Direct Web Solutions (DBA - Impact Rankings) entered into 3 agreements with [redacted] on 6/18/14, 7/11/14 and 7/21/14 to provide multiple business marketing programs. Mrs. [redacted] was sent an e-sign contract on all occasions, which includes our Service Agreement,...

to the following email, [redacted]. Mrs. [redacted] promptly e-signed and returned the contracts that same day.
 
We received a Notice of Chargeback initiated by Mrs. [redacted] stating that she wished to be refunded with the reason stated being: ‘Fraudulent Transaction.’ We can providing emails proving delivery of the products as well as a screen shot of the products, which verify all are in live working order. We can also include the original contracts showing Mrs. [redacted] e-signature agreeing to the charges for the services. This contract lists our DBA (Impact Rankings), the products that Mrs. [redacted] was charged for as well as our Service Agreement, which includes our cancelation policy. Client has also sent us numerous emails accepting the work and stating they were happy with the services on 7/11/14 and 7/23/14. Once of which states:
“Abby, 
 Your team is unbelievable!!!  I am amazed at what they can do so quickly.  I looked at all of the logos and here is what I've decided, but I still want your opinion if you don't like it.  I like the tree (third picture), but I would like the black printing on the original shopping cart (spelling Imagination and Beyond) and the purple script on the third tree(spelling Dream beyond your imagination).   I thought if I got this sent in early to you that you may have time to get it prepared for us to view at 5:00. Have a great day and we'll talk at 5:00. [redacted]”
 
 Lastly we can provide a copy of our transaction documentation showing a positive AVS for the card charged. We request that this chargeback be reviewed using the documents provided, which verify that Impact Rankings fulfilled our agreement with Mrs. [redacted], and rule in our favor. Should any additional information be required, please contact our office at your earliest convenience.

In response to Mr. [redacted] letter regarding Revdex.com Case #[redacted]. I wish to reject Impact Ranking's response to my request for reimbursement of funds paid to them for services not rendered. My efforts to seek money from Impact Rankings is not in any way to extort money from them, but to remedy the fact that this company misled and did not provide the service that I was promised. I was also very unhappy with the rude treatment and non-help on their behalf. This is not extortion, but unsatisfied with their performance and/or non-performance.
The Virtual Card that Impact Rankings is referring to was sent by email and had no explanation as to what it was and who sent it. Therefore, I was left unaware of who to contact regarding this. If Impact Rankings contacted me thirteen times regarding this it would have been to check to see if my website was completed. Only after the website was finished did I have any meaningful conversations with Impact for help. I was told that the website needed too much work. A phone call was made to Impact Ranking to advise of the dissatisfaction of the contact support and of the service. Their support person was rude and very unhelpful if he even returned my requests. Where is the customer service in this? I finally started the process of trying to get my money back so I could afford to hire someone that would help me.
It is an untruth on Impact Rankings behalf accusing me of accusing them of being affiliated with their website developer. That would have been a lie on my part as I knew they had no connection outside of their commitment to get business to my website.
Also, I am not accusing Impact Rankings of the website not working as they suggest. I am stating that they never provided the service they promised to get business directed to the website. Again this is not extortion but a blatant non-performance of duties. Therefore, I feel I am due a refund.

I am finding Impact Ranking’s responses to this complaint more and more insulting. This apology is completely insincere. They know that they are ripping off customers by promising products and services that will never amount to anything. Impact Rankings may consider this matter closed, but I will continue to pursue them through other avenues as I stand by the fact that they did not provide all of the described services. I’d like to stress to the Revdex.com that I am not satisfied with I.R.’s response to this complaint and I hope this will be reflected in their Revdex.com rating. Sincerely,[redacted]

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:  Yes, I did sign all of the contracts since you shoved them in my face in order to get the transaction done. Yes, you did design a website and yes, I did work with Abby .  However, you know yourself that I did not and never could have made 12,800.00 with the website.  Why did [redacted] email me to say they don't have a program as the one you signed me up for?   What was I going to use for my products if [redacted] would not credit me for my sales?  If IR was to be with me for the life of my business, why didn't Abby or Bill ever call me back to see how things were going especially after I  informed Abby about [redacted].   As for this disagreement, we will never come to an agreement because of the way you do business.  No I am not satisfied with your reply because I know how I have been scammed as well as many other people.  We will have to agree to disagree about this because you and  I will not agree that I received what I should have gotten.  The entire way of you calling me and taking my credit card information should never be done.  I was gullible and you tool advantage of me.Sincerely,[redacted]

June 10th2015   To Whom ItMay Concern: On April 24th 2015, our client, Ms. [redacted],enrolled into a 6-week training course designed to teach her how to build and marketan online business. This course was effective April 24th 2015 throughJune 5th 2015. Ms. [redacted] was...

active in this course up until the date of May 21st2015 at which time she stated that her home PC was in need of repairs and thatshe wasn’t able to continue with the training as she was in the process ofmoving and planning a wedding. While we understand these are major life changesour advisors had been working with Ms. [redacted] up until that point assisting herwith the course work and guiding her through the process. Ms. [redacted] seemsunhappy with the return on her investment, however she did not complete thecourse work and even during the process missed multiple appointments with hercoaches. To therefore ask for a refund due to her businesses lack of success isunjust. Much like any traditional college course, the student must completetheir homework, projects and assignments in order to achieve the desiredoutcome. It is in no way Impact Rankings responsibility that Ms. [redacted] did notfollow through with the course work. Our offices supplied all of the trainingmaterials and continue to provide support and offer direction for thecompletion of her business. I reject their response to my letter, because they pretended to represent Ignite Web Services to make me trust and pay them for additional advertising which was neither helpful nor necessary. The truth about the identity of this company only occurred to me after signing their contract.

We apologize that we are not able to come to a resolution with the client at this time. His demands are completely unreasonable and we will not grant a full refund. We as the contracted business fulfilled our entire contract and supplied each and every product Mr. [redacted] purchased. We will now consider this matter closed.

This response from Impact Rankings is not acceptable to me. They said they have provided a positive AVS and CVV for the card charged. This is not relevant to my complaint because I did originally approve the charges and sign the contracts, but that was before I knew this company was a scam. I signed 3 contracts with Impact Rankings totaling $21,700. The wording in the contracts is quite vague and the items I was purchasing were described to me over the phone. For the thousands of dollars I paid to this company, I expected the high-quality, customized products and services that I was promised. Impact Rankings did provide some services but not as they were described to me at purchase. The emails they have provided show that they sent me emails about a press release, blog bank and network builder and that I would receive training on it. I did not receive the training. I did not receive anything about the press release actually being released. The content that was written for me looked good at first glance, but then I realized that none of it was customized. It looks like my website name was just added into templates. The largest contract I signed was for 14 weeks of personal training, a platinum website, platinum marketing, SEO, lister labs, backlinks, unlimited access to advisors and webinars, and so on. None of this was addressed in the response from Impact Rankings. I still feel that I have not received what I paid for and I want my money back. Sincerely,[redacted]

Thomas C[redacted] told me in September that he would refund the money to my Capital One account if I would dropped the disputes against the company. It was a verbal response. Since I have finished my training I have called Mr. Thomas C[redacted] several times left him messages. He has not responded to any of my messages and I can not get anyone to answer my calls. No matter what the contract says Mr. Thomas C[redacted] verbally told me he would return $4,900 to my Capital One account and I believe he responsible to do so. Thank You and have a Blessed Day.

We were not aware that Mrs. [redacted] had any issues with our products and services until she filed a complaint against us. We would love to come to a solution together with her if she reaches out to us.

We never received the letter back from this client in order to refund the amount we agreed too. As soon as we get the letter back we will refund immediately.

Mrs. [redacted] promptly e-signed and returned the contracts that same day. All contracted services have been sent and received by Mrs. [redacted] and email responses from her show that she was happy with the product. Mrs.
[redacted] stopped taking her set appointments with our customer service so we were unable to further train her on those products but, all services were sent to her. We were unaware that Mrs. [redacted] was unhappy at all with our services and urge her to reach out to
us in the case that she might be so we can handle the situation. Please let us know if you would like any further information.
