1, it's not like these are new problemsIn fact your mechanic caused one of them and you're telling me you won't help me? [redacted]

Management informed this customer recently that they need to speak with the contractor that performed this job at [redacted] as they were the ones that did the jobFurthermore, the numerous threats to employees and on other sites need to stop as this customer acknowledged the work performed satisfactory upon initial pick up with a written signature from the customer at that time upon work completed and drove away happyThereafter the customer drove the vehicle back attempting to get it fixed again, after he had already brought it to another shop firstTherefore, there is no guarantee or warranted or refunds to apply as the customer informed that he already took it to another place, where we cannot prove what they did or didn't do as it is out of our handsHowever, we have offered to help this customer with another repair under another mechanic that specializes in his model car and we would discount the labor to him as a customer service aid hereThis customer declined and asked for their initial money back and we have now replied to various complaints and cussing towards employees at our office so we will politely end our time with this hereThank you

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:It is technically true that we bought the car at a reduced rate but it was because it waa recently reduced and that was the sticker priceWe didn't get a reduction gift condition of the vehicle or compensation of repairsSteve was aware of the shake in the front end and said that he would make sure it was taken care of because he was sure it was no more than an alignment issueI have talked to [redacted] tires and I am waiting for a letter from them staying what was wrong with the vehicle and that he talked to both Justin and Steve in regards to things issue.As far as the back gate panel you can see from the picture that out hasn't been installedI would like to know which car they pout it in...I not my daughter have received calls from IAI, LLC to bring the car in for the installation of the back gateWe had called repeatedly and left messages and no one would call us back or when we called and gift someone we would heft excusesThe first excuse was that it was the wrong color the next excuse was that they couldn't find any and they would have to check again.The other item kitten was a light on the dash and when the mechanic Steve pulled the code he wasn't sure what it meantI asked him if he had a way to look it up and he said oh yeah but I need to sign for these parts firstThen he came back and we asked him about it he was I'm not quite sure what we need to do for thisIf the senor needs to be replaced then let's just get it done.I'm not asking for more than what was needing fixed!!!I'm waiting for the letter from [redacted] I will send it as a later date maybe over the weekend Sincerely, [redacted]

Our company follows the law and runs its business honestly, legally, and comes highly referred to many past and future buyers & clientsWe not only provide some of the best priced vehicles below true book value, but we also offer customers a place to do their complete auto repairs at a lower fair price with our mechanic center as wellTherefore, in this case, a buyer had some minor repairs and we did try to contact the customer but it was a disconnected cell phone number provided to us and the second time we were out of the office for a family erAdditionally, this specific customer has been an "In House" finance client-buyer for over a year now and he knows where he can drop by anytime to get his repairs looked at or serviced/repaired at anytime of need for a low and fair priceOur dealership also helped him get our of an uneconomical SUV for his desired budget and into a better fit per his request and he was very happy with his purchase upon leaving our companyWe will continue to run an honest business according to the laws, rules and regulations that surround it and Idaho Auto Investments LLCwill also continue to uphold its superior customer service at all times and in any business affair internal and external.We spoke with the buyer again on 9/14/around 10am and offered to help with his future repairs at our lower cost and company discounts on parts and informed him our company is still in the same location as he already knew for over a year as a customer with us that he can just drive up or tow any car in anytime as a first come first serve basis for our aidHowever, this time we were unaware of his situation and he acknowledged our offers and we then were notified about this complaint later in the day.Response by;GM & Sales dept manager of Idaho Auto Investments LLC

Our company has offered to help with the repairs under a better value to the customer with discounts as a client, and our offers were refusedAdditionally, this customer owes our company agreed money on civil arrangements so we are unable to do anything further at this timeUnder legal guidelines and policies we have done all we can and the customer is still unhappy with their own purchase decision and now blames our company for their own decision No more actions in this matter will be responded to under the Revdex.com site as this is a civil matter with money owed to our company and these complaints have been addressed properly on our end Thank you

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:Idaho Auto Investments knowledge that the odometer wasn’t working and not disclosing this to [redacted] , they still sold him the warranty for $and left [redacted] thinking he was covered for any mechanical problems I have copied the email sent to alpha warranty.The reason [redacted] advised you to drop the complaint was because they were upset that he filed a complaint and was afraid they would cause him greater hardship, which they did They still have the truck and nothing has been done to fix it He has lost his job because he has no transportation and we need to get this resolved as soon as possible Sincerely, [redacted]

This vehicle was listed much higher and the customer was able to purchase this vehicle at a lower price after their offers were lower than the asking priceOur company did purchase the back gate part mentioned and we already installed it to satisfaction with this customer per our technician and manager along with receipt of purchase for this part if needed for additional proofSo to be on the same page if it was not a satisfied situation please let us know as we were not aware of thisAlso, this vehicle was mutually decided by both parties and in writing that it was in our opinion only that the vehicle needed a possible tire balance and that we would pay for the tire balance only as a courtesy after the purchase and nothing else to followThis customer wanted more after the purchase and we explained that this is all that was agreed and it was an "as is" USED vehicleIf they brought it to another shop then that is their decision to listen to another word of advise as we only advised our opinion and only offered to aid in the tire balance.Clearly this customer wanted more and we did what we could to aid them across the board

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:it is becoming more and more apparent what a shady and dishonest company this is I did sign for the work as being completed because they said it had been completed and since I'm not a mechanic (which is why I hired them) I had no reason or ability to verify whether the work had been completed or not When it was apparent that the work had not been done satisfactorily as the engine was still leaking I took the car to another shop for an inspection only No work was performed by them I don't recall being offered to have another shop do the work for a discounted price And I don't see a benefit to accepting that offer when the work was already paid for I did decline their final offer to fix it because the car had been at their shop for months waiting for the work to be done and I was told numerous times that it would be done "this week" I got tired of waiting and collected the vehicle and stated that I wanted a refund in leiu of the work since I had already waited a quarter of a year I was promised a full refund within hours and after almost three weeks and numerous more calls and promises that the check would be issued that day or was "in the mail" I called to express my displeasure with all of this No threats were made and there was no cussing but when I was told yesterday that the owner would call me back I wouldn't accept that because they had not followed through on one thing over the last 4+ months and dozen or so phone calls so I said I would be surprised if I actually received a call No surprise because they never called me back I haven't threatened them on "other sites" but I did leave an honest review on Google and warned others away from this business I saw several other reviews from people having similar issues and the business always responds with saying that none of it is true These people are liars and bordering on being thieves as I am not the only one who has had this experience This is a simple case of work being paid for and not completed The work was warrantied and when I returned the vehicle to have it done properly it didn't happenWhen I asked for a refund to simply part ways it has been promised repeatedly but never delivered Now I've written an honest review online and reported them to the Revdex.com to help others avoid being ripped off and they retaliate with more lies (none of what they said in their response is true) and finally admit that they don't intend to issue the refund That was pretty clear all along but at least they were finally honest about something Sincerely, [redacted] ***

The car is not intermittently turning on, it was shutting offLess than weeks of owning the car I was doing 65mph on the freeway with my kids in the car and it just stalledWe could have been seriously injured or possibly killed if the semi behind me was not able to swerve into the other lane to avoid hitting usThat is correct the car is in need of a major repair (needs a new motor $5650.00) which I have attached the recommendation from the Dodge Dealership
When purchasing the car on 06/16/I asked *** about the 30pt inspection and the buyback info*** looked and it was nowhere to be foundHe then called *** on the phone right in front of mePer ***, it was locked in the mechanics locker and he had gone home for the day*** stated to get my email address and they would get it to me first thing the following morning*** specifically stuck the sticky note to his computer screen so he wouldn’t forgetI sent text messages, emails and made phone calls numerous times over the first couple of weeks to get the documentation (30Pt mechanic inspection, buy back guide, etc.)Attached are the emails and text messages that were sent during this timeSo clearly I never got them in the first placeThe inspection sheet was never in the glove boxWhen I asked *** where the 6disc cd changer was located that was listed on the specs of the car, he wasn’t sureSo we looked in the trunk, center console and the glove box -- there was nothing in any of these places nor was there any paperwork
There was no offer to help re-sell the car at an auctionThere was an offer to buy back the car for $with the stipulation that I purchased another car on the lotI was given the choice to purchase a Toyota Rav with 120,000+ miles on itIn the end this car that was older and had more miles then the Dodge that I purchased which ended up being more then what I purchased the Dodge forI have attached the piece of paper *** wrote on with his offerThat does not seem like an honest offer at allI did decline this offerI understand that the car was bought “AS IS”I was told by *** that the car was in perfect running condition, not ever once was I told to take it to a mechanic for inspection(Totally my fault) I trusted this car dealership which was clearly my mistakeThis by no means is an honest businessWith all the communication I have sent back and forth, clearly there was no documentation given at the time of purchase
I think it is very dishonest to advertise things about a car that are not correct whether it be your so called template or notThat should be considered fraud! These items were listed that were not correct at all:
• Premium sports package
• Full 30pt inspection by certified mechanic- Stated in their office this was never done when my husband spoke with them, and now it’s sent to us through the Revdex.com
• New brakes- no information provided that this was done
• New transmission service & fluinformation provided that this was done
• New battery- The information on the
battery states
• 6CD changer-Not provided
• The Craigslist ad was done on 06/11/with 115,miles, I purchased the car days later with 116,miles on it(1,difference)
The honest and right thing to do would be to make things right whether the car was bought “as is” or notThe one thing that you offered was not by any means making things rightI’m so disappointed in this business, I should have looked at the Revdex.com website before I even went to this dealershipYou have not even proved your ratingNever will I buy from your business again but I will also be sharing this information with my family and friends for future vehicle purchasesNothing was ever made right about this whole situationNow I am out $for the car and another $for a new motor

regarding windshield wipers noted from the managers to the owner and their "buyers remorse" as seen hereFurthermore, the company LKQ has already attempted to give any additional parts warranty options to this customer as well regarding any faulty parts under their own third party extended and limited warranty for the parts not the vehicleThis vehicle has been purchase after this customer asked for the price to be lowered from the original price of 6500, after he test drove it and asked for the stereo and other items replaced brand new before he would buy itThis is a used auto center dealership and all the legal binding documents were signed by this buyer to support this as no violation have been found under ITD regs and provided state policiesThis company will continue to take care of their customers but advise any and all companies in the nation that this buyer is and will try to find a way to abuse employees and/or their rights after they buy from you as again aka "buyers remorse" which is seen at many used auto dealerships and our company tries to help in these situations but this one is unfortunately hopeless

Thank you for your detailed explanation and we again acknowledge the concerns for the 4th timeHowever, this is the customer’s vehicle as the registered owner of this USED vehicle nowWhen this vehicle was sold to the customer it was in good running condition under our hands and working properly as explained and outlined previouslyWe also provided an autocheck report, an auto inspection and sheet from our mechanic with what was done to the vehicle with lights, door handles and a better price to help this customer prior to their purchase already as they requested upon closing/purchaseWe offered to help on a few occasions verbally and in writing here through the Revdex.com online site process and all our help and attempts to resolve this has been turned downedWe are a good company that provides good prices to even better vehicles and this vehicle was sold just that way under legal and just guidelines and proceduresTherefore, we have exhausted our resources to help this customer and ask that this case be closed as it is now becoming a circle of no end under new harassment filings that we will now have to pursue Thank you IAI GM & Company

We are not sure what he promised you however, we put any "We Owes" on a legal binding document for anything promised to a customer per our long term policy so it can be checked off correctly with a paper trail to prove it as wellI am sorry you were told something verbally by a salesperson *** and yes we would be happy to bring in your car early of next week to do a free estimate inspection if you would still allow us at our lower cost discount to you if repairs are found or maybe even a free repair if it is a quick hour fix on your heater described in your initial complaintWe would be happy to offer a free inspection at a $value and hour repair service on us at a $value and go from there if you would like to accept our final offer to helpAdditionally, due to the holiday weekend with the new year, our first opening isn't till next Wednesday but I spoke with our mechanic and he can move things around if you can drop your car off for the first part of the day next week Monday 1/4/at 10am and we can get it in if you are able to do so.Thank you for bringing it to our attention and we will await your decision on our final offer to help with your concern and complaint

This customers appointment for
service and diagnostics with another mechanic was rescheduled for them the
following Monday and from our knowledge they didn't show and this new story was
not mentioned to our upper management in order to intervene priorThey now
mentioned that they are not interested in our in
our help as follows: “I no longer trust the dealer to fix the car” -so based on
this we are not able to help any further as we have tried on attempts to
satisfy your complaints thus far and will not be able to aid any further in
this ** ***Yes this is a legal binding sale
under state law, and yes we did try to help and were still willing to do so
However, if you no longer trust or want us to try to fix issue then we have
nothing else to discuss or that can help any further as we already have.Thank you

***Maybe saying "I don't trust the dealer" was the wrong thing to say, when in fact I no longer trust ***It's clear from the text messages he has sent me that he has lied to meI work 8-Sat-Wed, he told me that he would be here to pick up the car with the detailer Monday morning, when he didn't show by my break time I sent him a text and asked him what was going onI was told that the mechanic called in sick and that he would not be in on Tuesday eitherMaybe dealing with *** on this has been wrong but his number has been the only number I have and I don't have an email for you or him, when I am at work email is the only way I have to communicate.*** told me he has a list of things that he was going to fix on the car, mechanical not, one of which the mechanic caused and that is the door panelI just want this dealt withI have tomorrow off, if the mechanic at your shop can get the car in and fixed without any cost to me I will bring it in gladly and I will show you all the text messages I have from ***, including the one where he was willing to sell me his own car
