My name is *** *** and I’ve filed a complaint
against Ideal Tax Solutions a few weeks back I’ve contacted the company at least times, explaining to them I do not need their services To which I spoke with a customer service repto whom I asked to have my number removed from their call log on one occasion All other occasions to attempt to speak with a manager to have this handled has proven unsuccessful All they do is transfer me to a voicemail box that isn’t registered to anyone or setup to accept messages A day after I contacted Ideal, I continued to receive phone calls and messages from them I receive a message from Ideal Tax Solutions, daily and now I am feeling like this is complete harassment!! I’ve blocked their number on my phone and now they are using a completely different number to call me This is causing me a great deal of stress as I’ve asked them NOT to continue to contact me and they just keep doing so

Please note that when a client seeks our help for a resolution
with their tax debt, our company on most cases, performs a tax investigation which is Stage of the process. This is what the fees Mr*** had agreed to and paid forThe investigation is the only way we are able to obtain a clearer picture of what kind of situation they are in with the IRSAs soon as that is completed, our analysts reach out to the client with a recommendation on what will be the best resolution for them based on the outcome of the investigationThis is why he received a call again from our analyst to see if he would agree to proceed with the next stages which are Tax Preparation and ResolutionThe additional $that we needed Mr*** to pay is a down payment for the resolution recommended by the analyst which includes hours and hours spent of extensive work the agents will spend working on his caseBecause Mr*** chose for us not to represent him any longer we did not proceed with any other action on his caseTherefore, the work that he has hired us for has been completed and we consider this case as settled
Please be aware that the reputation of our company is something that we are very careful about which is why we take each case very seriously, even refusing to take on some cases at times. We sincerely apologize if Mr*** feels that he is not satisfied with the service we have provided but that does not mean that we did not do our part in adhering to the agreement he signedHe is free to contact us again and we are willing to show him what he has paid us for

I need to know the organization or person who gave, or sold, the email address, [redacted]@icloud.com to this company. The name used in the email was not my name, therefore this involves IDENTITY THEFT OR WORSE.  As this is my email address, there is no privacy issue to be breached by giving me this information.  My phone and internet provider is checking my lines for any trace of tampering.  If this is a random compilation error on the part of their marketer or some bogus claim from the IRS, OR SOMEONE CLAIMING  TO BE THE IRS, I  need to know this.

complaint. Shortly after I filed this complaint, I was contacted by Ideal. So
far I am still receiving the run around and have yet to see any results. Now
that the holidays are here this matter will be on the back burner until after
the New Year. I am holding out hope that they will keep their word and do what
they said they are going to do. If not, I will seek to be reimbursed for all
monies paid. I will keep the Revdex.com updated with progress in the matter. ]

When I was initially contacted by a represenitive of Ideal soulotions, I was told that $500.00 was the cost for their services. Nothing more was mentioned during this call. 1 or more months later, a different person called me to say, and I quote..Hi..[redacted]. I am calling  to inform you that your case is ready for resolution. We need $2,500.00 to 
continue..I was surprised to hear this. Of course I refused, and explained why. I was excited about getting something done.
Then this. Then another person called me and said that I needed to send $500.00 to start the process over again. I hung up on him. They say they record every conversation for training purposes. Ask them if they recorded this. I have the inital paperwork to prove what I say is true. I guess a lawsuit is my next move. Mean while I have learned to prepare Offer In Compromise to the IRS. I have started my own business, to protect others from getting ripped off like I did.

We have been maintaining due diligence and have worked on this matter. The client has been kept up to date in relation to any updates in status. Due to the nature of the case and turn around time it has been a work in progress. The client has been kept up to speed as what is required and where the matter is with the I.R.S and what our enrolled agents is requiring from the client in order to resolve to the best resolution for the client. 
Currently, we are working with the client.

The information Ms. [redacted] has provided has been permanently removed from our database. She may continue to get calls for a couple more days as it takes a day or so for the system to update.
 
If by the off chance that she continues to get phone calls from ITS, she can speak with [redacted], Professional Services Manager at 714-751-5200, ext [redacted].

The email address provided in the initial complaint appears to be incorrect. We tried sending the email to Ms. [redacted] twice and the emails did not go through.An apology email was sent to [redacted] on April 16, 2015, ensuring that both email addresses will be stricken from our records.

entire process. The client was happy and thanked Ms. [redacted] for calling him and providing ** update.
