[redacted] signed up for Web 2.1 Finance + Social program with iePlexus on May 12th, 2016. Our salesperson spoke with [redacted] several times prior to her activating the service agreement. She was very excited about the services. No one forced her to answer her phone, talk to iePlexus, or...

activate her service agreement. iePlexus has an online activation process, which new clients have to agreed to each and every term before moving forward. The terms of the Service Agreement are thoroughly explained with the client.
 
Client have to "click" the "I agree that no promises or guarantees were made to me other than those stated within the above agreement", this will activate the service agreement.
The following statement is at the end of the activation process:
By activating this agreement you are authorizing iePlexus, Inc to start work on your account. In addition, you acknowledge that iePlexus, Inc is in no way affiliated with any third party web site hosting, web site development, or web site marketing company other than those stated within this agreement, and does not represent any third party concern in these interests.
Once the service agreement is activated, the client is taken to the checkout stage where, [redacted] entered her credit card information for services to begin.
 
Services began on her account immediately.
 
On May 13th, 2016, she spoke to her sale representative and agreed to continue her services with iePlexus.
 
[redacted] signed a Finance agreement. She put an initial payment on the services and  agreed to pay the balance over 15 monthly payment. She has not made the finance payments or complied with her contract. Please see this exert from the service agreement:
 
4. TERM AND TERMINATION.
4.1 Term. This Agreement will remain in effect for at least 15 months from the Effective Date.
 
iePlexus provided the services in good faith. The terms of her contract were explained to her and she acknowledged understanding the terms and provided the payment to start her services.

iPlexus provided the services and was willing to build another site at no cost to [redacted].

on September 19th, 2014. On October 24th, 2014, he signed up for Web 2.1 Services + Social services on his website www.uniquemeydatiffanygifts.com. And on October 27, 2014, Mr. [redacted] signed up for WebDev eCommerce Program for his website www.uniquemeydatiffanygifts.com. He activated the service agreement with iePlexus through our websites. A sample copy of the online activation process is included for review and copies of the service agreements for each of his accounts. After completing the online activation process, [redacted] inputted his credit card information for payment for services to begin on his accounts. [redacted] of his own will activated the service agreements and provided payments. Please see the details in each of the service agreements, the initial deposit for each account were for certain services such as: Purchase of client's chosen domain name (if available) from iePlexusDomains.com. First 2(two) years are provided at no charge to client. This includes the initial setup of domain account, and initial NS configuration. I know that you had not yet generated sales, but that in no way means it will not be successful in the future. [redacted] signed up for three service contracts with iePlexus. The terms and the services included in the agreement were thoroughly explained to him before Mr. [redacted] inputted his credit card information into the system and he activated the service agreements. The three service agreements were included in the previous submittal for review. The services were provided to Mr. [redacted] as agreed and according to the contract. Also stated in the service agreement is "Client hereby agrees and affirms that no other promises were made to induce Client to enter into this contract other than those expressed in this written agreement."  In fact, we signed a service agreement for WebDev on

This service agreement was financed at no interest to Mr. [redacted]. He did not pay off the balance on his contract but iePlexus wrote off the balance he owed.
iePlexus's motto is to "Under Promise and Over Deliver". Everyone's goal in business is to make money; and we understand that. However, to maintain the level of satisfaction we strive for, we consistently offer our current and potential clients realistic expectations. We do not make promises, guarantees, or anything of the sort. In fact, we separate ourselves from the rest of the industry by making it as clear as possible to our current/potential clients that marketing your online business takes time and dedication, and even then there is no guarantee of success.
The services were provided as agreed and no promises were made outside of the service agreement.

2.1 Services + Social program on May 2nd, 2017. Each step and each section of her
Service Agreement Contract was explained to her and she was reviewing it at the
same time online. The call was recorded and acknowledgment of her agreeing to
the contract. After...

[redacted] verbally and online clicked each section of
understanding and acknowledgement of the contract, she processed the payment
through her PayPal account to finalize and provide payment for services to
begin. After payment is received, service begin on her account. Please see section F of her contract
stating “ALL
sales are Final”. [redacted] verbally and she electronically initialed the
contract. The complete service agreement contract is included for review. F.  Term
and Termination. This Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and
continue until terminated as provided in section 4 of the Terms and Conditions.
