My family and I had a wonderful meal and excellent service, At the IHOP in Missouri city, Tx by our server Fonda, she was great and very attentive to my family's needs. It wasn't a long wait at all for our food and the kids enjoyed her humor. We will look forward to our return to that resturant.

June *, at about 1:15PM [redacted] contacted the restaurant because she had printed out internet coupons for Free meals to be used on ONE visit to the restaurantThe coupons clearly state the following: 1) This coupon is Valid for one order of Rooty Jr.® Pancakes from regular menu OR one order of our World Famous Pancakes from regular menu, excluding Simple & Fit Under Calories Pancake Combo and Pick-A-Pancake Combo 2) Limit one coupon per table and/or per transaction,including split checks 3) Not valid with any other offers or discounts [redacted] was instructed that if she intended on using coupons at once it would be violating the spirit of the advertisement, which is to offer ONE FREE MEAL per TABLEShe stated that she was coming anyway and would sit separatelyShe was told arrive around 4:30PM and we would seat her party's of in the same dining room a) [redacted] did NOT arrive at 4:but at 7:30PM dinner time b) They did NOT sit in individual tables but took ONE TABLE c) They arrived with a PARTY of ADULTS ages about 20- to celebrate " [redacted] Birthday" d) She did NOT want to order ANY of the COUPON ITEMS e) The [redacted] offered a CHOICE to allow the party to use a BUY ONE, GET THE 2nd ITEM of lower value AT 1/OFF, which she accepted, OR order the items from the coupon(That coupon also is One coupon, discount per table.) f) The party ORDERED many the high priced entrees including the MOST EXPENSIVE OMELETTES in the menu g) The entire staff sang "Happy Birthday" to [redacted] and gave them a COMPLIMENTARY Chocolate Chip Pancakes (an $8- Value FREE) h) [redacted] did NOT want to PAY NYS SALES TAX claiming that this was a State Volunteer Organization Event for " [redacted] " h) The party left and thanked the staff for an enjoyable experience i) The check of $was DISCOUNTED by $+ $= $34- to $138- OR about 20% I feel that we did as much as any restaurant could do to accommodate this customer All copies of the Coupons, Guest Checks, and photos of this event are available for inspection if necessary Thank you for looking into this matter [redacted]

Our intention was to have a siding crew come to finish the siding work shortly after the carpentry crew was done with the framing of the new front porchOur schedule was backed up more than expected around the time we were ready to begin the siding work and it was difficult for me to free up a crew to do this workI have arranged to get a siding crew to do the work next weekBased on our production the rest of the week my expectation is they will be ready to begin this coming Monday, 8/11, or Tuesday

I received a proposal from Clermont County Construction (Roofing) via [redacted] The scope of job was to replace gutters, add gutter guards, and rework existing gutters I paid him in full for a job and he only completed about 80% of the work The original work was completed in early June I've called him several times to finish the work and he gives me an excuse every time that he will get to it It's been over months and he still has not completed the job The total cost of the work was estimated at $

Horrible experience - Arrived about 8:on Saturday 4/- our order was finally placed at 9:- and by 9:still no food had arrived - it was only me and my husband - the place was not packed maybe tables total - got up to leave and asked to speak to a manager and he refused to come speak to me! he avoided us all together and I stood waiting at the door another 5-minutes when we were leaving I could see the manager going around to the tables and checking on them horrible experience doubt I will ever go back!

Please be advised, That Mr Fence has been in contact with the customer for the repairs to their deck, and that we have had the customer on the schedule three times to make the repair, however because of the product being used, weather plays a major factor in completing the job I have spoken
to *** *** and advised him of same I felt he understood and was ok with waiting for the weather to be ok At this point, Mr Fence is still willing to come and remedy the rust which is coming thru the nails but again we need to make sure that the deck is completely dry I will make a follow up call to this email and make arrangements again with the customer

The guys did a phenomenal job on my house. It had many challenges but they overcame all of them with beautiful results. Alex and Mike were professional, respectful, diligent, hard-working, and a pleasure to deal with. John Jr. kept to his word and beyond. I highly recommend them.

When I loved at Kensrd manor, we had a number of leaks and other maintainence issues, none of them ever seemed to be fixed. We called emergency maintenance a few times and they never came out. Usually they told us they would check it in a few days. When they did come out, they couldn't find the problem and we still had the same issues. Do not recommend.
