Mr.***s reply is totally made up of deceit and falsehoodsI started building a web site in August It was called: ***It went live on the web Sept I had two contractors already working to do marketing on the web site at that timeMr*** called me a few days after startup and told me the marketing companies I was using were no good and they were just taking my moneyHe told me his company had a great marketing record, were rated A+ on the Revdex.com and he DID sell me on buying a marketing contract from them by telling me if I would buy a contract right then, Sept 19, they would have enough time to get sales going for my web site for the Christmas season but I would have to start right then to have enough time to make itOf course at that time I thought he was an honest person with integrity so I signed up for a contract of $from my business credit card which essentially maxed that out
On Oct 24,Mr*** again called me and told me that he thought I had great Tiffany products on my siteHe told me he was confident if I started a second web site with additional Tiffany products I could increase my eventual sales greatlyHe again said I would need to do it right then even though there was no way the second site would be even started before ChristmasI told him I did not have any money left to start a second siteWe could start it when I started getting sales from the first siteHe still maintained we would start getting Christmas sales from their marketing of the first site and I could use those sales to help support the second siteAt that time I still wrongly trusted him and I had to do the following to get the money for: two new contracts for a new web site *** I would have never considered starting a second site on my own without his pressure because the bad money situation it got me into Two Contracts were signed for the new site on Oct 24,1) Build Web Site Contract $4000, Marketing $ Unlike he implies that he lent me all the $'s for these sites to pay on time, I got $from PayPal Credit, $from my personal Credit Card and he lent me only $to repay $166.66/mo.
He does not tell that they also charged me $200/mo for each of two marketing sites for support and $40/mo for the web site supportSo with my $payment, I had to pay essentially $600/mo to iePlexusThis essentially put me out off business because his Christmas sales or sales for Jan or Fed never appeared
On my previous complaint letter I had proof from two parties that after five months of marketing I was getting NO traffic to my first web siteThis is shown by a month of Jan printout from Google Analytics that monitors all web sitesIt shows no shopping trafficI also showed a third party site of Wordtracker that monitors huge data bases for searches on keywordsIt showed that of the keywords they were using only would maybe eventually would result in minor amount of search volume to my web site but a questionable amount that would be able to support the site
So from the above it can be clearly seen that no traffic was going to my web site because of iePlexus marketing be it based on their selling point of Christmas marketing or into the th month of their marketingBased on the No traffic to most of the keywords it is questionable if I would EVER get sales
Their own people told me it would take 8-more months before I got salesBecause he said sales from my first web site would support the purchase of the second web site, and being based on the fact that sales did not exist and the fact that I was paying them $600/mo I could not afford to keep goingI had to shut both sites down
Even though he did use total deception of Christmas sales for the first site, though he has not enough integrity to admit it, I was willing to swallow the cost of that siteI think I was quite fair in asking for the money returned for the second two sites because he knew I did not want to start them up then because I was not in the financial positionIn fact starting that second site put me out of business because THEIR MARKETING IS NOT EFFECTIVEIt is quite fair for me to get the second site money backLet him steal what I paid for the first contract
MR*** show some honesty and integrity and give me the $back
Buy the way, the Attorney General sent two reply requests to iePlexus about my complaint and they never answered either one

However, the last time I tried to call Brian, I was told that he had left the company to "take another direction." As I see he is still with the company, that was yet another lie

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:Sincerely,[redacted]   The dates listed on their response is from the year 2013.  This complaint is for the year of May 2015 to October 2016 regarding a new website to become an affiliate of [redacted].  The website was not compatible with [redacted] and the instructions for loading the website were totally incapable with being compliant with [redacted] which was unknown to me and a number of other ie Plexus customers, insuring us that we were destined to fail.  They offered to burild me a new website, I do not want this.  I can no longer have any faith in them nor do I trust them   
Going with ie Plexus instructions and website resulted in absolutely being thrown off [redacted] and doing no business with them.  In turn ie Plexus kept billing me.  They essentially sold me a dead horse, charged me for marketing, hosting and page optimizing for something that could never be beneficial to me at all.  It is just the money invested for this site and during the time period listed above that I am asking for.

On May 4th 2016, [redacted] signed up for services with iePlexus and agreed to finance the down payment with Special Finance Company. Her account was canceled and no money was collected by iePlexus.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:Sincerely,[redacted] .  I honestly believe they have not a clue regarding this matter with [redacted].  Under no circumstances do I want them to build me another website.  I spoke with a representative of ie Plexus and it seems [redacted] will not tell them what the problem was and they cannot figure it out, too much time has passed and I do not trust or have faith in this company.
They are laying the blame on [redacted], but they were the ones who sold it to me and made it defective.  Again I knew there was something wrong and I kept asking questions with no real satisfactory answers.  This is why I pulled them away from the marketing end on July of this year, only to find I was thrown off [redacted] a short while later.  They are the professionals and they were the ones that made the errors that I paid for.
I am not asking for potential money that I lost(which does include losing this Christmas and last which is the most critical time of year).  I estimate I have lost between $50,000 - $55,000 in income and fees paid to ie Plexus, easily.  However, all I want is $6,500 I put into to this and I will walk away and the matter will never be brought up again.
I have no problem of the Revdex.com bring in a mediator to settle this matter, but I will say up front I will not let this go until a settlement has been made.

It seems very odd he is now filing this complaint. If he was dissatisfied with his services last year, he did not explain this to us. He only requested to cancel services. We feel some othercompany is coaching him want to say and file this complaint, or the other company actually filedit for [redacted]. This complaint is just lumping “several” companies together. Also he was not ableto get refunds from the credit card companies because after reviewing documentation andcontracts, the services were fulfilled according to the service agreements. Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:
     I am rejecting this response letter from Mr. [redacted] because he does not even mention the complaints I had in my letter to the Revdex.com
He states: "Mr. [redacted] was contacted by several companies and trying to get him to cancel with iePlexus and join their company, some of
the companies he told us he was contacted by was Network Team, IBRD and Business Network". I don't know where this information came
from but I have never heard of these companies. The reality is that when Mr. [redacted] contacted me in Sept. 2014 I already had two
marketing companies working for me. These two companies were not accomplishing much using their type of marketing so Mr. [redacted]
said if I signed a marketing contract right now there would be time to get enough marketing done to start to get Christmas sales.
Then a few weeks later Mr. [redacted] said I had a good line of Tiffany products and could increase sales dramatically if I started a second
web site. I told him I had no money to pay for two more contracts. (Build a web site & marketing). He said that if I only started getting
minimal sales from my first site around Christmas I could use the sales money to pay off the second two new sites. He told me I had to 
start the two new contracts now so most of the work would be done for Christmas. Based on his Revdex.com, A+ rating and what he told me
of all his success stories using his type of marketing, against my better judgement, I signed an additional two contracts.
     I realize sales cannot be guaranteed but I found out in Jan 2015 that Mr. [redacted] statements of their company being able to
get me sales for Christmas were intentionally deceiving/fraudulent. I can say that with 100 % confidence because: 1) After I started
working with his people on the marketing I mentioned that it sure didn't look like we would get sales by Christmas. His employee
was shocked. She said who in the world told you that you could get sales by Christmas. She said it will take 8 to 10 months more
than that. If the employees knows that, then Mr. [redacted] knows that and he knowingly made a deceptive claim to get all my three
contracts; 2) Their marketing is apparently not getting me ANY shoppers after 5 months. I have an attachment to this letter. The first
part I used Goggle Analytics to monitor the traffic on my web site for Jan 2015. Goggle monitors every web site. I was shocked to see
that I essentially got zero shopping traffic for the complete month. Look at the time of any traffic hits. They were accidental. None of
them were enough time for someone to spend looking at the site. Without traffic there will never be sales. After five months of
their marketing and after the promised Christmas sales my site was getting NO traffic; 3) The second part of the attachment I used
Wodtracker. It monitors massive amounts of data files around the country to determine on how many times each keyword is searched
for around the country in a selected month. From the list of the 29 keywords that iePlexus was using on my web site to search for
my products, 16 out of the 29 keywords had zero volume for the month of May that I chose to monitor. The listing shows that
only 4 of the keywords shows enough volume, although it is not that high for a month, to be usable as a keyword that would
result in any reasonable chance of site sales. I see Mr. [redacted] put up a chart of where my keywords were ranked. I agree
some of my words got ranked very high by Goggle. We were hitting each of these a few times a month by my marketing 
blogs and the marketing companies. So if you hit one of the keywords Wordtracker shows zero or minimal volume
our marketing volume would rate it high because we are generating most of the volume. What good is it  to get a low or
no volume keyword ranked high if it doesn't result in site traffic.
     These were my complaints about my contracts with iePlexus. Mr. [redacted] did not address them on his Revdex.com response
letter and when I tried to send him a refund demand letter or tried to talk to him he maintains the my site was progressing
great. He ignores the fact that it is obvious he used deception in selling his marketing.  No Christmas sales, no site volume, essentially
bad keywords. Because this deception was used based on Christmas sales helping me pay for my second web site and based on the 
fact it is questionable if there would be any sales and if so when. iePlexus should pay me $6000 back just to compensate
me for the second two contracts because his non existent sales are not helping me pay off the credit card as he said they would.
     In fact based on the total deception and the apparent marketing failure I should really get all the contracted money back
     
     Please look at the attachment that will show you the lack of site traffic based on Jan 2015 Goggle Analytics and how bad
the volume of using the keywords for my site products for the month of May 2015 from Wordtracker information
By the way, The bad copies of forms at the end of Mr [redacted] reply letter I have never seen before. I don't know what they are for

iePlexus we pride ourselves in maintaining the highest level of service and customersatisfaction, which has earned us an "A+" ranking with the Revdex.com. To achieve this goal our mottois to "Under Promise and Over Deliver". Everyone's goal in business is to make money; and weunderstand that. However, to maintain the level of satisfaction we strive for, we consistently offerour current and potential clients realistic expectations. We do not make promises, guarantees, oranything of the sort.[redacted] cancelled in May 2016, she did not express dissatisfaction with services while she was aclient. And, why did it take 7 months after she cancelled to file this complaint. We often haveclient who sign up with new companies, they convince and coach them to file complaints. Whennew clients sign up for services, we thoroughly explain it takes time to build an online businessand get ranking and earn money.She activated the service agreement with iePlexus through our website and he inputted her creditcard information for services to begin. The service agreement was explained step by step, sectionby section including all the terms of the service agreement. We want new clients to fullyunderstand what services are included and the terms of the agreement before the serviceagreement is activated. After the service agreement was activated by [redacted] and she inputted hercredit card information for payment, then services begin immediately on his account. Shereceived a welcoming email from iePlexus, which includes information to view and print theservice agreement.[redacted] signed up for a variety of programs and below is the service agreement for each program,which details the services to be provided and the costs. This is a service. Once the service isprovided, it cannot be returned like some merchandise.
In summary, we dispute the client’s complaint, and contend that iePlexus made reasonable efforts

Ms. [redacted] knowingly and willing entered into the service agreement with iePlexus. The terms were thoroughly explained. Ms. [redacted] was contacted by another company and they convinced her to cancel with iePlexus. Her account has been canceled. iePlexus offered to write off the balance on her contract but she refused. These calls are recorded and she was notified.

I did not authorize this agreement.  The first time I saw this was when I contacted Joanie at IEPlexus to see if there was some kind of agreement.  She sent me this paperwork via email on June 3, 2016.
I have cancelled all remaining services so they will not be performed, therefore I will not pay for anything else.  I tried honestly to work this out with IEPlexus, and they wouldn't take anything into consideration.  I do not have the money to pay this and the agreement is not authorized.  This company is a company that seeks out people who have websites and tells the they need their service, which in fact is not a true statement.  This company is predatory and should be shut down.Sincerely,[redacted]
