On June 15th I called this business to order a productOnce I realized that the initial offer was a come on and you would continue to receive the product at a significant increased unless cancelled I decided and told the sale representative I was not interested and not to send me the offerAfter a considerable time asking to cancelled another sales person came on the line and proceeded to try to convince me to proceed with the orderAgain after a considerable amount reiterating I was not interested I was told the initial amount would be refunded within hoursIt was not When I checked days later I was told the product had already been shipped and no refund would be forthcomingIt was the most horrible experience I have ever had
