[redacted] said that a shipping label was made showing a tracking #  but the package was never dropped off.  On the tracking # it says it's in  fresh meadows N.Y. Since march the [redacted], mail fraud?  Also this is a routine, check [redacted], happens to many others, there is no package, they just sent a note saying they will refund my money?  Dishonest

This order was damaged during production and the customer has been refunded in full. We are currently remaking the piece free of charge and will send it to him when its done.

After filing this complaint, on December **, 2015 I received an email from the business stating that the item in question had been shipped via [redacted] Priority Mail. I received said item finally on January *, 2016. 3 1/2 months after the initial order and payment.

 I have already sent the product back to JewelryUDesign. The necklace they sent to me was horrible. My deceased grandson's first name was unreadable, even with using a magnifying glass. They had only sent me 1(one) necklace but I had ordered and payed for 2(two) necklaces. They also sent the wrong chain, I ordered the black cord and they sent regular metal.I sent them a message telling them that I was not satisfied with the order and was sending it back to them and that I wanted a full refund. They said they couldn't do a refund because it was a custom order. That is all that they do is custom orders.They still have not refunded me the original 50% that they had told you they had done in first complaints. They have only refunded $25.00.I feel this is a sham of a company.

They have never said or wrote this to me.  If they had just returned my emails and told me the the truth I would have loved to have worked with them.  The last thing I saw from them was my package would show movement last Monday not to worry?  If they do what they are saying I will post as much, but I am in doubt it ever she's.  I did get a refund, I need the product for my son 6 weeks ago like they said?

 They did NOT refund me 50%/$57.12. They ONLY refunded $25.00 on Feb. **, 2017 and as of today have still NOT received my order or any notification of delivery due date.
