account being restricted and her funds being used to pay towards an outstanding
balance. Ms. [redacted] has been a member of Idaho Central Credit Union since 2015. A
series of checks were found to be fraudulent and were reversed from the account. During conversations with our Fraud Team, Ms. [redacted] was told
that any deposits coming into the account would go towards the overdrawn
balance. I reached out to Ms. [redacted] when she was told she was no longer
eligible for services and again relayed the information that all deposits to
the account would be used towards the overdrawn balance. Ms. [redacted] indicates
she was applying for a private loan. However, the funds deposited for the loan
were discovered to be fraudulent and the member is responsible for the
overdrawn account.We consider this matter resolved at this time. We have
