The trial expired on 06/14/2016 and due to the fact that our customer did not contact us to cancel their trial they were subsequently charged for the original shipments on 06/14/2016 $89.97 for the Illumagen Skin and $85.97 for the Illumagen Eye.Customer contacted our Customer Service on 06/14/2016 and requested for the subscription to be cancelled, which we did .We also issued a refund of 35% which the customer accepted $31.48 for the Illumagen Skin and $33.58 for the Illumagen Eye.However we feel for our customer’s concerns and do apologize for the inconvenience, thus will be issuing the remaining refund for the the charges made on 06/14/2016. $58.49 for the Illumagen Skin and $52.39 for the Illumagen Eye. I purchased this product to expand my options and test out various products for my skin. The promotion of paying for shipping to retrieve a sample or "trial" sample was clear to me. Yet, it is very hazy on their 14-day trial meaning they will charge you full price for an entire shipment. The emails are not valid, with no link to their website, no title or tag to signify their company and they provide little to know evidence of the fact that you have to call within 14 days to ensure they do not con you and take out money in your account. The only validation they have is that it is present when you order. Most companies I know will let you know again when you receive or place the order in an email that you are obligated to cancel or that you are on a strict deadline trial. They do not sympathize with t his huge detail that cons people into orders they do not want and refuses to give refunds no matter the situation. I had called less than 24 hours after my "trial" was up and I had to go through the ladder of employees for them to finally give me a refund. This company is untrustworthy, unsympathetic and down right dirty. I have never dealt with a "trusting" company that made me go through the ringer of such unnecessary disputes. What happened to the customer is always right when you are trying to with hold a valid company? Some of the worst customer service representatives as well, this whole company is huge scam, thieves and I will never order from them again, even if their product was superb, it doesn't even function as it claims it does. I have never been so displeased with a product and company such as Illumagen. I really hope that no one else has to go through what I went with and if so, I hope they respectfully report them as a terrible company to ever do business with.

On June 15th I called this business to order a product. Once I realized that the initial offer was a come on and you would continue to receive the product at a significant increased unless cancelled I decided and told the sale representative I was not interested and not to send me the offer. After a considerable time asking to cancelled another sales person came on the line and proceeded to try to convince me to proceed with the order. Again after a considerable amount reiterating I was not interested I was told the initial amount would be refunded within 24 hours. It was not.
When I checked 3 days later I was told the product had already been shipped and no refund would be forthcoming. It was the most horrible experience I have ever had.

The trial expired on 07/18/2016 and due to the fact that our customer did not contact us to cancel their trial they were subsequently charged for the original shipments on 07/18/2016 $89.97 for the Illumagen Skin and $85.97 for the Illumagen Eye.Due to no cancellation the autoship program took effect. The following month, on 08/17/2016 the customer was charged again in the amount of $94.94 for the Illumagen Skin and $91.94 for the Illumagen Eye also shipped two more products.
Customer contacted our Customer Service on 08/17/2016 and requested for the subscription to be cancelled, which we did .However we feel for our customer’s concerns and do apologize for the inconvenience, thus will be providing a full refund for the charge on 08/17/2016 for the Illumagen Skin in the amount of  $94.94 for any misunderstanding when placing the order. We will also be issuing a refund for the charge on 08/17/2016 for the Illumagen Eye in the amount of  $91.94. Here are the refund confirmations:

The trial expired on 03/20/2016 and due to the fact that our customer did not contact us to cancel their trial they were subsequently charged for the original shipments on 03/20/2016 $89.97 for the Illumagen Skin and $85.97 for the Illumagen Eye and the autoship program took effect. The following month, on  04/20/2016 the customer was charged again for both products $94.94 for the Illumagen Skin and $91.94 for the Illumagen Eye and 2 more bottles shipped out .Additional to the trial orders the customer also added the Illumagen Vitamin C on 03/06/2016 and was charged $34.97 for it.
Customer contacted our Customer Service on 04/25/2016 and requested for the subscription to be cancelled, which we did .We also issued a refund of 50% for any misunderstanding when ordering $47.47 for the Illumagen Skin and $45.97 for the Illumagen Eye ,which they customer had accepted. However we feel for our customer’s concerns and do apologize for the inconvenience, thus will be providing the remaining refund for the charges on 04/20/2016. $47.47 for the Illumagen Skin and $45.97 for the Illumagen Eye. We will also be issuing a refund for the charges on 03/20/2016 $89.97 for the Illumagen Skin and $85.97 for the Illumagen Eye.Here are the refund confirmations:

Ordered a trial on 9/14/16 price I saw $4.95 and $5.95. Box came with 1 item in it. No paperwork in the box only 1 round bottle about 1 inch tall. On 9/28/16 I noticed a charge for $89.95. Called the number on my statement 888-391-7409. I was told in the fine print T & C I agreed to $89.95. I have reviewed what I was sent and I do not see that anywhere. Also I was told I ordered 2 items. Only 1 item in the box. Again repeatedly told that they ship together. Never even received the other item. I don't want at that price. Then I was told it was a 14 day trial ( Wait- it shows it takes 4-6 days to get to me) So if I received on the 18th we are at 10 days today 9/28/16. Again never received 1 item. I would gladly return within 14 days. Now I am told it started from the order date (even though I can't even try it until I get the items) Hung up on BY SUPERVISOR so I called back to explain that it has not even been 14 days that I have had 1 item and again never received 2nd. Explained to 1st rep I would be contacting better business .. she says go ahead. I said I didn't even get what I apparently ordered. After calling back I was now told the shipping time is part of the 14 days. After calling back the 2nd time I admit I hung up after saying that I would file a complaint I don't see anything showing the "FINE PRINT" Never got 2 items and I should be refunded. I received a voice mail saying I would be fully refunded. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. If you need that price in the fine print somewhere and can't be upfront you have bad business practices in my eyes. Again, I am not aware of where this fine print is even at.
