BE AWARE COSTUMERS! This company is a SCAM! They stole my cell phone number through a link they sent me and disabled my cell .
Story: I got 2 vouchers to replace my iphones broken glasses at ***. I called the number on the voucher ( ***) and got a message from a machine saying that I needed to text to (407) 505-6404. I texted and a few hours later received a reply from someone asking me for my full name and to complete a form in a link that they would text me. I thought that it was SUPER strange since I have never been requested to provide such information to have the glass of my cell replaced. However, I did what they asked me because I NEVER thought that it was a scam!
In the form they asked me for my name, email, phone number, my cell phone model, and so on. I completed the form and submitted the link and around 40 minutes after my cell phone started acting weird ( ex: wanted to use ***.com and another screen showed up). The number that I submitted the form was : ***.
So I turned it off trying to reset it up then turned it on and when I wanted to type my password I could not because 2 numbers were typing at the same time. I tried a few times and my password did not work. After my phone was " disabled ". The next day I went to*** store and they confirmed that my phone had been hacked through the link they sent me. I needed to change EVERYTHING since phone number to bank accounts since my personal info was compromised. I reported it to *** .
Probably all the good reviews are also fakes. Be aware!

Hi there!

This is a totally secure form.

The form we sent you is backed from our Processing company; the form sent to you via text it's a form with a secure link which is impossible to hack a device from it, and more when is an iPhone.

*** has a really good system; the form we sent you to fill out it's to schedule your appointment which is basic information and every company who uses appointments system has it.

We invite you to take this device to your nearest *** store to confirm your statement.

There has no been hack to any of our systems, ever.

Our positive feedback in *** aren't fake it will be impossible to do so even if we wanted too; our positive reviews come from real customers over the years in business and third-party companies such as *** won't ever let that happen.

We are committed in helping you and we are eager to understand how such a hack happened.

Our company is completely secure and operates with the highest integrity.

If you have any other questions or concerns please contact our headquarter at (407) 505-6404

Oh what a nice response from the company! I really did not expect them to say " yes, we stole your number through the link we sent and disabled your iphone". I really do not believe in their " great reviews" online. I could not even post a "bad review" in ***.com and my review in *** has not been published. Not sure how they do this, but they did hack my iphone. *** confirmed it with me and *** "scam team" is investigating the case as well. Maybe they can discuss their "secure link" with *** team ?
I wish I could at least to get a refund of my $75 I spent at ***, but was told that " this option is not possible". Not really a surprise!
So I heard you, but no thanks! This "scam" has caused a lot of problems in my life already!

Thanks Revdex.com

We love for*** Inc to contact us directly.

We work for companies like ***, ***, and *** and they all receive the same message to fill out basic information about the device they want us to repair.

Same info on our website under www.iFixit4u.co/repairs

Also, we have never done business with you directly; we have never personally service your device.

*** advertises our business and receives payments to us. They also don't release funds to us until 15 days after service.

Not sure what's going on here but we want to take care of this case right away.

We as a company have no needs of hacking devices and more when our company is a known brand, it's not our thing period.

Please contact us or *** directly for a full refund right away.

As *** goes please give them this information, along with screenshots of our state so they can get in touch with us directly.

We're more than happy to help in this case and if you feel that isn't enough, we also invite you to get the local Police and file a report against our company for further investigation.

We are more than willing to work with you and we know this has nothing to do with a form sent to your phone.

I'm sorry we caused you troubles by making you fill out basic information. We wish you the best and hope to take care of this as soonest possible for you.

Thank you

Police, Ciber Crime Department, was already contacted and *** ( Fishing Team) is already investigating not only the "safe link" you sent to my cell phone, but also how my cell was hacked through your link. So do not worry about " asking *** to contact you directly because you are already under their loop.
I already requested a refund of my $75 that I spent in the 2 vouchers, but *** sent me an email saying that because it is passed the 3 days that their policy states, they cannot refund my money. Also, they told me that "your company does not allow to trader my vouchers for another deals". Oh well, I guess that what Scam companies do. So now I continue having my cell phone broken, $75 less in my pocket, and have been dealing with the troubles of changing my number, closing all bank accounts, credits cards, and everything else that compromises my identity for over a week ...Really a nightmare!
No, thanks, I will NOT dare to call your numbers again EVER! No making the same mistake twice!

P/S: Right after I bought my vouchers, they showed up as "Redeemed" . When I found it out , I contacted *** and they "unremedeed" my vouchers ; however, they could not give me any explanation why the vouchers showed up as already redeemed when I had not even used them. This happened twice!
It has never happened to me with any other vouchers. It seems like " some scam" remedeed my vouchers right after I paid for them.
Finally, it is so interesting that out of the 25 reviews I have posted in***, your is the only one that is not "visible" to other costumers. Interesting...
