It is always a priority that we handle our client's delicate tax matters with the utmost care and upon reviewing Ms***'s file, we do see that errors have been made We will be processing a full refund for Ms***I understand there is a discrepancy about the amount of the retainer that she paid usOur records do show a payment of $being processed 1/27/If her records show anything else, we ask her to provide us with the information

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below The company has shifted the blame rather than give me the information that I asked for The explanation from the "mystery company" is that it could just be a data shift or file sorting error, however this does not answer the question of how my friend's name got on my email address or whether the original information came from the IRS, as this is a tax lien solution company; neither I nor my friend have any outstanding business with the IRS....unless the IRS provided the bad information (how shocking!) We made contact with client on 10/8/and advised the client that we want to make sure that his issue/complaint is addressedWe had spoken with the client back in July to try to get the issue reconciledHowever, based on investigations we had sent a request for documents pending for signature and it was not receivedClient was unhappy thus far and we have proceeded to issue the client a refund

We didn't find the email [redacted] @yahoo.com on our databasePerhaps, Ms [redacted] has another email address that she claims we send an email toWe will be asking her to provide it to us to make sure it was deleted off our system to prevent any email correspondence being sent to herThank you
