I would like to thank you for the wonderful experience of viewing our movies againMy husband passed away in 2010, I was hoping he was in more of the movies, but I guess someone had to take the moviesThe first time I viewed these after years I cried watching our wedding and laughed at how little the boys were and how much fun they were havingI gave these DVDs to my Boys for Christmas, they had never seen them, they enjoyed them very muchI would recommend you to anyone! If not for you we would never have been able to see these movies againThank you so much for letting us view our memories againI also want to thank Patty for all her helpShe was so nice and helpfulThank you again!

I had an excellent experience with iMemories! The process of getting my movies digitized took less time than was predicted, so that was a pleasant surprise! Editing and creating DVD's online was very simple (and fun) to do! The finished products arrived well in time, which was my goalI was kept informed of timelines throughout the entire process, so I knew exactly when movies were ready and when DVD's would arrive at their destination!

Their advertising said convert videos for $per tapeIt does not say that is only part of the costYes, they convert but then you have to pay an additional $plus shipping to get your final product I think they should be more up front about the total costIt cost me about $for tape to be converted I still don't have my originals back yet

Bad part is, they now have my wedding VHS; and if I want it back, I'm at their mercyDid I mention advertising and intentionally leaving all these additional charges out of their initial bait and switch website and advertisements? I have told many people to use iMemories Everyone's initial fear is whether they will get their original videos and photos back Will they get lost or damaged? I explain that I have had several orders and each one was perfect Local places can't do what iMemories does They don't have the superior quality, and they don't have the apps I trust iMemories and recommend them highly

The DVD's were a hit with my familyI expect that extended family members will want to order their own copies, so I would like to subscribe to your cloud service and keep them in your site

I was very excited about having old family slides edited and put on a disc that I could keep and share with my elderly parentsI was worried that the process would be too complicated for my computer knowledge level, and more expensive that I could justifyI was wrong! I will never use this service againAfter waiting over weeks, they refused to copy my submitted videotapes, citing copy-write lawsThe US Supreme Court has determined that everyone may make copy of their own videos for their personal use
Every email I sent them took hours for a response and they do not answer the phone for questions
Their pricing is ridiculously high compared to their competition
But their packaging is real nice!!!

They have tricks to manipulate people into giving them their home movies, pretending they will copy onto disks. They don't want to copy VHS on to DVDs, instead they will force you to join their "club" ($5 per month) to access your movies online, and if you don't join, everything gets deleted after 6 months. What irks me the most is they will pretend they copy digitalize onto DVD's and take your money, then at the last second make you pay extra for this and turn it into a big hassle. Don't let these shysters play cruel games with you, using your precious home movies as a "weapon" in order to bully you around. Go somewhere else and save yourself the stress and hassle with these rip off clowns.

Sent 6 VHS tapes with specific instructions to create 6 DVds. 3 months later still had not received the DVds but finally got originals back. Called company who said thatvI could view and download the videos to create my own DVds which is what this company does as a business. Told the rep I wanted DVds made from VHS. She said that I had not requested that when sending them in. She be lying. I lost well over $100 and got nothing in return. Today, I went into my Memories account to show some of my family memories online as a Christmas (last ditch effort) surprise and the site said that my trial membership has run out and I would have to pay a monthly or yearly fee to access the videos which I never received but were posted on Memories site. I CAN'TEVEN WATCH MY OWN VIDEOS WITHOUT PAYING AGAIN. Use a local service in your community and don't lose $150 and ruin your gift ideas like what happened to me. Try to explain this Christmas memory to your family. "Hey siblings, can you all chip in so we can watch family movies together on I memories "? What a joke

Their advertising said convert videos for $12.99 per tape. It does not say that is only part of the cost. Yes, they convert but then you have to pay an additional $10.00 plus shipping to get your final product. I think they should be more up front about the total cost. It cost me about $465 for 30 tape to be converted. I still don't have my originals back yet.

Good afternoon - I have been in contact with company. I have also been on constant contact with [redacted]s who have had my VHS tape for several weeks stating they sent it to imemories. I was also advised imemories will redo a better dvd of my tape. This came from a imemmories representative. If my tape will be fixed and a better dvd/bluray tape sent then I am totally in favor.

iMemories has received this complaint and we have attempted to contact customer to repair her videotape.  She has not responded to our voice mails.  iMemories will repair her videotape for free if she will send the tape to iMemories.

Now I get an email from them saying I owe them an additional $12.99 to do the conversion, $9,99 for the actual DVD, and $11.99 for the shipping back to me. URGH! Recently I had 15 8mm video tapes converted to DVD. I called iMemories several times with questions. Each time I was greeted with a human being. No goofy phone mail menu option BS. Each person was professional and very knowledgeable in handling my questions or concerns. Many thanks. The senior management should be very proud of their employees.
Don't change a thing. It's working a lot better than other businesses that I have dealt with recently.
