I have not had a good experience with Illinois Energy The sales individual seemed pleasant and honest, and after numerous discussions with him we decided to go with them to replace all of our windows The installers came to the house and were pleasant and fine to work with We have an infant so they worked diligently to get everything done in a timely mannerHowever, we came to find out that the sales exec had lied to us about a number of items to land our businessMy husband is in sales, and is very successful at it, so we understand a good schmoozer, but schmoozing is completely different than lying We asked the installers to confirm the information that the sales exec gave us and they were unable to and rolled their eyes at what he had told usWe received numerous quotes form companies, and at the end of the day, went with Illinois Energy because the price was right and we thought the sales exec was being mostly honest (we know he is still trying to land the deal and sales is sales) Next, some of the service men have been far from pleasant by rolling their eyes and acting inconvenienced when we make appointments to have issues resolved All in all, our windows look nice, but dealing with the company has been a pain!

Just had our front door with transom and sidelights completed in four hoursInstall was done as scheduled professionally without a hitchAll was kept clean during and after installationInstallers were very courteous and professionalWe just LOVE our new doorIf you want a trouble free install Illinois Energy & Siding, Incis the way to go

As a returning customer of Illinois Energy I was very confident in the purchase of our new entry way door and side lights It was the same great buying experience as it was with our windows (of them) a couple of years ago We had a tight time frame and they kept their word of getting every thing installed by the due date The friendly staff kept us informed along the way and the install team was excellent We couldn't be more pleased

We have been so impressed with Illinois Energy for our recent home renovations that we simply had to take the time to write you and say thanks Buying new windows and doors is a stressful proposition for any couple, but the staff at Illinois Energy immediately put us at ease From the sales person who came to our home to meet with us to Rene who helped get everything scheduled and to Nate and Samantha in customer service, the entire team worked smoothly together to address every question we had thoroughly and in a timely manner During our initial meeting with James, my daughter was sick, but James took the situation in stride allowing us the breaks we needed to tend to her while staying focused on the task at hand He even politely excused himself, so we had some time to discuss what we wanted to do about the doors and windows in private Such a classy move on his part made us feel comfortable because there was no high stress sales pitch Without the pressure, we were able to make a decision we felt confident inThis company doesn’t just have a great staff--which would be nothing on its own--they have a fantastic product We couldn’t be happier with the results Our new front door completely changes the look and feel of the house When I walk up to it now, I feel like I’m home and admire the glass pattern and color of the door The grey really makes our house pop and gives it some of the personality it was lacking with our plain outdated door Our sliding door, too, has been a pleasant experience We were a little nervous about going with vinyl since we have only ever used woodWe are blown away by the look and feel of our new sliding door The minute I saw it for the first time, I knew we would be working with Illinois Energy for our windows too

Everyone was great from the initial appointment, to sitting down and going over everything, to the installationThe employees were very efficient, knowledgeable, and respectful of our homeThey didn't try to sell us more than what we needed and were straight forward with the facts and detailsThey got the job done quickly and left no mess behindOur windows even arrived and were installed ahead of the anticipated dateWe can't wait to finish getting the remainder of our windows replaced

Had a large picture window and a larger bedroom window installed by Illinois energy windows and siding yesterday I was happy with the two installers and the job they did installing my windows and shutters

We had all our upstairs windows, a kitchen window downstairs, and our siding replaced by Illinois Energy We highly recommend them to everyone needing new windows or siding The crew was professional, timely, and always cleaned up after themselves The finished product was beautiful inside and out and made our home look like new Just recently we had an issue with our kitchen window (user error!) and Illinois Energy sent someone out right away to help us Service like that is unheard of When we are ready for the next round of windows Illinois Energy will be our first call

The whole process of working with Illinois Energy Window and Siding from the first sales call to the final walkthrough of installation, was our pleasure They treated us with care and respect, and they were very clear when explaining what to expect along the way
Our initial interest was for a quote on window replacement, but soon escalated to include a new front entry door with sidelight and an foot, panel sliding glass door Our sales representative, Ben, was extremely personable and knowledgeable He was also patient and kind as we shuffled kids and pets around to ensure we could give him our full attention
Besides the exceptional quality of the products, the comprehensive and fully transferable lifetime warranty, made it an easy decision to sign on with Illinois Energy Ben made himself available to answer questions throughout the process and was very prompt in returning text messages The two gentlemen who completed the installation were efficient, thorough and respectful of our home The whole job (windows and doors) was completed in approximately hours to our complete satisfaction

Illinois Energy came out to replace some siding that was punctured from a tree branch that fell from a bad storm and hit my house They had done my siding about a year ago and I called to get an estimate for my insurance They came out and replaced the siding for free

After much research, I was very pleased with the quality of the windowsEven better, the DK crew that installed the windows were very efficient with their efforts and the craftsmanship of replacing the aluminum trim around the windows was excellentI would high recommend Illinois EnergyThey make their own windows and the installers work for the company directly which means NO subcontractor who may not have a stake in the company The Lifetime transferrable warranty is also a plus

My parents chose Illinois Energy back in to replace the old wood windows that were drafty and hard to openThey felt very satisfied with the company's transferable lifetime warranty, that they're covered now years later, that's amazing!
