Placed an order for three items on April 11 and Charged for it, the items were never out of stock, but did not receive them.
I placed an order for three items on April 11 from the web site and they charged my credit card that day. I watched the site and it showed that the items were never out of stock but I never received them. I sent and email to them on May 4 and did not get a response from them. Sent another email to them on May 9 and still no response. The web site today states that they have shipped all orders made prior to May 15, but my order still shows as processing. I have not received my order but they already have my money. The three items show that they are still in stock.

Desired Outcome

I would like to either get my order or get my money back.

I ordered a no touch thermometer and they sent me mask. They cannot be reached by phone only by email. I submitted email to customer service several times. I received 2 replys that were generic telling me someone will get back with me in 48 hours, and the other 2 emails I sent had no reply. No one every addressed this problem. So I paid $40 for a box of unwarranted cheap mask. Beware there is no customer service!!

They advertised a product as in stock. Weeks later they do not answer any phone calls, do not respond to emails using there customer ticket number system and appear not to have shipped the product.

I have had similar experiences as the reviews below. I understand being swamped as a medical supply company during a pandemic but a lack of response to customer emails about the status of an order is just very bad customer service. When you call the phone number to get an order status you hear a message about longer wait times and then it end without any options to speak to a representative. And this is all AFTER they have processed the payment. As of today you can no longer even send a support email through their website. If they can't handle my order that's fine but at the very least refund my money.

Order products and never received. Says has tracking # USPS but usps never received so product never shipped so I never received.
Ordered two items and never received. Have sent numerous emails with no response. I am out over *** Items supposedly were "shipped" waiting for usps pickup 4-24. Items never moved since. ihealth labs will not respond. I am assuming this company is a

Desired Outcome

If the merchandise I ordered gets to me fine but otherwise I would like my money refunded.

I have received my merchandise.

I made a mistake in not investigating this company before I ordered face masks . I put $79.86 on my credit card for 100 face masks on April 26, 2020. They charged my card immediately but never delivered the masks. After 10 business days I emailed them since this is the only form of communication they offer . With the first email they said they would refund my money. I emailed them back and they never responded with a credit , rather sent me a tracking number which was invalid . I have since sent several emails asking for a refund to no avail . I have contacted my credit union and they are now disputing this charge . I wanted to warn others about this company . It's horrible that a company is taking a lot of money from consumers during this time and not delivering the products nor refunding money .

I ordered 4 noncontact thermometers for our clinic in Ihealth.com . When my orders arrived , one noncontact thermometer did not work after several attempts. My order number in Ihealth.com is #XXXXXX .I sent an email two times to request for a replacement , no response from the vendor. I called their toll free number , there is no live attendant in placed.
It is frustrating that they do not have an alternate customer service phone line to answer questions/concerns from customers .

This company ripped me off as well like the other reviews state. I ordered their no contact thermometer and it did not work out of the box. The other item I ordered, a pulse oximeter, was never sent. They are only available to contact by email so I sent them a message through their website requesting a return and refund and no answer. I now see many negative reviews about them and want to warn others about their scam.

Dont purchase face masks from them. Customer service does not exist and consumer has no recourse but to dispute charge on their credit card...emails to support go unanswered.

Defective merchandise. Customer service will not respond to damaged inquiry. Beware.

This business is the most unprofessional poorly ran business I have ever tried to buy from. The person I was corresponding with over email had zero business etiquette. He professed to be the VP during the Corona Virus outbreak? They never responded to multiple emails then sent me a customer service satisfaction survey. What? When I asked them to stop emailing me they threatened to send me all of their spam. This is not a business it's a group of disrespectful illiterate is. Do not do business here.
